We are absolutely delighted with our two new bathrooms. The showroom is great for ideas, with extensive displays and Faye designed exactly what we wanted. She visited, listened, drew up suggestions, met again, and got different samples of tiles and showed examples of many of the fittings. She provided a detailed quote, did all the ordering and arranging delivery via the showroom. The fitter, Gareth, is beyond fantastic, skilled, careful and a perfectionist. Both bathrooms and showers are very high quality, and provide a WOW factor, along with understated elegance. We are thrilled, and have booked the third bathroom in for November. Unfortunately I don't have any more bathrooms left then!

We went into Ripples not having any clear idea what bathrooms we wanted and totally confused by the myriad of choices that were available. However Faye, Mark and the team were able to guide us and offer wonderful ideas and suggestions so that we were able to decide upon a number of different and unique bathrooms that would offer our renovated home a sense of uniqueness, individuality and provide the practical solutions that we needed. The whole experience became thoroughly enjoyable and not the least bit stressful. There were some wonderful products to choose from and Faye particularly helped us find the right products at the right price for our new bathrooms. We are now waiting for the renovation to be completed so that our designs can be installed and we can say with confidence that we know they will be excellent. After speaking with one of your team on the phone I needed to leave a 5* review for his customer service. As a young woman I don’t know much about bathroom renovations and he was so kind and helpful and took time to explain everything to me about the process and giving ideas on costs and even some good advice for if I were to use someone else’s service / products. (This was especially nice as I wasn’t taken very seriously by another well known bathroom company!) Thank you so much and hopefully I’ll be in contact again soon!

Highly recommend Mark and his team at Ripples in Westbourne, Bournemouth. From the first telephone call to the after care, our experience was exceptional. Brilliant communication; design team worked well to our budget and provided lots of time and open appointments to ensure we had the right design for us; worked to our tight timeline; and resolved any issues promptly. Our designer, Andrea, was amazing and spent a long time working out what was important to us, visited the house with a bathroom installer to work out what would work and wouldn’t work and gently pushed us to explore a range of different design options. The online system was useful to see what the final design would look like. I was so pleased to be guided by her as we wouldn’t have been bold enough to go for what we did without her and as a result we have created an amazing bathroom in a small space - we absolutely love it and everyone who has seen it is blown away by it. Ripples recommended an installer but we could have chosen our own (and they did, quite rightly, encourage us to get a few quotes) but I am delighted we went with one of their recommended installers - Gareth. He was prompt and punctual, worked really hard, communicated very well and was exceptionally tidy. His workmanship was spot on- the finished effect is great. We looked at a lot of bathroom showrooms before deciding to work with ripples - nothing compared to their products, customer care and the design experience. Thank you.

We researched several bathroom providers thoroughly. Ripples proved to be thoroughly reliable, professional and of the highest quality. The job was carried out on schedule without any delays. At all times the fitters took extreme care to minimise disruption and cleanliness. Would definitely recommend them 10 out of 10. We then decided that we needed to replace our en-suite as it looked decidedly tatty compared to the new bathroom and so we naturally chose Ripples again. Once again they proved to be a really efficient firm. Fitting was not easy due to shape of room, but they came up with innovative ways of utilising the space. Excellent reliability again and, workmanship to a very high standard. Completely delighted with their fitting and sanitary ware. 10 out of 10 once again We used Ripples at third time for the downstairs cloakroom. Brilliant choice! as shape of room made design and installation diffiult but they easily overcame all issues. After care service was exceptional as after a while we had a small problem with the toilet seat. They immediately dealt with the problem without any question and were nothing but helpful and professional in sorting the problem out. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for that extra special care and attention to detail. 10 out of 10.

Matt West, a specialist designer and fitter, converted our en suite bathroom into and en suite shower room. He involved us throughout regarding design suggestions and decisions and then carried out the work most professionally and successfully. Ripples provided a wide range of tiles and accessories from which to choose.

Last year we started the process of considering upgrading our 3 bathrooms and downstairs cloakroom. Through incessant internet searches and visits to some bathroom showrooms we were lost for ideas, indeed ideas that captured our dreams. We wanted a transformation, a bringing to life and maximisation of space - above all rooms we were proud of. We approached Ripples last year. They took time listening to our requirements. This is an art and crucial to the design process, through the elicitation of needs. They also understood that we would phase this work and such work was built on trust and professionalism, hence important that work was conducted to an immense high standard each time. This has been easily fulfilled. From the concept of ideas, to the site visit, to the fun in selection of hardware and any rectification to the design (captured fantastically on 3D CAD) the process is fantastic and aspires confidence that those dreams I mentioned are going to come true. Phase 1 is complete, we have an ensuite we are immensely proud of and want to use all the time and has now opened up so much more space. The quality of installation is brilliant we have to say and the installers, we feel friends, are exceptional, discuss any slight improvements all the time and are extremely tidy and courteous. Phase 2, a second ensuite and more ambitious, starts very soon, involves thought regarding room conversions and the whole integrated design with the bedroom. We cannot wait because we know we can leave this in the care of Ripples and the installers. Thank you Ripples and the team for your true professionalism, the high quality of what you do and fulfilling our dreams so far.

We are delighted that we decided to use Ripples Bournemouth to design our new bathroom. The showroom is beautifully laid out with some wonderful products on display. We were uncertain whether we would be able to achieve our dream bathroom within our budget. However, Siân listened carefully to what we wanted and came up with a design that exactly fulfilled our brief. Having decided it was time to replace our main bathroom I popped into Ripples Westbourne and made an appointment to see Sian, one of the Design Consultants. Having never worked with a designer before I really didn't know what to expect, but Sian made the whole experience a great one and was able to guide us to choose the right products always taking into account the budget we had for this project. The sketches that Sian produced were beautiful and showed in great detail how the new bathroom would look. So once the design was finalised it was over to Jon to bring Sian's designs to life. His attention to detail was very impressive and the workmanship and finish were first class. Thanks to them both we now have a bathroom that is more beautiful than I could ever have hoped for. We just wanted to thank you, Marco and Jon for our fabulous new bathroom. From start to finish, the whole project went very smoothly, and we are delighted with the end result. Marco was particularly helpful during the design phase, visiting us on several occasions at home when David was unable to get to the showroom due to ill-health. As the design was being built around David’s needs, this was very important to him. Marco listened carefully to our requirements and suggested appropriate alternatives for us to consider. He also took on board the need to template the worktop to make sure we could get it in the flat in one piece, coming round with a cardboard cut-out so we could work it all out - this saved quite a lot of time and trouble on the day the real thing arrived! I only hope Jon is around as and when we have the ensuite bathroom refitted, as he could not have made the whole experience more pleasant or effective. You immediately warm to his friendly approach and then watch with admiration as he meticulously plans and executes everything that needs to be done. He tells you exactly what will be happening, consults about when water and electricity can be turned off, hoovers up the inevitable dust every day and was consideration itself. One neighbour was particularly complimentary about how well the whole process had gone from their point of view, it being difficult to manage these things in a block of flats where noise and dust will travel beyond your own front door. His workmanship is impeccable, with every attention to detail. Well worth the long wait for him to become available! The proof of the pudding is in the eating and David is delighted with everything about his new bathroom. What used to be a fairly cramped looking room is now spacious, with plenty of storage space, a shower he can access with no difficulty, everything easy to clean and so stylish. Thank you all once again.

I have visited Ripples in Bournemouth a couple of times over the last month whilst developing ideas for our new ensuite bathroom. I have been really impressed by shop which is packed with lovely bathrooms and with the team. Victoria (the manager) is extremely friendly and full of excellent ideas for colours and products. We've got a small space into which to squeeze our ensuite and the designers (Marco and Danielle) have come up with some great ideas for making the most of the space. I can't wait for the bathroom to be fitted!
