Thomas Plumbing and Heating

Cracking Job fitting my log burner. Appreciated the advice and help planning and job delivered on time and as quoted. Thank you very much Ryan 👍🏻

Called Ian for leaking pipe. Came out within the hour. Completed work efficiently. Would recommend.

Have used Ryan a few times in the past year. Always happy to help. Had a leaky oil pipe, turned up next day at 7AM. Great guy knows his stuff.

This is the 2nd time I’ve called on Ryan’s services. Another Multifuel stove installation. This time, removal of an old liner and stove and installation of new; replaced damaged chimney pot too. Another outstanding service. Ryan and his colleague, Mike, were polite, engaging and highly professional. Fully explained what would be done before work commenced. These guys are professional, knowledgable, tidy & neat workers. I have high standards, Ryan exceeded those standards. Ryan and his team will always be my first port of call for all things plumbing/heating. 100% trustworthy. Thank you Ryan & Mike it was lovely to see tradesmen having pride in their work.

Ryan and Mike visited our property recently to connect our washing machine and remove 2 radiators. They quoted the job quickly and completed the work very efficiently the following day. I’m grateful to them both for accommodating our job at such short notice. They are polite, knowledgable and reliable- I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for quality plumbing and heating services.

Ryan serviced my boiler. Very thorough and friendly service. Would definitely recommend!

We had Ryan recently replace our boiler after ours had come to the end of its life, he was able to suggest an appropriately sized boiler for our house, gave a few different options at different price ranges to make sure we got the best boiler to suit our needs at an affordable price and turned up on time and carried out the job with professionalism. Thank you.

I have used Thomas Plumbing a few times over the last year for issues and an boiler service and he has always been prompt to reply. He is very reliable, trustworthy and reasonably priced. I have an oil filled boiler so would recommend Ryan to anyone looking for an engineer.

Just had work completed by Ryan for a new boiler, Ryan is professional and friendly and gave a good service. Very knowledgeable.

Ryan did an excellent job and completed our complicated install on time. We were impressed that we were able to give him a key and let him get on with it. What’s been installed allows us to use logs or oil for our central heating whilst providing us with an oven and hob. It works brilliantly and it appears to be seamless in operation. Very pleased with this knowledgeable and hard working guy. Would highly recommend.

Top quality service from Ryan. Went out of his way to get to us early and fix the Stanley Range and get the heating back on. Will definitely use again

Ryan did a good clean job reinstalling our bathroom. He dealt calmly and competently when a few unexpected quirks and problems arose.

Nice guy, very professional obviously new his stuff, explained things really well and sorted problem out efficiently

Ryan is professional, trustworthy and friendly. We were really impressed by his knowledge of the trade and his willingness to suggest ideas for our en-suite bathroom. He worked alone in our house (whilst we were at work) and we trusted him 100%. The en-suite is just what we asked for, and Ryan left the room/house as tidy as he could. We recommend Ryan unreservedly. We will be using his services again.

Very pleased with the service provided. Prompt response to our email and a quick appointment to service our boiler followed. Ryan is efficient, friendly and arrived on time. Would not hesitate to use him again.

Ryan has done several jobs for us. Always thorough. Can't recommend him highly enough.

We had Ryan install our log burner. He recommended a website to buy from direct, who were brilliant and good quality. He then booked us in to install it, turned up on time and overcame obstacles along the way. Nothing was too much trouble. Completed to a high standard at a reasonable price. Thanks again

Ryan responded very quickly to our request for plumbing work, visiting and quoting within a week. Just two weeks later he booked a day to do the work, which was a complex rearrangement of piping to suit a new water supply with a need for UV sterilisation. While here he also undertook some tidying up, removing dead legs etc. He was very friendly and professional throughout, and we were very pleased with the quick response and quality of the work.

We’re very happy with Ryan,s work and recommend him. He fitted a new oil boiler and removed and took away the old one. His communication with us was excellent. He listened to what we wanted and was easy to get hold of if we had any questions. He did everything we agreed to a high standard and for a fair price.

Had our water system upgraded and our oil system serviced. All completed to a high standard and on time. Everything explained clearly. I will be using this tradesperson again for further water and oil works and for refurbishment of our main bathroom. Excellent service.

Ryan did a fantastic job converting our downstairs bathroom to a wet room for disabled access . Very helpful throughout explained everything thoroughly and completed job on time and as promised . Highly recommend .

Wouldn’t have anyone else to do plumbing/ heating work. Excellent professional service

Had Ryan thomas to do a new oil heating system in my mums house and fit a new log burner, he did a fantastic job and was very professional. He knows his stuff and will advise on what's best suited to the property etc. Have also used Ryan for other jobs in the past few years (leaking pipe, new tap fittings) Highly recommend

Ryan is a real professional and a lovely friendly man. He fitted a new bathroom suite, tiled all walls around bathroom and floor, plumbed a downstairs toilet and washing machine in a garage, replaced water cylinder to a high pressure one absolutely fantastic. Ryan is easy to talk too and gives good advice without any pressure. I have several more big jobs lined up for him.... it was a pleasure to meet Ryan and have such a professional doing my work. Can't rate him high enough.

Ryan worked on our wood burner install. All done on time, signed off and works great.

Ryan has carried out some work at my grandparents, replacing a shower cubicle and toilet unit, he was knowledgeable, on time and reasonably priced. We have booked him for our own bathroom!

Ryan replaced and moved radiators, rerouting pipework. Also fixed a leaking toilet. He gave very good advice regarding further modernising I have planed for my property. Nothing was too much trouble. He is polite and professional and carried out work to a high standard, leaving the work area clean and tidy. Highly recommended.
