I used Wilsair to install 4 air-con units with the relevant outdoor unit in my 3 bedroom terraced house in South London. The work was installed impecibly and professionally. Given the house is incredibly old the job required smart thinking and solutions for pipes. Wilsair took great care to install the work so the pipes are as out of the way as they can possibly be. We're so happy with the whole set up and it really saved us over this last summer. I couldn't recommend them any stronger.
I had a great experience with Wilsair. During the initial visit Tom listened to and understood my needs, coming up with a good solution on how we could run the pipes/cables to be as hidden as possible. Both Tom and Dan attended the installation and did a fantastic job. Everything went smoothly and they left the rooms clean and tidy. I'd highly recommend them if you are looking to get AC.

Tom has installed AC (units for cooling and heating) in several rooms of the house and services them. It has been faultless from start to finish. I especially appreciate the discrete remote controls which he places in a holder on a wall/surface of your choosing so that it is convenient to access and doesn’t get lost. Having started out with a couple of units, the quality and competitive pricing of his work has meant we have installed further units in other rooms and have recommended him to others. Tom is personable, professional, punctual and trustworthy. 5-star service from a self-owned small business we are happy to support and recommend.

Tom and Wilsair installed ducted air conditioning in my attic studio room flat; the quote was competitive against all other quotes and the work undertaken to a very high standard of finish. Tom overcame the challenges of the project - an enlarged attic hatch was required; a scaffolding tower needed; and the work to install the unit in the attic and eaves - were all things Tom dealt with without complaint. He was professional and trust-worthy, friendly and reliable - and I would recommend this firm possibly more highly than any other I have previously used.
Tom installed a new aircon unit for our loft bedroom in Brentford a few weeks ago, and we’re definitely getting the benefit of it now! Tom’s quote was great value (esp. for a Daikin A+++ unit with wifi connectivity), turned up on time and completed the work to high quality standard. Despite having some setbacks with the COVID situation, some specifics around our site, and the fact that the new Daikin unit had a minor factory fault, Tom worked through all these until all were properly resolved. Very happy with our new cool air, thanks Tom.

Wilsair did a superb quality job installing a split air conditioner system in my flat. They were knowledgeable, clean and tidy with the installation and took the time to find the right product for my needs. With the increasing amount of the summer in high 20s and low 30s heat, the AC system has been in frequent use and has been an amazing purchase. Highly recommend this professional company.
Oh my god!! I cannot tell you all how Tom his team and his company have changed our London summer life! We have a lot of glass in our downstairs house and over the past couple of summers it's been like a bloody Finnish sauna! Since installation of our AC - it's like being on holidays every day. No exaggeration! We are now planning to get another unit or two installed for our upstairs - soon! Tom and Jamie were absolutely brilliant!
