Exceptional service! Highly recommend! After having spinal surgery in the middle of a chronic heatwave I was feeling very very unwell. I messaged Sophie to ask about air con and she instantly sent out a portable air con unit. It arrived and was installed within an hour. I can’t express how much better I am now feeling. I will be asking Bartorellis to install permanent air con in all our rooms once I have recovered.

Our engineer, Paul, was incredibly helpful, efficient and knowledgable. He was able to diagnose the initial problem with our glasswasher very quickly, and offer advice on how to approach the subsequent problems. Ultimately, he recommended we replace the unit, given the potential money pit it had become, and was able to suggest several options, along with pros and cons of each. A pricey service, but to have someone with us the next day with that level of expertise, it was well worth it for the continued operation of the business.

Richard was in, straight to the point, assessed unit, found root cause, went through options. Would highly recommend!
I had a very disappointing experience with this company. The engineer initially told me that a new evaporator coil could be fitted and estimated the cost at £500–£600. However, I later found out the actual part costs around £187 (excluding VAT). Then, the office claimed that the fridge is an old model and that parts are no longer available — which is simply not true. This contradiction raises serious concerns about transparency. I was also told the repair could only be completed at their workshop, meaning they wanted to transport a 380kg fridge, which is highly impractical. In the end, the information from the engineer and the office did not match, the job was left incomplete, and I paid money without getting a proper repair. On top of that, they asked for even more money to finish the work. I would strongly advise other business owners not to waste their time or money here. There are many other companies that are more honest, reliable, and willing to cooperate.

Ian done a fantastic job. Found the actual problem with our fryer (not what original engineer had said). He not only replaced the parts that previous engineer had said was broken, he also looked at the fryer completely and found that it wasn't safe to use. Very efficient and was happy to talk me through what was causing the problems. If I could have him back any time I have problems iny kitchen I would be very happy as I know that the equipment would be checked properly

Bartorelli have been taking care of our Freezers and Fridges now since June, the annual maintenance contract we have with them is worth every penny! Twice they have been called out to resolve temperature issues and both times arrived within 2 hours to fix. Excellent service.

I contacted Bartorelli Refrigeration to repair my Polar commercial freezer, because the temperature control appeared defective. The engineer discovered that the control was working correctly but I was performing the reset procedure incorrectly due to very badly worded instructions in the freezer instructions. Despite having to pay a costly callout fee I cannot fault the engineer who took the time to show me the temperature control reset procedure and was a credit to his company. Thanks Bartorelli Refrigeration.

Jack Anderson came into our small business today (just about - as his height is almost as impressive as his customer service skills…which came in handy with his speedy setting up of our machine due to him towering over it with ease) He made sure we all knew confidently how to look after the machine ourselves and even presented a few instructional videos for us with an essence of David Attenborough. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Had a visit from a guy called jack Anderson. He was very kind and polite. We had three issues for him to deal with and he seen to them all in less than an hour. On his way out he managed save a kid stuck on the train tracks by doing a quintuple backflip into a power slide, freeing the child and jumping angelically back onto the platform moments before a train blows by. I obviously am starting at him starstruck (honestly on the brink of crying) only for him to stretch out his arms. I mistakenly think he's offering a comforting hug only for a box of kittens to fall into his arms (they had fallen from a ten storey window). Honestly this god among men deserves a raise and a medal of honour.

,I had Jamie and his apprentice Ben come out today to look at a stove that wasn’t working. They were quick efficient and polite a real asset to the company.
I had Bartorelli company out to repair an ice machine which was faulty in my business premises. The engineer advised the machine was working and that the manufacturer was a premier brand and had several more years in its product life cycle. Invoice was paid onsite and the machine only continued to produce ice flakes instead of ice cubes. The following day an engineer from the same company attended to try and rectify the fault and contracted the previous days engineer frontmen same company and quoted £1900 to repair the machine. The company had the audacity to charge me again for the second visit.

Our fridge was leaking and was wetter than the first three seats at sea World, but with Jack's expert eyes and skill it's now dryer and colder than my sex life. Sporting some of the nicest tattoos I've ever seen I've named him the Johnny Depp of fridge engineering. After he was done with his garde A craftsmanship he proceeded to tell me about his main passion in life of building schools in Africa for underprivileged children. What a guy. He does however owe us £3 for the coffee I made him. We will be invoicing for this in due course.

A disaster of a day started with 2 power cuts which then decided to break our walk in fridge once we switched it back on…..Tim turned up within a couple of hours, was really friendly, helpful and broke the bad news gently to us that we need new parts. It was the morning of the 22nd, we have been waiting frantically for our ice machine to be installed. A early phone call was received stating that he would be with us in 2 hours. I can see why this company are so successful. Ross who I exchanged emails with was incredibly helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Josh the engineer who came to look at my commercial fridge was obviously extremely experienced and sorted it out in no time. Also another fridge that I had been told was unfixable he had working with no trouble. All done within 2 hours. I thought I was going to have to replace both of them. I would recommend them every time, wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

Sam & Bailey came to sort our Dreaded Slushy machine that hasnt worked from the first day it arrived ! Here a good 3 hours testing and trying everything. They didnt give up finally found that it would have been a fault from manufacture. This was tripping any area said machine was in. We have used Bartorelli for years on a service contract, they are always super quick and efficient in answering service calls, and they are normally out within 2 hours for an emergency. All technicians are extremely experienced and knowledgeable, most call-outs can be fixed the same day. Across our sites we mostly have Geoff out who is fantastic and can diagnose and fix issues quickly and efficiently, he will explain fixes that have been made and give you maintenance advice to prolong equipment life.

Why do Freezers always break down at night ? We are a Fish & Chip shop in Bristol and several times our walk in freezer has stopped working. Bartorelli respond very quickly to the emergency working to the early hours of the morning and always manage to get it working again. Last Saturday midnight the compressor stopped but being a heatwave their engineers were busy on other call outs but via texts and emails Ross took me through the process to get the compressor restarted again (and for no charge). These guys are brilliant.
Fantastic service from a great company, Had a quote at 4 pm and it was installed the next by 1.00 pm. Also comes with full 10 year warranty which they pride themselves on. dealt direct with the boss who could not do enough to please.
Really professional company, Ross is extremely helpful and they go out of their way to offer advice, help organise tradesmen and give excellent guarantees. Can't recommend this company for air conditioning enough
