It's a great feeling when I employ local contractors I have never used before in a field of engineering/construction that I know little about and I get a team of skilled professionals who work so well together I already look forward to having the same team back again and again should anything go wrong. Alas, they are that good that the chances of that happening in the near future are highly unlikely.
