I called Alex last week as our under floor heating had stopped working. He came at 9am the very next day. He fixed the problem in under an hour. I then mentioned that ever since we'd had the house renovated we'd always had issues with things not being quite right. We have always had to top the boiler up every few weeks. I've had three different people round to try and solve this, one of who cost A LOT of money but no one could fix it. Alex got his tools back out and found that when the boiler was installed, a switch had not been removed causing the issue. He managed to solve a problem three other plumbers couldn't and we now, finally. have a fully working boiler and central heating system that I don't have to top up every three weeks. His invoice was reasonable and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again or recommend. Thank you Alex, you're a rockstar.

If you’re reading this, yes you should work with Alex. For example, our boiler broke recently and he was there the same day despite having a job elsewhere. He then came back with a new pump that same afternoon after having diagnosed that it was faulty, and he came in to check with us the next day. He’s very professional and responsive and we’ve had several similar experiences with him.

I have never met before an engineer such as this man. Alex is a consummate professional and takes a great pride in his work and in the detail. A replacement condensing boiler was fitted, with a new flue and plume and the condensate frame was repositioned and enlarged. Care was taken to diagnose the stresses the previous boiler had suffered to cause its failure and preventative measures volunteered and taken to avoid repetition. Any small messes that arise were carefully cleaned, all old holes in walls were filled and all waste cleared from site … all in the one visit !! This gentleman is a craftsman and an interesting character as well, I could not have felt in safer hands and it was a delight to have him at work in my house. I cannot recommend him highly enough … let him do the work for you, you absolutely shall be delighted that you did !! Nic

Alex is not just a proper man for the job. He was indeed very helpful to clean out dirt from tank that previously wasn’t when power flushed by someone else! He serviced our boiler for annual service and upon checking magma filter found it was not fitted properly which he rectified, and also cleaned it, which some do not like to touch it! He is a jolly guy and very busy so anyone needing him do book well in advance! He didn’t try to sell me anything unnecessary. I highly recommend him for all your central heating issues as he did a thorough good job of all our issues.

If you have found this company, you're very lucky. They are specialists who know about boilers, are very sincere, repair things the best that they can be repaired and don't upsell new boilers. I've used them for about 20 years and was recommended to them by another tradesman I know well. It seems to be that all a good trades people know each other. They always lovely when they come round and very personable. Also my first choice when I'm going to recommend a boiler person to a friend. They can be a bit busy but definitely worth the wait. However when I did have an urgent problem they were able to move quickly as it was needed. It's nice to work with people who really care on and not just talk.

Alex came around yesterday as I had a F2 fault on my Viessmann Vitodens 100 boiler. In about 1hr he managed to take out the faulty and blocked components, to clean them properly and to put them back into service! The fault was fixed without having to replace parts which I was very happy with 👍

Alex is very professional and reliable. My house have under floor heating, one of floor wasn’t warm up, I called British Gas homecare service but they don’t do under floor heating services. Alex did a very professional and thorough job fixing our hearing issues, spotting some major issues our British Gas engineer had completely missed/skipped during the regular service.
