We were recommended Luke by a friend and honestly couldn't be more grateful. We'd been dealing with another company who were pushing us towards a full boiler replacement as the only option. Luke came out quickly, gave us a completely honest assessment, and actually found a small gas leak that the other company had missed across two separate visits. That alone was pretty alarming miss by the other company in hindsight - but something Luke spotted as soon as he started inspecting the boiler. He was so kind, so straightforward, and genuinely just wanted to help us understand what was going on rather than just upsell us. It's so easy to feel like you're being taken for a ride with this stuff, but Luke was the total opposite. Can't recommend him enough. Thank you so so much Luke!!
Luke installed a new gas boiler, new radiator and fixed the shower valve. It was a very quick and efficient service and the communication was excellent. The tenant was also appreciative of the fact he was respectful of her living space and kept everything as tidy as possible during the job. I’ll be using him again.

Found the problem quickly & just cracked on doing a great & tidy job. Would definitely ask for his help again when needed & would recommend to others.

Luke did a fantastic job and has saved the day - arranged to come over quickly and fixed the leak straight away, and even collected a dehumidifier for me to help dry out the bathroom which was very much appreciated! He was careful to cause minimal disruption to the bathroom to get at the leak (behind the sink/tile work) so it will be easy to return it back to normal when everything has dried out. He also replaced a seal on the radiator which he noticed needed doing too. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone who needs saving! Thanks so much Luke for your help and friendly service!
Luke came and removed my gas hob ready for an induction hobb. It was all done quickly and safety checks were completed and he took away the old gas hob too. Really tidy, polite and clear about costings and what he was doing. Very happy with the job, Luke is coming to fix a hot water tap for me this week..I'd be very happy to recommend Luke.
Luke provided fantastic service for my new boiler installation. He called to say how long he would be before he got to my house and kept me in touch with what had to be done with the job. The space was left clean and tidy. Very happy with the outcome. I'll definitely use Luke again.
