The installation was clean and tidy both from a dust/mess point of view and aesthetically as well, all the cables and pipework chased in properly. Had a unit fitted yesterday for my bedroom ready for the summer. Excellent service all round. From the moment I made my first enquiry to the fitting yesterday. It was fast, efficient and I was kept updated all along. The team were friendly, competent and did an excellent job, leaving no mess behind. Highly recommended.

This is the second unit that Beechwood have installed for us. They responded quickly to the request for a quote. The installation was great on both units. Nothing was too much trouble and despite the awful weather, they cleaned up properly afterwards. We will use them again and can thoroughly recommend.
My wife and I were wanting air conditioning installed in our home. We looked around at a few companies in our area not really knowing what to expect. Having something like aircon installed is not something that should be undertaken lightly. Beechwood Refrigeration & Air Conditioning were one of the companies we had a look at and asked for a quote. Well this couldn't have been easier, the engineer arrived, discussed our needs and made suggestions on how we might proceed. We requested a quote and this was duly supplied. It was an incredibly competitive quote using top brand units which suited our needs, so we went with the company for our aircon installation. Well, if you are looking for air-conditioning to be installed then look no further than this company. The installation day's were settled and the two engineers arrived as promised and began work. The senior engineer also discussed and advised on final positioning of the equipment and described how they would proceed. The work was faultless. There was no mess, they worked in a tidy and considerate manner and finished the installation quicker than was originally quoted. The handover was full and informative. We were incredibly impressed with the whole service from start to finish. So, if you are considering an air-conditioning installation, we would not hesitate in recommending this company!
Would 100% recommend these guys. Our existing air conditioning unit had practically given up the ghost and we gave them a call. Quoted the same day, turned up when they said and fitted a brilliant new system. The price was competitive and they were finished in a morning. Overall, as good as it gets.
I phoned Beechwood Aircon to re gas an air con installation. They turned up when they said they would, were prompt, helpful and friendly. The office staff were very very helpful and put my mind at ease. The Engineer Elliot turned up and was absolutely fantastic, what a nice guy, well mannered, knowledgeable and knew his stuff. The price was very fair as well. I wish all companies were like this. Absolutely 5*
Have had two air conditioning units installed at my house. These guys were super professional and performed a timely and very clean installation. The process has been super easy from getting a quote after a survey, to actually getting it done. I can now enjoy a cool summer in my house! As compared to previous air conditioning installations they were also very good value. Highly recommend them.
Absolutely brilliant service from the first enquiry phone call to the installation, couldn’t have asked for more flexibility and support, we messed Kev and the team about but they always responded positively and did everything they could to make sure they could fit around all the other works we had going on, would highly recommend for any domestic air con needs.

Absolutely first class service from Beechwood Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Ltd ("Beechwood"). Kevin carried out 2 site visits - the second because we'd had second thoughts about which room should be the site for the AC installation - and for which second visit, Beechwood made no extra charge!. Kevin quoted promptly and clearly, so we knew at each stage what the costs, the timing and the equipment spec. would be. Tim from Beechwood also carried out a site visit where he measured-up and gave excellent advice about the siting of the A/C installation, the installation time-scale and the temperature parameters. Brian then installed the A/C unit, coped effortlessly with the 3 feet thick walls of our cottage, sited the external unit discreetly and was in all ways professional, pragmatic and efficient. Once the unit was installed, Brian explained the workings of the unit, the servicing schedule and the billing process. He was absolutely excellent in every regard, as were Beechwood generally and I would not have the slightest hesitation in recommending this company to domestic, commercial or business users of air-conditioning.
Beechwood are just one of those old fashioned companies that understand customer service. They have been absolutely brilliant. Can’t recommend them highly enough.
Amazing service from my first phone call. Prompt visit for sizing and quote. The main installation took 2 days for the living room and bedroom. Very clean work and friendly engineers who explained everything as they went along and certainly knew what they were doing and where talking about. Highly recommend this company.
Beechwood Refrigeration & Air Conditioning have just installed AC into my master bedroom. For a short review fantastic service / faultless from start to finish and highly recommend. You wont go wrong on price / quality. A quality contractor from my experience. If you got a bit more time to read - Firstly the price of product and the quality of product is bang on. You would struggle to find companies any cheaper so they are very competitive and reasonable. The process of them explaining the products to me coming to the house to do a pre survey and guiding me through different options cleared everything up. Then it goes to the actual install team. They turned up very professional and clean (kept their social distancing!) to the point they even wore shoe covers when coming into the house. The install team did a great job, I felt like they took every bit of care, and took complete pride in their work. They covered the floors where they were working and on completion I didn’t even have to whip the hoover around very impressed! The one guy also ran his hoover outside from a previous job to ensure no dust transfer in house and give it a good blow out. I witnessed this as was working from the study. This is the kind of stuff that pleases me as the end user! That bit of care and attention goes a long way! The external unit itself I had some reservations it wouldn’t look aesthetically pleasing mounted to the side of the house but how they have mounted it, the fixings and brackets used and the pipe runs is a tidy job and no problems at all – very neat. It looks far better than I thought. They also guided me though how to use / set / maintain the system. So honestly can’t fault the service. I will be pushing 2 other recommendations their way. If you are reading this pondering AC my recommendation would be bit the bullet now and invest in AC. Over the years we have suffered hot nights bought endless fans going up in price every time to a portable AC / fan unit – all useless. On the less warm nights these fans give an element of cooling but more like a placebo / draft on your skin. But in reality the only way your going to cool a room when the proper hot nights kick in is AC. You can’t put money on a good nights sleep and its worth every penny! The first night sleep with it installed last night was like being in a 5* hotel room! Beechwood Refrigeration Thank you keep up the good work!
