Couldn't be happier with the service from Rasika. From the first visit through to the installation, everything was quick, easy and good value. He took the time to talk me through the different options and helped me choose the right setup for what I actually needed. The installation was done really quickly, he was considerate throughout, and everything was left clean and tidy. The AC has been brilliant, especially with how hot the summers seem to be getting. I'm really glad I went for the dual-unit system rather than buying a portable AC as the cooling is much more powerful. All the certificates and paperwork came through promptly after the installation too. Overall, a really positive experience and I'd happily recommend Rasika to anyone thinking about getting air conditioning installed.
Fantastic service from Avon Air Conditioning Ltd. Rasika was a pleasure to deal with. He is friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and clearly takes great pride in his work. He installed an air conditioning unit in our home office, and the quality of the installation was excellent. The whole process was smooth and stress-free, and his prices were extremely competitive. We were so happy with the result that we had Avon back just two weeks later to install a second unit in our loft. The same high standards and attention to detail were evident throughout in what was a much more involved installation. 10/10 recommended. Rasika was amazing! Always ahead of time and informative. I have had a very hard time trying to get this Mitsubishi LN25 system up unil I get in touch with Avon. The unit arrived much earlier than expected and Rasika is always transparent to his earliest installation time. The unit was installed perfectly with nice touch of rigidity and sleek look on the outside. Thank for everything Rasika!

Excellent work by Rasika. Professional and efficient, taking care to ensure a long lasting installation. Overall everything went smoothly and exactly as planned as well as installing the indoor unit in the requested location of the room. Update: After having such a good experience with Rasika and enjoying the perks of air conditioning 😄 I decided a month later have a second unit installed in the upstairs bedroom. I got in contact like last time and booked the install. On the day everything went smoothly as previous and he took care to ensure a professional long lasting installation, testing pipework and applying neat trunking even in the tricky areas of the house. With such excellent work I will definitely be coming back for a third time!
Complete disappointment. We called to him fix our airconditioner, he took out the mainboard and said "it is probably the problem" and asked for 100pounds. When we got the piece fixed and called him to put lt back in, he asked for another 100pounds. Our aircon is still not working. Unsure of what they do and can't stand behind it. A waste of time and money. I want to give zero star but google doesn't allow me. In response to your reply, you suggested finding a new PCB, but you couldn't. I had it repaired, and the repair company offered a warranty. You couldn't do the job after you arrived. I asked if I could find another service company and they could do it, would you give me my money back? But I got the result I expected, so I won't.

What a find! We called Rasika up one very warm Sunday morning as our air-conditioning had turned itself off and wasn't turning back on. Not only did Rasika agree to come out that day (at a very reasonable cost may I add) but he was very knowledgeable about what could be causing the problem. He asked for any info about the system beforehand to ensure he arrived prepared, and then, once he arrived, he diagnosed and repaired the issue quickly and competently. One week on, the air-conditioning is still working like a dream - much needed in this heat! Thank you Rasika! We will certainly be calling on you again in the future.

Installed my own air con unit which was fine at first. Had to get him back to service and fix air con, didn't have a clue with what was wrong, changed my refrigerant and still didn't work. Charged me for service and refrigerant which I was not happy about as still wasn't working. Messaged him and was not helpful at all and did not get a refund. Both his jobs were cash payments so could not take matter further as had no receipt for job. He's probably better with car air cons but terrible at servicing home air con units. He should not of charged me for a job he was unable to do.....and not refunded payment or even offered to have another look. In response to your response, yes it was you, even added your card so please don't sugar coat things.

Rasika did a great job installing Mistubishi Heavy Industries units at my place. Initially he took the time to understand our requirements and explain possible options to me. The installation was performed professionally and Rasika accommodated to our schedule which was much appreciated. The units are currently doing a great job heating the house in an energy efficient manner, and we look to using the air-conditioning during hot days in summer.
