Cool Electics were recommended to us by our building company - and we certainly weren’t disappointed! It’s a lovely family run company who pay a lot of attention to detail. Things that particularly impressed us were how responsive and helpful Diane was with emails and how well they fitted around our builders partic with first fix timings. Simon and the team were really careful not to cause any damage or mess in our new loft conversion when installing the air-conditioning unit units, and they spent a long time making sure that the location of the condensing unit had been carefully considered and that we were totally happy. We also had a very thorough explanation of how exactly to use the unit and all the features on the app. Many thanks!

The quality of their work is outstanding, the installation is incredibly neat and tidy, and they were happy to listen to my requirements and offer advice as needed, but there was no upselling or pressure from them at all. Our experience with Cool Electric has been outstanding from start to finish. We recommend them wholeheartedly. Led by Colin and Diane who are highly experienced makes the design and quotation phase thoughtful and seem less. Upon arrival, the whole team were genuinely delightful to deal with - incredibly polite and courteous and very respectful of working in our home. The quality of the fit and the air con system itself is very high quality. Our rooms can be cooled quickly and kept to the target temperature as desired. The units are sleek and operate with minimal noise - both inside and outside the house. Finally, the decorative repair work was also excellent and there is zero evidence of installation. Amazing experience! I am very picky when it comes to house work and I am 100% please with the results from Cool Electrics. They have accommodated me on their diary at an earliest date. They have been very clean and careful with everything in the house, taking proper care of rugs and walls which for me is very important. They have clean everything to professional standards afterwards. Joel, the decorator, was also amazing! He did a fantastic job, very delicate and amazing finishing touches. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone else! My neighbour also use them and had a very similar experience to me. 10/10 For me!

His work was excellent, he installed 2 a/c units, one in the loft conversion and one on the ground floor but both involved getting access to put the outside units over a glass roof but Colin managed and did a brilliant job. Installation of 1 external a/c unit and 2 internal units The units are for two bedrooms in a loft conversion. The main goal was to improve the airflow and air quality by drawing air through the filters without using it as an a/c. It has exceeded my expectations as I now wake up without a headache from the pollution and pollen. We have had a couple of warm nights to try out the a/c and it's been brilliant. This system is much quieter than I thought it would be. Colin was very helpful in his suggestions and took the time to explain the installation plan. He approaches and performs his work in a refreshingly professional manner.
