Brilliant service from Gary and Dan who spent a long week away from their homes to install an air source heat pump and underfloor heating in ours. They worked really hard, finished on time, on budget, and did a perfect job. Excellent.
Excellent service from start to finish. I had 2 Fujitsu indoor units and an outdoor AC unit fitted in a 2-bed flat by the A3 Cooling Team. We explored many iterations before deciding on the final configuration, which the team supported patiently and responsively. No sales pressure or time limits. The installation was equally as good, tidy and professional work with plenty of customer interaction to ensure we were happy with the final solution. Everyone I dealt with in the team was super nice and a pleasure to work with. Very happy with A3 Cooling, I would recommend them unconditionally.

A3 Cooling installed 4 AC units in my home several years ago. All work was of a great standard. More recently they have very responsive in coming to investigate and repair a problem. On reccomendation I contacted A3 cooling services, Our system was over 25 years old and burning money. Conor recommended moving the system to make it more efficient. His team arrived on time, they were respectful of the shop and cleaned as they went along, and stopped work when customers came in. This way we didn't lose any business. Brilliant.

You always feel like you're taking a chance when engaging a tradesman you don't know and in a fairly unregulated industry we feel we were fortunate to find Dan at A3. The quote was exact and fair and the fitting, an air-con unit for our bedroom, was done with the minimum of fuss. Honest and straight forward pricing, excellent workmanship and a polite and friendly service. Would heartily recommend to friends and family all from the comfort of our, now, cool home!
