E G Hartnett Heating Ltd

Eamon is a really decent guy and a perfectionist when it comes to his work. He knows his stuff and is a true pro. Eamon fitted both our boiler and our aircon unit and we’re super pleased with them. We’d without doubt use him again!

10/10 service! Absolute professionals who always go the extra mile for their customers!

Highly recommend ! Very professional service, great rates.

I couldn’t be happier with the work compete on my home. Eamon’s team completes an entire renovation on my kitchen and bathrooms. 10/10 finish and very affordable. Highly recommended

Good engineer, poor billing. Requested Tuesday, came Thursday, then charged an emergency callout rate that was never discussed or agreed. 30 minutes of work and my bill came to £150. Their own catalogue listed £80 per hour for weekday visits, yet I was charged £120 plus VAT. When I raised it, the catalogue pricing conveniently changed. The billing has left a bad taste. Wouldn’t recommend.

Eamon came and gave us a quote to replace our boiler on the same day I contacted him. The quote was very competitive and he was friendly and polite. We decided to go with him and he was able to fit us in at very short notice - I confirmed before midday and the next day he and Callum were here to do the job. It turned out our old boiler had been installed very poorly and the location wasn't really suitable, we discussed this and Eamon offered to move it and change the set up at no extra charge! By the evening we were all enjoying a hot bath and Eamon will be coming back to service the boiler for the duration of the extended warranty at a very competitive rate which is great piece of mind. The work was done professionally and with as little intrusion as possible, both Eamon and Callum were polite and courteous throughout. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Eamon and his colleague fixed a leak from my shower that had gone into my neighbour’s flat. They were really professional, friendly, and sorted it quickly. Both my neighbour and I were very happy with the service. Would definitely recommend!

Easily the best tradesperson we have used and we have used a lot. Contacted to fix broken heating amid freezing weather. Same day response to drive an hour to find an available component and install quickly, great communication and even fixed a few other plumbing issues he spotted. Highly recommended.

Thank you Eammon and team for a fabulous job installing three rooms worth of air conditioning in my house today. Your teams professionalism and enthusiasm for what they are doing is a joy to watch. I can highly recommend them and happy to be a referee if anyone needs to see completed work. Many thanks again and here’s to not dreading the cold or the excessively hot days we seem to be getting now and in the future. Well done! Clare

Eamon kindly helped us with an emergency situation the same day I contacted him. He not only diagnosed and solved our problem on the day, he spotted and rectified other issues with our boiler from a dodgy install. I would highly recommend him.

Eamon, Rhys and the team are brilliant. We have used them several times, most recently to split our underfloor heating into a new control zone. All working perfect. However, we have now had Air Conditioning fitted by Eamon and his attention to detail to try the best possible way to run the cabling and trunking to be easy on the eye was wonderful constantly thinking about us rather than what's easy for him. Would highly recommend and have done so.

Being lucky enough to have EG Hartnett for our boiler and radiators, now they are doing air con and we booked immediately! They delivered a perfect installation, literally hidden the pipes so well inside and outside, way better than I thought. The system is so good for summer and can even flip to hearing for winter! Definitely worth the investment! Massive thanks to Eamon & Ryan!

Had a gas leak and they turned up right away, diagnosed and fixed the issue perfectly. Brilliant price as well. Highly recommend

The EG Hartnett team attended my call by return, assessed the old boiler and proceeded to install a new boiler within 2 days of my call. The installation was done in one day without any disruptions. Professional and friendly service from the whole team, specialised equipment , caring follow up and guarantees and service offered. 100% recommended!

Eamon was absolutely fantastic Tried his best to diagnoses & fix the problem over the phone without charge, before offering a real rapid call out & solving everything on Friday night Was real impressed & couldn’t recommend enough, cheers!

Thank you so much for helping my mum at such short notice! Fixed her heating, and shower, gave a service to the boiler to check it wax safe and working properly. And so reasonable in pricing. I can’t recommend highly enough. Lovely, friendly and trustworthy. I will not go anywhere else now!!

Wonderful service - thank you Eamonn for squeezing us into your already busy day to fix our leak. Really appreciated and at short notice. Highly recommend !

Had Eamon and his team out for multiple jobs over the years. Every time the works were carried out efficiently with the least disruption to our family of 4. Can’t recommend enough

I have had British gas visit on 5 occasions advising i need a powerfush, or change of valves or new motor. Having spent a fortune, Eamon came and fixed everything in 2 hours. I am now switching and asking British gas for my money back. I now have heating thank goodness. I would highly recommend. Just wish i had him from the start!

Eamon and his team replaced our 30 year old boiler. They worked extremely efficiently and discreetly, going above and beyond to minimise mess and disruption but most impressive to us was the quality of their work and exceptional professionalism which we know to be rare. No stone was left unturned and the installation was done to an impeccable standard. We look forward to them doing our bathroom in the coming months. I can’t recommend this company enough for their earnest, trustworthy and impeccable work.

Eamon and his team were brilliant. From initial scoping visit to a fair quote, they were incredibly professional, neat/tidy and worked hard. They installed a new boiler, radiators and smart Tado system and we couldn’t be happier with the final result.

I have been unable to change the temp of a shower for years… every plumber who looked said it couldn’t be repaired. Eamon repaired it- he’s honest, reliable and professional. I completely recommend him. I never write these sort of reviews but I’m so impressed.

E G Hartnett Heating were very professional replacing a faulty old boiler with gravity system by a new combi one. They managed to fit it in a reduced space, in order to not impact the kitchen's layout, and left everything in proper working order and tidied up. They also provided valuable advice on the usage of the system. I strongly recommend this company.

Reacted to an emergency leak in as quick as time possible. Found the leak quickly, repaired it and sent videos to me of what had happened and the repairs. Very grateful that the damage was not worse and a very prefessional service Carrie sout. Thank you very much Eamonn.
