I booked a service from JP Air Con. The first guy that came wasn't great and did only a cursory job so I complained to the office and they sent a second guy who did an excellent job and explained everything. I was very happy with how they dealt with my complaint and would use them again.
I sent an enquiry to JP Air Conditioning as one of our air con units was dripping water and therefore we couldn't continue using it. I received a reply from Kelsie (Senior Coordinator) stating that "the best course of action would be to schedule a call out to provide a full and detailed report outlining what is required to get the air conditioning up and running again. Please complete new client form so I can issue a quotation for a call out". Whilst I appreciated a prompt response, I did not expect such a protracted process in order to get someone to fix what is a very common issue in air conditioning units. However we went on You Tube and managed to find out how to fix it ourselves - very quick and effective and not involving "a full and detailed report".
UPDATED REVIEW: Unfortunately, I would not recommend JP Air Conditioning. The initial installation was carried out to a good standard. During the installation, the engineers stained one of our walls with oil, but to their credit, they returned and rectified the issue. However, we have barely used the unit since installation and only started using it more regularly as the weather became warmer. Less than 7 months after installation, we have already experienced a significant fault, with a substantial amount of water leaking from the indoor unit. As I understand it, this issue should be covered under the company's 1 yr warranty. When I called on 05/06/2026 to report the problem, I was told that I would need to accept a "call-out quote" before an engineer could be arranged. When I queried why I was being charged for what appears to be a warranty issue, the representative became argumentative and insisted that a £95 call-out fee would apply even during the warranty period. Due to the way the conversation was handled, I asked to speak with someone else and was transferred to a manager named Nick. Nick explained that the call-out charge had been requested by the owner, JP. I am extremely disappointed by both the response and the lack of clarity regarding the warranty. As a customer, I am now left with a faulty system, water leaking causing damage, and a demand for payment before the company is willing to investigate what appears to be a warranty covered issue. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.
JP Airconditioning service a 7 storey building for the company I work floor. An old building in Central London, it has several sections to cover the whole building and is rather complicated. This doesn't phase their technicians who are polite, helpful and very knowledgeable. Recently, JP rescheduled a number of other jobs and worked into the evening to repair our system ahead of a very important event for us. I'm happy to recommend them

I was looking at getting air conditioning put into my property before the Summer, I should have done this last year but was waiting to move house. Once I moved I looked into a company to help me choose the right system and placement of the units. I selected four companies but one stood out. From the initial call to the final works, I was kept updated and was impressed with the overall service from JP Air Conditioning. I am actually looking forward to the hot weather now, as I know my property will be nice and cool. Thank you all as you have all been amazing.
It was a standard annual service. However there was a concern with the grills raised by the engineer, that a few had dropped due to their fixing. The engineer came back 2 days later to refit them ensuring they were flush to the ceiling. the service was exceptional.

On the whole I get great service from JP. I recently had an issue where the engineers could not solve a problem with the system but following the excellent assistance of Kelsie Patrice who persistently nudged her colleagues into resolving the issues and the intervention of a more senior engineer, Adam all is now running perfectly.
Arrived at specified time. Worked quickly and tidily. Could not have been better. Definitely to be recommended.

After speaking to a few other companies to look after my Air Conditioning needs for my business, I'm glad I chose JP Air Conditioning. JP Air con installed a heating and cooling unit in my office. The unit looks fab and can be remotely controlled and set to a timer so the office is nice and toastie in the winter and cool in the summer months. Efficient and very professional service from start to finish. Highly recommend Jacques and his amazing team for all your all con needs.
This will be the fifth year that I have been working with the JP team. I have always found them to be professional and dedicated to support the needs of my Clinic. On occasions, I have ask for the impossible but they have always been realistic and delivered, to ensure that our clinic stays operational with minimal disruption. I have always found their team from engineers to back of house to be proactive to help solve the issues that have hit the clinic. JP Air Conditioning have always been honest and suggested alternative when issues reoccur. This has allowed me to review servicing and fixtures in a proactive mind set. I contacted JP from JP Air Conditioning to look at getting A/C fitted at my garage premises, main workshop, Mot bay & office/reception areas. Not recommended! Avoid!! Installed several years back and the installation was good. But recently let down over service. Had water condensate pouring from my lounge unit. Eventually fixed it myself when no action from them. They are expensive and I expected much better. Best to avoid! Update. Their response below is incorrect. They sent an operative last August who seemingly caused a problem. They were called again in April to a repeat of the drainage problem. They charged hundreds of pounds for August work. I'm an retired engineer and understand what the problem was. I've repaired it myself now (just replaced kinked condensate drainage hose) and I won't let their staff anywhere need my system. It may have been just one bad contracted engineer but I have no confidence in them.
Short version of the story: the company took weeks to get back to me, only did half of the promised checks during the servicing, and unsecured one unit so that it wobbles now. The staff was polite and kind, but service just wasn't great.
I am overwhelmed by the exceptional level of service I received from JP Air Conditioning. From the first moment I contacted this company I have been treated with the utmost respect and professionalism which is a rarity in this day and age. ALL members of staff are polite, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and have gone out of their way to assist me. Had a negative encounter with this company, despite their satisfactory performance previuos-installation, their Aircon servicing is dreadful. Instead of providing the requested service to aircon units, they conducted only a site visit and quoted a price in the thousands for the actual service. Furthermore, they disconnected one air-conditioning unit and another stopped working after their visit. I would advise against using this company for the servicing aircons due to their exorbitant prices and lack of actual service - they do not clean, provide parts or materials such as basic filters, and charge £380 for only estimate visit and nothing else. Steer clear of this company specifically if you need servicing your units.
These guys were absolutely fantastic, highly recommend JP Air Conditioning. They installed an ac unit in my home and exceeded my expectations during every stage. Really quick to respond via email and phone and kept me up to date throughout the whole project. Price was competitive and the service was excellent. Will definitely use these people again.
