Got in touch with maximum heating and spoke to max ,told him our shower has stopped working , he came out the next day and had a look and said , the shower was old and he said it would be too expensive to repair so he advised me to get a new shower which he showed me , And I was delighted with the shower he proposed and the price . He ordered the shower for me and came and fitted it in the same week , Max is Very professional and very respectful, The shower is amazing and it did just what max said it would do , very stylish and modern shower , which didn’t break the bank !

Max installed my combi boiler in September 2024. I forgot what he told me about what to do if the system pressure drops so I phoned him today (Sat 12/04/2024) out of the blue. He helped me put it right straight away over the phone. He is a very experienced plumber and a very nice, genuine man who is there to help if you need it.

after I posted a recent job on Rated people, Maxim from Maxim Latham Plumbing contacting me many times finally I allowed him to visit the place and he gave a quote and got the work done. Unfortunately, he not only charged £600.00 to change a shower pump but also did not finish the work. he did not plan the work ahead and He promised to put the pump in one place where he could plug in the shower pump, he fixed it under the bath room and later said we had to hire an electrician to connect the shower pump. When I expressed my dissatisfaction he went back to property and demanded he needed to remove the pump unless he pay him then there. I felt intimidated and threatened and also he frightened us to say it is not safe to connect the shower pump underneath the bath, then why did he connect it underneath? I would not recommend him to anyone especially if you have any plumbing work linked with electricity.

Happy to recommend Max heating and plumbing - switched radiator valves and then investigated a couple of other issues - 2 weeks before Christmas . Very calm and reassuring - even phoned later to check all was good - very professional

5 star service, I have used Maximum plumbing and heating on a few occasions and every time they have been professional, honest, clean and tidy. Very trustworthy. Would highly recommend.
