RE, the bad review from Hugh. He emailed an account for a colleague that had left on the 16.08.2022. Said Colleague wiped his PC so we had no access to his emails. Hugh then emailed info@atmosair 12.00 in the day 18.08.2022. I got back to him at 6pm that day and asked him to resend his email with the documents attached. Which he didn't do. Then he sent an email asking for a reply to which he had received a reply. We have done no business with this gentleman what so ever except to ask for information which he did not send, so there it was left. I can only apologise for not meeting his extreme expectations, If I had a crystal ball it might have helped!!
Very poor levels of customer service. Cannot even be bothered to respond to emails.
Refurbished offices from a company that has assisted in making many places cool having installed air-conditioning.
