Bradley and his team installed aircon units for us. He kept us updated with stock given it’s difficult to find any at the moment and promptly booked the jobs in once they arrived. We landed on the Samsung WindFree units that he recommended which have been great and feel nicer overnight than expected. Very professional and tidied up after themselves, minimal dust. Would recommend and have already passed on WDI recommendation to friends and family!
We recently had our air conditioning installed by WDI Group, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Very punctual and helpful. Low hot water pressure. Bradley turned up on time and tried couple of things to make it make work. As it was in issue with the cylinder it self, he advised what to be done and didn’t charge anything even after spending close to 1 hour trying to fix it. Really good service provided by these guys. Had issues with my boiler for months and 2 gas workers previous couldn’t fix it. WDI Group arrived and fixed the issue within a couple hours, was a PrV sensor. So happy we were considering a new boiler but now every has been perfect. 10/10

Brad of WDI is an excellent bathroom fitter/builder and all the rest of the work that you'd want down in your home. He and his team did an amazing job on my bathroom. Nothing was to much trouble when changing my mind and they cleaned up and left my home spotless. Take a look at the photos👍. I thoroughly recommend WDI to anyone.

After speaking with Bradley at WDI group explaining we have a leak that 3x other plumbers have been unable to find Bradley sent a specialist leak detection company out to use a very hi tech piece of equipment to find the leak they managed to find the leak within an hour or so and repaired. Thanks to WDI group and his team.
In May 2023, I employed WDI Group to install a gas boiler. I was not made aware but they subcontracted the work to their friend. Wdi group did send someone from their team to help with the installation however, I was not satisfied with the boiler at the end. There was a small leak that I noticed and when I contacted them about it, they were quick to rectify it. The boiler came with a 12 year guarantee, as long as it has been registered by the installer. It took weekly call and nearly a month to get this registered. I then contacted WDI Group with a concern from their installation and it was made clear by Bradley that I was "trying to get things done for free" rather than address any of my concerned. I contacted Gas Safe, who made WDI Group and their 3rd party come and ensure that the boiler is installed as it should be. I am disappointed by the service received by WDI Group but am happy with the fact that Gas Safe was able to help and ensure that everything was done right.

The team from WDI Group have installed a new boiler for us, with 4 new radiators and a condense water pump, removed an existing boiler, water tank, flue and installed new ones with all piping replaced. They have done an amazing job, we were impressed with how fast they completed it all and the great quality. They were approachable, polite and tidied all up at the end. We did have quite a few quotes for this work before and they finished a big job much faster and cheaper than what others have quoted us with. We will not be using anyone else for our future plumbing work. Wish there were more companies like that in London. Not all heroes wear a cape indeed ;)
From System boiler to Combi boiler. Bradley and his team was on time to change the boiler. Both guys were super friendly and done the job within time limit. I would definitely recommend!
I recently had my Worcester Bosch Greenstar 38CDi Combi Boiler serviced by WDI Group. The work was carried out by Bradley, who arrived on the dot at the time agreed. He was friendly and courteous and got on with the task in hand in a very professional manner. I had mentioned a very minor leak in the boiler to Bradley. He diagnosed/spotted the problem immediately, rang few places for the replacement part, picked it up and fitted it no time as part of the service call. I am very satisfied with the work carried out and service provided; so would definitely use them again for any plumbing and heating work I have in future. In addition, I would have no hesitation in recommending WDI Group to my friends and family.

Had these guys over to change and move a boiler. Converted from tank to combi. Price was excellent, the service was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble even when it meant routing the new pipes through awkward places. No mess, no fuss, a real pleasure to have them. In fact they are now my "go to" guys in the future when I need plumbers. Attached is a photo showing the quality of their work. This is the boiler installation in a cupboard where it's not on show but the quality of the installation speaks for itself. Bradley gave me sound advice on the Vaillant boiler I needed and saved me nearly £500 in the process.Without his advice I would have opted for a more expensive Vaillant boiler which would not have given me any additional benefit, Colin and his mate were very professional installers and the new boiler was installed very quickly. and very quietly. They removed & installed my new boiler. The service was second to none. The job was completed on day two but that only took a few hours. They also unblocked some of my radiators that had previously either stopped working or were not as hot as they should have been. The best thing though was the quote was less than the original one. The service was a totally different thing. They are a lovely team, polite and friendly. I was even asked if it was OK to use the toilet. Hows that for old fashion values! Combi boiler replacement. When our boiler started failing I called around a few businesses in the local area to get a quote. Bradley was quick in his response and provided a clear quote with timleines for the work. The quote for the boiler and work was not the cheapest but wasn't that far off from it but WDI had positive reviews online. When our boiler suddenly failed completely, having called Bradley he was able to move things around and came out the next day to install the new boiler.
