I recently had a new combi boiler installed by Colville in my London flat from Just Services Group, and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From start to finish, the service was professional, efficient, and incredibly well organised. Colville arrived on time, walked me through the plan for the day, and made sure everything was clear before starting. The boiler installation itself was completed to a really high standard — tidy pipework, seamless setup, and zero hassle. He also took the time to explain how the new boiler works, which I really appreciated. The house was left spotless afterwards, and the new system is running perfectly with glowing hot radiators. It’s rare to come across tradespeople who combine great workmanship with genuine customer care, but Colville absolutely delivered both. Highly recommended — five stars well deserved!

The best service ever! We use Just Services for our gas safety certificates and boiler services in the London area. Tonight we had some new tenants freezing cold with a malfunctioning boiler. I sent an email out of hours on a Friday afternoon and Colville called us, then contacted the tenants directly and solved the issue over the phone. Amazing and means I can relax and our tenants are happy and warm.

While I’ve had good experiences in the past, I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with this company. The engineer who attended was shockingly unprofessional—swearing openly, showing a complete lack of respect. Instead of carrying out the work properly, he requested to not install a necessary parts because it would have required extra effort on his part. To make matters worse, when I called to address the issue along with others, the receptionist was dismissive and completely unhelpful. Overall, this company demonstrated a lack of professionalism and customer care in this instance.

Highly, highly recommended. We had various gas and plumbing work carried out over a few weeks period, including moving a boiler and plumbing a new kitchen install. Colville was brilliant , from initial advice and quoting to the actual work carried out - professional, friendly and really flexible when other factors kept changing the work he could complete. His work was neat and tidy and looked great when finished. Also big thanks to Hayley in the office for being very understanding of last minute changes and helping with rescheduling. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone looking to have some gas or plumbing work carried out.

I contacted the JustAircons team to get a quote for air conditioner installation. They replied within 9 minutes and arranged a visit for the next day for a free quotation. The engineer, Col, was very friendly, checked everything needed, and discussed all the necessary details with me. I emailed them the next day, asking when the quotation would be ready. On June 13th, Chris from the JustAircons team replied, stating: "Col will build the quotes and send them over when he has totaled up the cost of all the materials required." Since then, I have emailed them three times without any response. It has now been a month since my first email, and I still haven't received a quote. I feel frustrated and ignored, especially considering the company's high rating. UPD: the company hides my review…
I have used this company for boiler service and gas safety certifications, for about 3 years, at different properties. They are extremely efficient and helpful. They managed to come out within a day, in January, when the boiler broke down. And when I had some problems with my Mum's boiler, they talked me through how to solve it myself, avoiding the need to send out an engineer. I can't comment on other services, as I haven't used them, but they've been excellent on this stuff

I wasn’t asked to write a review, but I felt one was necessary. Gordon, Chris and the team at JustServicesGroup are first class. From identifying the issue I had with my boiler, to fixing it, the whole process was both professional and ethical. They will be my go to company moving forward.
These guys were awesome. I called and booked an appointment and then they realised they could actually help by running through what I needed to do via a video call and so it got fixed over the phone and no charge! What a lovely honest company. I would highly recommend them. Thank you 🙏
AVOID! They caused a leak through negligence/incompetence and did not compensate for the water damage. During a routine boiler service, the engineer inspected the water tank in the loft and did some fiddling. He left without checking that his fiddling had not caused a leak - he had. Some hours later, we noticed water dripping into my 1 year old son's bedroom though the ceiling spotlights, and multiple patches in the ceiling. I went up - it was easy to spot a pipe valve dripping. Complete negligence from the engineer to switch on the water and not check the system before leaving. We had no water until the next afternoon when their "head" engineer arrived. He charged me for a new valve (even though the old one was functional prior to the service) and left. Once again, I went up to have a look and could see the valve was still leaking and was not fitted correctly! He was called back, arriving a couple of hours later and tightened it correctly this time. Again, the fundamentals were ignored - just turn the water on and check your work! Despite the ceiling damages, redecoration required and inconvenience, they would only refund me £47.50. Beware they put your credit card on file BEFORE they visit and can then invoice what they like without your confirmation.

Colville is not only my favourite plumber, but also all of my neighbours' favourite plumber. He is absolutely fantastic.
JustBoilers helped us out during our hour of need on a cold December morning. They were friendly and professional and quickly got on with identifying the issue and then recommending the course of action required to fix it. Just Services Group was recommended to me by a friend, and he was right, they are an excellent company to deal with. Paul, who carried out the survey on my boiler, arrived as booked and I had the quote within 10 minutes of him leaving the property. The quote was a very fair price - and the subsequent install (also by Paul) was carried out a week or so later. The job was completed seamlessly, and the old boiler was removed, leaving my place clean and tidy. I was also given a bit of training on the new boiler and Hive system. The team in the office were a delight to deal with, and the after care has been excellent. I would thoroughly recommend this company.

I needed my external flue sealed and an inspection panel fitted in my flat. These guys were perfect. From the initial call I had to amend the time 3 times (as a cherry picker was needed) they were so helpful and polite and a pleasure to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble. I just wanted to give a special mention to Colville Crawford who answered my call on Saturday when I noticed a broken pipe and leaking water in my wall. Colville was highly professional and also went above and beyond to help me see what the problem was and offered to video call to give me the confidence to smash through some dry wall to achieve a temporary fix (to prevent major water damage) until he could schedule a visit. This was a wonderful example of excellent customer service and meant that I felt confident booking justservicegroup to come and fix the problem. The guy who came to fix the problem was also on time and efficient. He also came with parts already in his van which was a huge help and is rare in this day and age!

I had an issue with my thermostat no longer connecting to my boiler - turns out that this can happen if the batteries run out and it’s ‘off’ and disconnected for a while. The process to reconnect them is more complicated than I could manage on my own so Just Boilers sent their engineer Gordon to help - he arrived within an hour of my phone call and sorted everything out, and gave me advice for making sure this does happen again and using my boiler optimally and most efficiently. John Millen attended my house over the course of a day and a half and installed a combi boiler in place of an old boiler/immersion heater system. Whilst he was here, there was a random leak with the toilet that resulted in water leaking through the living room ceiling below and he immediately started sorting the issue and very kindly drove to a shop to get the correct parts and fixed this issue for me immediately. John was incredibly professional, polite and knowledgeable and is an asset to JustBoilers. JustBoilers got back in touch to organise a visit to quote us and came to replace the boiler the next day. Clem was excellent and talked us through. I also appreciated that we weren’t made to do a power flush as it wasn’t necessary in our case and most companies charge £500+ for this. Being registered with Which is also a plus. Excellent company.

I had such a terrible experience with the previous company who charged a fortune for a pointless call out visit - estimating over £1,000 for a boiler repair, making me think it was a long, complicated work. This gas engineer was kind, on time and extremely knowledgable. He solved the issue in 20 minutes and spent some time to explain me how to use the boiler. The lady at the phone was helpful and, before the visit, took all the information she needed to buy the piece to change beforehand, so that the engineer had all he needed to finish the work in 1 visit. And price is great. I can't recommend the service enough.

My ceiling got flooded during the heavy downpours back in May, this was due to poor maintenance of the building façade and blocked gutters, but the freeholder refused to handle it and blamed it on the boiler company even though it wasn't their responsibility! They were very patient through the whole process, provided all the evidence, liaising with everyone. Considering the stubbornness of the freeholder in his refusal to cover the costs of the repairs, JustBoilers ended up fixing my ceiling for free! I am very pleased with the work they did, their contractor was friendly and on time, so were the engineers I met for the various inspections. I highly recommend JustBoilers for their professionalism and flexibility. They had no obligation to take care of this and I really appreciate the gesture.

The gas engineer has been very professional, helpful and he explained me many things about the boiler whist he was checking. He helped me with a leak in my radiator and he diagnosed the problem offering possible future solutions without taking advantage of it. I was really happy with today's appointment. Not sure why ratings here are so high, maybe I just had bad luck. I was the first appointment Monday morning and guy came 1h late with no face mask on (Covid tier 4 period). Boiler won't fire up but technician does not find fault, only after calling manufaturer suggests that electrics are broken. Meant to order new component (PCB) and send a quote quickly trying to come the next day as we are sitting in the cold (January). Later in the afternoon I call the office to follow up and they promise to chase. Nothing. Called another company, guy comes over and fixed issue on the spot (30min work). I feel like having paid £100 for nothing as the bill for the "diagnostics" came 2min after he left the house and they took my card details upfront. Usually I would only pay after a job is done, and this for a reason as can be seen! Not one but two stars as initial contact calling on a Sunday was good and the office is nice to be fair. UPDATE: After complaining, they offered to refund me, which is appreciated in this situation.

I phoned justboilers and spoke to Coleville. I had bled a radiator and couldn't find the fill valves to repressurise the system. Was in a bit of a flap as it was starting to snow! Coleville suggested I looked at the water tank and talked me through how to sort it. It now works and I'm incredibly grateful that 2021 doesn't need to start with frozen toes! Thank you so much!
I called requesting a quote to fix a boiler. I repeatedly asked if there would be a fee for having the engineer come look/give a quote and was repeatedly told, by the admittedly friendly attendant, that there was no "call out fee". Once we got to the booking stage I was asked for my card details - "oh but don't worry, we only charge once we start the work". I enquired as to why they needed this to "secure the booking" since I had no idea of cost and did not know if I would ask them to start any work. I was then after hold put through to a much less professional person, who repeatedly talked over me to state that while there is no "call out fee" there is a minimum fee for them to come out and give a quote. She failed to see how that was indeed what I had enquired about in the beginning. If they had been more transparent I would have been tempted by the fee, but this behaviour just shows they are unprofessional and likely to charge much more than they reveal upfront. Avoid!
From my 1st phone call with Justboilers.com things just felt right. Colville explained everything to me and made sure I understood all my options. The team turned up on time and the work went flawlessly. They even went above and beyond the scope to remove an old shower pump. They really impressed me with the skills and precision used. JustBoilers - the clue is in the name, and confirmed by their website. I entered my number and was called back within twenty seconds. My old boiler had stopped working and would have to be replaced. After an initial assessment the engineer returned two days later and I now have a Glow worm Betacom4 24kw. It's quiet, efficient and reliable. A big improvement on the old boiler and much more economical. Very efficient service.

I don’t often review but making an effort for that company because of how good they were to me. My combi boiler was suffering from an intermittent fault which caused it to regularly break down. Hundreds of pounds spent on new parts and 4 separate engineer visits from 3 different companies had failed to solve the issue ans I was finally resigning myself to getting a new boiler installed. The Just Boilers engineer initially came in to quote on a new boiler install but, upon taking a closer look, told me that he didn’t think that a new boiler was warranted and that he could fix my current one instead - before promptly proceeding to pulling this off! I seriously still can’t decide whether I was more impressed by the honesty or the technical skills... In any case, I really can’t recommend them highly-enough...

Amazing service provided by a very professional company. From the moment go this was organisation well above the shoulders of many others we had contacted. From the quote , to quickly arranged visit and the service itself. Many things really stand out but what really impressed us was no nonsense taking engineer called Darren who assessed the issue very quickly and simply provided us with a quote of what we really needed rather then sell extra things which quite frankly many other companies did try. Five stars for listening , really it’s hard nowadays to get someone to listen . Mostly people just hear so this was quite refreshing. The service on the day also provided by Darren was just hustle free and non intrusive in any way. I actually managed to do more work whilst having my boiler replaced then I would normally do in my office. Darren proved to be very skilled, amazingly professional , super friendly , quietly efficient and very very clean. I only wish all home works were so easy . Time to expand guys. Totally impressed.

Over the last 3 years I have used JustBoilers for annual gas safety checks and also for adhoc repairs. I have always found them to provide an excellent quality of work, be competitively priced, quick to respond and offer a friendly service. I also find their video call service to be very useful when minor issues such as calibrating boiler pressure occur. I've used Just Boilers a few times now and I rate them really highly and have already recommended them to friends and family. When you know nothing about boilers it can be scary to get an engineer in as you are at their mercy in terms of being told what the issue is and how much it will cost but my experience with Just Boilers have proved to me that they are an honest and straightforward company to deal with so that's why have no qualms about recommending them. Their call handlers and customer service people are excellent and if you have further queries they are able to explain it in layman terms.

Called a few of the big companies, useless! One week to come out and look, then I got cancelled on. I contacted Just Boilers after a routine annual manufacturer's service showed that my boiler was incorrectly - and potentially dangerously - wired to the pressurised cylinder. It had been like that for 8 years but no one had noticed. I was able to get an appointment quickly and Richard not only explained the problem but knew what the solution was. His approach was to look at the whole system which had been tinkered with over time and he gave it a complete overhaul, doing not only the obvious things like fitting thermostatic valves to all of our radiators but he also solved the pressure problem that meant the loft extension has been chilly for the past 30 years. The whole job was done quickly, efficiently, with attention to detail and at a fair price. Highly recommended.

I felt like they gave the best advice to get us the best deal at the best price in comparison to other companies where I felt as if I was being ripped off. I was recommended JustBoilers by my neighbour when I told him the boiler I inherited with the flat finally reached it's last legs and I got a quote from BG. I hadn't signed anything with BG yet so I gave them a ring and a lovely chap came out to assess my situation and also look at the assessment BG had left behind. Not only was he friendly and knowledgable he also told me what the other provider was overcharging me for services and parts, including unnecessary work that wold have ruined the cosmetics of my flat. So I immediately cancelled my appointment with BG and went with JustBoilers. Fast forward a few weeks (due to my availability) and the same lovely chap was installing my new boiler (and Nest as requested) for significantly less than what BG quoted. He did a great job fitting everything, taking away my old boiler and tidying up any dust or debris as part of the installation. Fast forward again 5 months to the time of this review and I'm happy to say all is working well and I love my Nest! From beginning to end, the service was fast, friendly and most importantly of high quality at a reasonable price. Can't recommend them enough!

Accepted quote at £385.80 final payment came in at £530 and then another bill of £90 for the first visit so all together I paid £620 two days later the boiler started making the same noise asbefore phoned up and they told me they would get a fitter from the company that makes the boiler and I would have to pay £290 feeling cheated dont use this company

I have to say that this company is by far and away the best Boiler company I've used. Recently they installed a Glowworm boiler in the flat I let out and from first quote to total installation they completed the job on time and to budget. Roly (Manager) and John (Eng) couldn't have been more professional or reasonable. Today in my house (not an area that they cover in London) I called them up for advice on my boiler which had packed up in -4 weather conditions (naturally a bit panicky with two young children to consider) and Richard (Eng) answered the phone, offered to help remotely via Facetime and talked me through resolving the issues. I have never seen customer service this good especially in light that Richard offered me this help with no expectation to get paid. He just wanted to help for helps sake. Brilliant!

Our current boiler was installed 4 years ago by ‘JustBoilers’ engineer Richard - he also kept our previous (rather ancient) one going for a couple of years before persuading us to upgrade to our present more efficient and cheaper-to-run model. That’s given us very little trouble so I think the annual service (for which they don’t charge a fortune) must be worth having. Everyone in the company I’ve spoken to (e.g. when booking a visit) has been friendly, helpful and efficient. I would especially recommend them to anyone looking for a less impersonal service than that offered by larger organisations like British Gas.
Fantastic service from start to finish. Initially called Putney Plumbers out after my boiler wasn’t working properly. They told me to fix the problem would be as expensive as a new boiler and therefore would recommend me getting a new boiler. After cancelling an appointment 5 mins before coming, I decided to look for a second opinion. One no show later, after being given a time from 11am to 3pm, yes Rectify plumbing and heating, you obviously think your time is more important than mine. Called ‘JUSTBOILERS’ and spoke to Haley who was polite, friendly and helpful and who set up an appointment that evening with their top engineer Richard. He came on time and told me I didn’t need a new boiler that it could be fixed for around £300. Once the parts were sourced he was quick to come and fix the problem at a convenient time for me. He was friendly, knowledgeable and quickly sorted the issue and I am back to having my heating and hot water working as normal. Massive thanks to ‘JUSTBOILERS’ for doing exactly what they say they do with friendly professionalism, I would recommend to anyone.

After a very bad experience with Pimlico Plumbers who told me I had a broken circuit board and needed a replacement boiler (at £3500) - I called JustBoilers for a second opinion / quote. They arrived quickly and replaced the pump (at a fraction of the cost) finding no fault to the circuit board. Heating back up and running quickly. Excellent service, tidy, efficient, very experienced and knowledgeable engineer. Thank you - will defiantly recommend to friends and use you again.

A bit of a cliche, but I called upon them as my heating had packed-in after the summer and I was beginning to get cold, surprisingly they didn't just come round that day, they arrived within 20 minutes of my phone call!
