We had an issue in one of our under counter fridges, I got in touch with Staycool for refrigeration services and they fixed it on the same day. John arrived exactly on time, he done full inspection and provided me with a report with the fault in the fridge which was a fan and the compressors required some gas refill, he quoted me on the spot, he had the fan and the rest of the tools in his van already, he fixed the fridge in an hour, replaced the fan, topped up the gas, and within an hour the temperature went down to the recommended coolness, what impressed me is that John popped in an hour later to inspect the fridge again and make sure the fan is working perfectly and the temperature is fixed with no other faults, that’s what you need nowadays, a reliable company with technicians who will look after you. Communication over the phone was perfect, the process of booking a technician is smooth with tracked ETA, I will book all our fridges to get serviced by them in June prior to summer to make sure we have no issues during heat waves, highly recommended
