Cool Electrics Ltd

Cool Electrics were recommended to us and did not disappoint. A flawless service from start to finish.

Cool Electics were recommended to us by our building company - and we certainly weren’t disappointed! It’s a lovely family run company who pay a lot of attention to detail. Things that particularly impressed us were how responsive and helpful Diane was with emails and how well they fitted around our builders partic with first fix timings. Simon and the team were really careful not to cause any damage or mess in our new loft conversion when installing the air-conditioning unit units, and they spent a long time making sure that the location of the condensing unit had been carefully considered and that we were totally happy. We also had a very thorough explanation of how exactly to use the unit and all the features on the app. Many thanks!

Cool Electrics did a great job fitting our air conditioning, we’ve used them twice, once for a loft and again for a bedroom. We have been very impressed with the work of Diane, Colin and team and would highly recommend

Everything went perfectly throughout. We had one a/c unit installed in our front bedroom, with the condenser installed in a lightwell on the basement level. Colin and team were very efficient, tidy, punctual, polite. We were very happy with everything.

Delighted with air conditioning installed by Colin & team during loft conversion project. They worked collaboratively with my main building contractor. Diane running the office was responsive and very helpful. Everything delivered on time with great customer service, and were flexible with final installation date when there was a delay with the main build. Nice to support a local family business.

Colin and team installed air conditioning in a new loft conversion we had done. The quality of their work is outstanding, the installation is incredibly neat and tidy, and they were happy to listen to my requirements and offer advice as needed, but there was no upselling or pressure from them at all. They were extremely professional and keen to do an excellent job, and have absolutely done that. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone.

Highly professional, reliable air conditioning company. Faultless install, neat/tidy, on time and in budget with excellent customer service.

Our experience with Cool Electric has been outstanding from start to finish. We recommend them wholeheartedly. Led by Colin and Diane who are highly experienced makes the design and quotation phase thoughtful and seem less. Upon arrival, the whole team were genuinely delightful to deal with - incredibly polite and courteous and very respectful of working in our home. The quality of the fit and the air con system itself is very high quality. Our rooms can be cooled quickly and kept to the target temperature as desired. The units are sleek and operate with minimal noise - both inside and outside the house. Finally, the decorative repair work was also excellent and there is zero evidence of installation. This is a company which takes exceptional pride in doing an excellent job. If you are considering air con, you should give them a call

So pleased with the excellent job that Colin and the team at Cool Electrics have done. Had 3 internal units installed. The team were so professional, polite and efficient. They worked around my schedule and all the team did such a great job from start to finish. V pleased, love the units and would thoroughly recommend.

A brilliant service from start to finish. We were particularly impressed with the lovely team who undertook the work. We highly recommend Cool Electrics.

Amazing experience! I am very picky when it comes to house work and I am 100% please with the results from Cool Electrics. They have accommodated me on their diary at an earliest date. They have been very clean and careful with everything in the house, taking proper care of rugs and walls which for me is very important. They have clean everything to professional standards afterwards. Joel, the decorator, was also amazing! He did a fantastic job, very delicate and amazing finishing touches. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone else! My neighbour also use them and had a very similar experience to me. 10/10 For me!

Had AC installed at our flat in Putney - very professional service, super responsive and did a brilliant job. Competitively priced and good honest people - highly recommend

They did the excellent job to install 2 AC for my house. The workers are very professional and friendly.

Excellent quality of service and attention to detail. Very polite and considerate team including the installers themselves, plus decorator, electrician and scaffolders. Highly recommended and looking forward to being cool this summer.

We were very impressed with the service and are very happy with our new units. They suggested solutions we hadn't thought of and everything was done very neatly and professionally.

Had air conditioning provided and installed by Cool Electrics in January 2023. The service was professional from beginning to end and I highly recommend them. Colin is very knowledgeable and worked out the best site and route for the air conditioning. The team are friendly, careful and tidy. They did a very efficient job and made good after the installation.

They did a 5 year electrical check for us

Excellent service, everything clearly explained, no surprises and superb work.

Problem free punctual installation. Done in a day and to the quoted price using proprietary branded items. Would recommend and use again.

Used Colin to fit an air con in my master bedroom. Plaster had to be removed in the wall and ceiling - done quickly, efficiently and with almost no mess. Refinishing has left no trace of the work

I have used Colin and his team to fit 12 Daikin air conditioning units over the last couple of years. On each occasion the jobs have been extremely well planned, ensuring that work is carried out around our busy schedule, causing no disruption to our day to day work. The units, pipework and electrics were installed with absolute precision and excellent attention to detail, saving us the need to undertake remedial repairs and decorating afterwards. Furthermore, Colin is very quick to return calls and answer questions that arise once the units are up and running, giving us peace of mind that help is always on hand should any issues arise. I highly recommend Cool Electrics for domestic and commercial installations and have complete faith in Colin and his team to deliver the best service, time and time again. Thanks, Chris

Highly professional in every respect. Thoroughly recommended.

A very professional service all in all. Colin was punctual, more than happy to explain the different stages of the process and very tidy.

highly recommended, great service, finish on time, highly professional throughout. They have just installed 3 AC units, work is to a very good standard, will have no questions using them again in the future.

excellent, polite, timely and good value

Really impressed with Cool Electrics. Colin was timely, efficient, tidy and polite. His work was excellent, he installed 2 a/c units, one in the loft conversion and one on the ground floor but both involved getting access to put the outside units over a glass roof but Colin managed and did a brilliant job. Would have no hesitation in recommending him.

We are so pleased with the excellent job cool electrics have done. Colin really knows his stuff and takes a lot of care and pride in his work. He gave us a very competitive quote and then carried the job out exactly as described and in the exact time frame promised. On top of which he is just a really nice guy. We will recommend cool electrics to anyone wanting air conditioning in future.

Installation of 1 external a/c unit and 2 internal units The units are for two bedrooms in a loft conversion. The main goal was to improve the airflow and air quality by drawing air through the filters without using it as an a/c. It has exceeded my expectations as I now wake up without a headache from the pollution and pollen. We have had a couple of warm nights to try out the a/c and it's been brilliant. This system is much quieter than I thought it would be. Colin was very helpful in his suggestions and took the time to explain the installation plan. He approaches and performs his work in a refreshingly professional manner.
