A great experience from start to finish. Jose came round for a site visit and gave us a very competitive quote and within a few days I was enjoying a cool home office which previously was like a greenhouse for most of the summer months. Jose and his team completed the installation in 3 hours with barely any disruption. AC in my office has been a gamechanger and I would have no hesitation in recommending JLJ Cooling and Heating to anyone.

From start to finish, I have to say I am impressed. I first contacted Jose via telephone on 16th August this year to enquire about having air conditioning in the lounge of my static caravan. He asked me to forward some pictures via whatsapp of the room I wanted the air con in. He made a suggestion where best to put the unit for the maximum benefit and the appropriate kw to ensure the unit was the most efficient for the rooms. I asked for the Pubic Liability as requested by the park home Manager and Jose and Gemma promptly sent this to me so I could forward to them. The park said this was fine to go ahead and I received the quotation from Gemma the following day and was advised the unit could be installed the next week on the 24th August, which I thought was great as didn't expect the installation to be so quick. Jose asked what time I would like the installation to take place as he will work around when it is more convenient for me. We agreed 10am on the day. Despite me asking numerous questions, Jose put my mind at rest. Engineers, Josh and Leo were brilliant. They arrived at exactly 10am on the day. They were both so well mannered, polite and knowledgeable of the product. They explained how they were going to install the unit, where it would go and what it would look like. They also explained about the safety of the unt outside and the workings of the remote control. Everyone from start to finish was super friendly and very helpful! The unit looks great, exactly what I needed. I am so happy with the work. They took about 4 hours and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend!

Could only give 5 Stars. Outstanding Service from this Company, having Aircon fitted to our Club Jose and his team were very prompt, particular in their work, very clean & tidy ( you could not tell they had been in ) very reasonable for the work they provide. 1 here will be using this Company again when needed, very Highly Recommended.
