I phoned Dan recently as i had a noisy oven that needed fixing on our initial call he was easy to deal with and quickly identified the problem. He subsequently gave me a price and within 24 hours had rectified the problem. I wiil use Dan again for any appliance issues and would highly recommend.
Really happy with the way Dan communicated with me and came round when he said he would. Was able to quickly diagnose the problem with our washing machine and then discuss the best way to solve the problem. Came round again with the new part and got it all sorted. Would definitely recommend.
Dan visited same day within 3 hours, clearly demonstrated the fault and why it would probably be best to replace our integrated washing machine. Helped us source a competitive replacement machine from a local , well respected retailer, collected it for us next day and installed same day. His labour cost was very reasonable, all explained up front and as important as anything else, Dan is a really nice chap. I would have no doubt about recommending him.
We bought a house, moved in & amongst the turmoil found a leak from the waste pipe of our washing machine. Our plumber recommended Dan. We called Dan & he gave advice to temporarily stop the leak & prevent water damage, obtained the part required & attended the day after. No mess, repair carried out quickly & he even explained what he was doing as I was being nosey. The washing machine was a very tight fit to get out & he did this with care so as not to damage paintwork or adjoining cupboards. We have kept Dan's details as he repairs all sorts of domestic appliances & we will use against for any further problems.

My experience with Dan was excellent, he came promptly and in time to assess the problem developed by my Neff microwave/oven, as it was an ancient piece of equipment we decided to have a new one installed by him, his advice on a proper replacement was spot on and the installation was swiftly organised and done with. Dan work ethics are very high and I can recommend him without hesitation, it was a pleasure to have met him and it is nice to know an honest and hardworking tradesman

Dan was absolutely great. I had a washing machine delivered which was supposed to be installed by the delivery company but they were unable to do it so I rang Dan who answered immediately and told me the likely cost and also picked up the necessary parts and came over later that day and installed the machine and cleaned up after himself. Dan also sent a text when he was 15 minutes away. Will happily use Dan again for any future needs.

Absolutely amazing service, communication, clarity, support. I can't say much more than that. Dan was absolutely fantastic. He came and fixed our element in our grill within a day of letting him know (that includes him ordering the part and waiting for it to arrive). And was so clean and efficient when here.
