Our oven broke down at lunchtime, just a few days before Christmas, what a nightmare! I phoned Stefan and he came that afternoon, diagnosed the fault and returned the next morning with a new element. Fantastic service, friendly and helpful. Thank you Stefan, you saved our Christmas!

Very knowledgable and quick service

I called Stephen late afternoon, as my fan oven heating element had failed to heat. Stephen was in the area and popped in to take a look. The 'heatimg element' part was in his van, so he replaced the part and fixed the oven there and then! Brilliant. A great relief and a superb service.

Stefan came out within the hour and fixed the oven. He was polite and efficient. Highly recommended.

Stephen came out on the same day that I rang him despite being some distance away. He was very thorough and professional in fixing our oven and left no stone unturned to find the fault. Since it’s been repaired the oven is working much better. Will definitely use again if needed and would highly recommend him

Phoned Stephen in the morning regarding a faulty heating element on our cooker and despite some time constraints at our end he managed to fit us in at the end of his long working day. Arrived on time and completed the repair quickly and efficiently and for a fair price. An excellent example of a local trader. Thanks again Stephen.

Very prompt response to my enquiry on a Sunday afternoon, gave details of pricing so I knew what to expect. Offered an appointment early the following morning. Arrived on time, very polite and friendly and got straight to work. Quickly identified the problem and fixed it. All done in about 30 mins...well impressed.
