Very happy with the service and the courteous attitude from both the ‘office’ and the engineers. Enquiries were promptly dealt with by friendly and efficient members of staff. As for the work, this was carried out in a timely and professional manner; an issue was spotted during the first visit, material ordered and a second call out booked promptly without any unjustified charges added onto the original quote. Very refreshing to deal with no nonsense people, who still believe in customer service and I will certainly contact Hampton Heating and Plumbing for any further requirements.

We've used Matt and the team a few times, servicing our boiler and replacing a toilet pan connector twice due to rodent damage. Every time they were speedy, polite and professional. The boiler service was just under £100 which is great value for money. The toilet pan repair jobs were ~£200 each, first replacing the flexi pan connector and then with a solid pvc connector (after the flexi was chewed through again). Matt kindly took off the material costs (£30 + VAT) for the 2nd fix of the toilet pan connector given the rat damage reoccurred so quickly.
