We have a large outside pool 12 x 6 metres and this season switched to Jamie of Summit Pools , we have had various issues with our pool which is 12 years old this season , Jamie has dealt with all of those in a timely and good manner, discussing options before agreeing a plan of action and carrying out the work . I would recommend him for swimming pool maintenance,boiler replacement etc Further reveiw for this season , may 2026, contacted the team to open up for this year early may, John came out Wednesday and Friday before the Bank Holiday jetwashed the coping stones, checked the boiler, cleaned the pool and everything up and running for the bank holiday, very prompt and efficient work. With the stunning weather over the weekend the pool was heavily used so thanks to the team at SPS
One of the best pool maintenance and repair teams around. Jamie and the team genuinely know what they’re doing and always go the extra mile to find a solution to any problem. We experienced a number of issues with our new indoor pool due to the poor design of the plumbing and circulation system, which caused us ongoing headaches. It quickly became clear that the original installation team didn’t really know what they were doing, so finding Jamie and the SPS team was a huge relief. They came up with a sophisticated yet practical and cost-effective solution that actually works.They’re also extremely professional in the way they handle reporting and invoicing, and are always at the end of the phone to deal with any issues promptly. I would highly recommend SPS.

All the team at SPS are extremely knowledgeable, polite and deliver on their promises. They completely refurbished our old pool and brought it back to life - excellent service all round, would highly recommend.
Mitch and his team have be terrific from the start. Attentive interested, flexible, always prepared to talk about different options dependent on specific needs. I can honestly say that our pool is now running better than it ever has before , and with a fantastically sophisticated system that basically requires no impact from us whatsoever; a unit that I had never heard of that Mitch recommended and was certainly worth the added investment. The SPS team now come and regularly service the pool and tremendously professional and helpful every time. I no longer have to lift a finger and the water is always crystal clear . Thoroughly recommended.

These guys are terrific,here at Charters Estate we needed all the help that you could ask for. After a complete makeover of our spa we took on SPS for our weekly bi weekly running and servicing of our pool and plant room their expertise and energy has given great relief in having a commercial pool open 24/7 Plus these are amazing guys ….So a big thumbs up to anyone looking for a professional team. What a breath of fresh air this company is to work with. Due to another company’s mistakes on initial installation we got to meet Jamie and his team. Professional repair of pool cover, good clear advice given on best practice in relation to maintenance requirements. To top it all they were such lovely people too! I can’t recommend them highly enough. Just wished they lived closer so we could use them for servicing pool and cover.
We have been with Jamie for a number of years now not only for weekly pool maintenance but also for various pool equipment replacements, new boiler and most recently a fairly major pool refurbishment project. Great company, one stop shop organised everything , Jamie was very professional and explained everything about the pool cop systems which has made our lives much easier , thoroughly recommend both SPS and the system pool cop .
