Ashmore Plumbing and Heating Limited

I have known Tom of Ashmore plumbing for two years and is quite simply the best. He has worked marvels in his work, introducing radiators into our brand new kitchen in a fantastic way, installing water softeners and a new sink with a Quooker tap, including other work through the house. There have never been any problems during or since installation. Price wise he is extremely competitive. What is also great about Tom and his business is no matter how busy, text him or phone and I can rely upon an immediate response. I know I can count on Tom and considering all the plumbers I have had in the past I would go nowhere else. Quite simply the best in my experience. Oh, and yes, extremely courteous and a genuinely warm and friendly person with your interests at heart.

Amazing service. Replaced an old faulty boiler, installed and tidied up old pipework even got some radiators that never worked to work again. Highly recommend.

Had Tom attend to do a site gas survey and provide a certificate. Tom was Prompt, professional and very skilled and provided excellent advice a service at a great price. So much so that we are in the process of booking him for further works.

Brilliant work from tom and Jake of ashmore plumbing! I've had issues with my heating system for months and they diagnosed the issue fast and got to work getting everything back working as it should can't recommend them highly enough.

Tom and Jake from Ashmore plumbing recently installed a heat pump and full heating system in our property, getting rid of the old warm air system. From the start Tom was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the heat pump system and very honest about comparisons to boilers. Tom and Jake were both incredibly friendly, trustworthy and hardworking, with great attention to detail and completed the work to such a high standard, another couple of trades people have complimented the quality of work. The price that they quoted was very competitive and Tom helped us through gaining the grant from the government. We would definitely recommend Ashmore plumbing to anyone and will be continuing to use them in the future.

Tom was great, really professional and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Will be keeping his details for next time we have a problem and if any of our friends need a recommendation!

Tom serviced our boiler and carried out a repair after we found the hot water tank was leaking when we switched the central heating on. He is the person who originally installed all of our plumbing when we renovated our house and is punctual, good at communicating, always gets the job done as expected, and most importantly is someone you can trust. We wouldn't go anywhere else for plumbing and gas jobs.

Have used multiple times and will do again. Have always given excellent and prompt service. Many thanks

Top level service from Ashmore plumbing and heating, I knew from the moment Tom came to quote for the works he was the guy we needed. We didn’t bother getting a second price. Now our heating system is working at 100% again. Couldn’t recommend enough 10/10

We had Tom and another member of his team to carry out various plumbing tasks covering the chasing in of heating pipes, replacing sink and tap aswell as plumbing in a new plinth heater. He was reliable, tidy, personable always turned up when he said he would and listened and adapted if you wished things to be done in a certain way. I wouldn't hesitate in using Ashmore plumbing and heating in the future Neil Selby

Did a great job installing my new boiler and mega flo cylinder. Really professional, helpful and fair & transparent pricing. 100% recommended.

Fantastic work from Tom. Friendly, communicative and did a fantastic job. He installed a Mitsibushi air source heat pump, connected to the underfloor heating, and hot water tank which have been working flawlessly. Tom also took on extra work for me due to another plumber dropping out, installing mains for the whole house and 2 bathrooms. The work was all tidy and completed in a timely fashion for a very good price. I would thoroughly recommend!

Tom replaced our defunct air source heat pump, hot water system and central heating radiators with the greatest professionalism and at all times taking our comfort into consideration. It is with great pleasure that I thoroughly recommend Ashmore Plumbing & Heating to anyone wanting an excellent job done and complete peace of mind. Thanks Tom.

He had done some previous work in our kitchen build a year ago and we were really pleased with that and it was great to have him back. We highly recommend him.

Highly recommend Tom!! He came to our rescue over the Christmas/New Year Break when we had a problem with our toilet! He responded very Quickly, visited next day to assess the problem and to give his advice! We had a brand new Cistern fitted within a week! He was professional and efficient from beginning to end, in fact probably one of the best tradesmen we have ever used, will not hesitate to use him again, Thanks again for your excellent service! 12 out of 10!!!!

Answered the phone and turned up before time. Did a great job Knows his stuff. A reliable plumber !!! A rare animal 😁

We have used Ashmore a few times in the last year and every time Tom has come exactly when he said he would and sorted the issue or service as required. He's tidy and friendly and professional.

Tom supplied and fitted out our new bathroom and done a fantastic job with a high end finish. He provided us great advice and knowledge from start to finish with a very fair price. Tom was punctual and also quick to respond. Thanks again for a great job!

Had a Fault on my heating system, they diagnosed and replaced the pump. Super helpful, reliable service!

Tom came very promptly to look at my small job and fitted me in the following day. He communicated clearly when he was coming and stuck to it.😊He took his shoes off at the door without being asked and gave me a reasonable quote. When he did the job he knocked some off the quote as it didn’t take as long as he thought😊 He had to cut into an area of boxed in pipes and he put it all back so neatly even though it’s out of sight in a cupboard.😊He asked if it was OK to put the front door on the latch as he was in and out😊 I’ve had tradesmen leave the front door wide open repeatedly in the middle of winter!🙄 Tom did a beautiful job without fuss and was friendly and professional. 5 stars😊

Tom Ashmore installed a new boiler for me.. I found him to be reliable and professional. Happy to recommend.

Lovely “old school” tradesman. Serious about his trade, finish, quality of work etc. We couldn’t recommend Tom more highly. He’s just fitted a new boiler for us and we’ll definitely be getting him back for the two bathrooms and a new kitchen. Absolutely deserves a five star rating!

Tom is very helpful and professional He refitted two bathrooms for us . He sourced items and picked them up for us and work was completed tidily. I would highly recommend him. Amanda Virdee
