Our very old but very trusty microwave was functioning although the turntable was not rotating. I contacted Stefan, explained the situation & forwarded photographs. A replacement motor was ordered but when it came to the fitting unfortunately it wasn't compatible owing to the age of the oven. However, due to sheer determination, Stefan was determined to have our microwave fully working again & managed to improvise using parts from the old motor combined with the new, amazing! I have no doubt that there are other Appliance Repair 'Specialists' out there who would have advised us to replace the oven as the existing one was beyond economical repair, not so Stefan, cannot recommend highly enough.
Stefano came out the same day, he rext to say he was on his, he fixed the oven, was polite and did an excellent job. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

I called Stephen late afternoon, as my fan oven heating element had failed to heat. Stephen was in the area and popped in to take a look. The 'heatimg element' part was in his van, so he replaced the part and fixed the oven there and then! Brilliant. A great relief and a superb service.

Very prompt response to my enquiry on a Sunday afternoon, gave details of pricing so I knew what to expect. Offered an appointment early the following morning. Arrived on time, very polite and friendly and got straight to work. Quickly identified the problem and fixed it. All done in about 30 mins...well impressed.
Contact made one day, visit and repair all undertaken the following day! Superb response. Fan on electric oven was sticking and no amount of cleaning would resolve the issue. New fan and motor fitted, oven now working beautifully again and at a cost that was very good value. Would definitely use again. Thank you for your service.
