I was originally put in touch with Colin by Neil Claydon after mentioning some ongoing refrigeration issues. From the very first meeting, I was impressed. Colin took the time to sit down with me one-to-one, clearly explaining what he does and advising on the best workable options for my situation. He later visited the shop, carried out measurements, and talked me through the most suitable long-term solutions. After sending over a detailed quote, Mr. Hill and I were incredibly happy with the proposed work. Colin and his team were extremely efficient. Within a week or two, they were back on-site installing a new freezer and fridge door. I had expected to close the shop for a couple of days, but Colin reassured me that this would not be necessary—and he was right. The team worked seamlessly around us, allowing business to continue as normal. They were professional throughout: keeping the workspace clean and tidy, regularly clearing up, and even removing and disposing of the old refrigeration unit on the same day. What really stood out was their responsiveness. On a previous issue with my old freezer, Colin rearranged his schedule and had an engineer with me that very same afternoon. I had a freezer and fridge installed with these guys and I can say they our amazing from start to finish. Easy to work with when planning what you need. Very easy to speak with and answered any questions that I asked. The quality of the installation was very good. Any worry’s I had after the installation was dealt with over the phone to reassure me or they came straight out to check and put my mind at ease Well recommended and I will always use these guys for any refrigerator work and servicing

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, I was quoted £65 for a call out - I have signed documentation saying I did not want any work carried out, 3 days later I receive an invoice for £177.60. I knew my fridge needed gas topping up. I was asked which type of fridge I had, presumably so they brought the right fluids. I was then told I was needed a new evaporator. Funnily enough another friend was told exactly the same thing. Since contacting legal advice my invoice has now been reduced to £100. This shows exactly what sort of company this is. DO NOT USE AT ANY COST.
Colin and Eddie are great people they will help you with what you need in air conditioning and refrigation.
Under no circumstances would I ever recommend this company. After the initial call out my fridge was not repaired so I called back to book another appointment. I was told they would call back. They didn't. I repeatedly called them each time without an explanation as to why they would not call me back. My fridge never got repaired and they still billed me £165 for the call out.
