From my first contact with Dan at Crisp Air, I had a feeling this was going to be a positive experience. At our initial meeting to discuss the options and take measurements, he was both personable and professional. When I expressed concerns about the placement of the in-ceiling vents, he was quick to reassure me that we would take the necessary time on installation day to agree on locations that were both practical and sympathetic to the space—which is exactly what we did. The quote was competitive, but for us the decision was straightforward when compared with the other companies we contacted. On the day of installation we met the team, and they did a fantastic job. They worked hard, were a pleasure to have in our home, and consistently went above and beyond. Nothing was too much trouble. Having worked with many contractors over the course of renovating multiple properties, I can honestly say this is the company I would rate most highly. Their ethos is very much service-led. The system they installed gives us cool air or warmth at the touch of a button. It has now been six months since installation and it works like a dream. Whenever we have a query, we call and receive a response—if not immediately, then within the hour. This is an outstanding company with an exceptional team, and I would not hesitate to recommend them.
Dan and the team were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. They were so professional, friendly & incredibly respectful of our home throughout the installation. I actually felt a little guilty every time they took their shoes off before coming inside, but they were more than happy to do so and clearly took great pride in their work. They kept everything tidy, hoovered up after themselves, and left the place spotless. Most importantly, the air conditioning is working perfectly and blasting out lovely cold air just in time for the warmer weather! A big thank you to Dan and the whole team. I thoroughly recommend this company, from beginning to end they were professional, reliable, hard working.They arrived each day on time, were polite with excellent communication skills. Before work started the carpets were covered in plastic sheeting to protect them and the men didn't come in the house with outdoor shoes. We had such an amazing experience with Crisp Air Conditioning. From start to finish, including after care while we got to grips with how everything worked (they were super speedy with their responses). Called them on the Wednesday, here on the Friday. Ash took time to explain what the problem was with my two Daikin units. One was poor workmanship with regards to compression washers, the other was bad luck. However, all completed efficiently with very helpful staff. One cannot wish for more. To sum up, they are not the cheapest, nor the most expensive. however, from this companies performance today, they are the go to guys.

From the very first call, Crisp Air Conditioning showed not only professionalism but genuine empathy. I explained our situation, and they responded without hesitation. They took every safety precaution and came out immediately to resolve the issue. Their swift action brought much-needed relief and peace of mind during an incredibly difficult time. Since then, they’ve continued to service our air conditioning every year with the same care and consistency. This year, when the fan motor failed, they provided a clear and fair quotation. As they carried out the work, they identified another issue. Without hesitation, they informed me they had already ordered the additional part—and reassured me there would be no extra cost for parts or labour. That kind of integrity is rare. What truly moved me was their awareness of how critical temperature control is for someone in my mother’s condition. Understanding our urgency, they kindly offered a mobile unit to ensure she remained safe and comfortable while waiting for the repairs. I cannot thank Crisp Air Conditioning enough—for their compassion, their professionalism, and their unwavering support. I am not typically a review writer, but exceptional service is worth shouting about as it is seen so rarely in the trades. Daniel and his team are the epitome of professionalism and are lovely people to boot! The quality of the survey - even to the uninitiated like me - was clearly a notch above the rest. It took into account not just the size of the room but the impact of thermal loading from the windows and garden doors - no other company discussed this with me and I had 6 quotes! The positioning of the units inside and the trunking outside were carefully considered to minimise the impact. This went as far as thinking about the colour of the trucking and how to use the wall cavities to hide as much as possible. During the installation, the team were hugely respectful of the fact that they were in my home: they all removed their boots when they came in the house and, after the major drilling work, not only hoovered thoroughly but also mopped the floor. I barely knew they had been inside. Given the somewhat unsightly nature of the condensing units, I couldn’t be more delighted with the neat and tidy way in which they have been installed, behind the chimney breast to hide them from view when we are in the garden. I cannot rate Crisp Air highly enough and wish them every success in the future.

Crisp AC have a flawless track record and that’s because they are flawless. We had 2 units fitted and are delighted, but are more delighted with the level of professionalism, care, cleanliness, consideration, and clear desire to give us the best experience, workmanship, advice, and guidance in how use and care for the equipment. The whole process and getting to know them and how they work was very well done. Confident that we had the solution we wanted at the right price, we went ahead. There was no sales hassle. The install was incredibly well done and organised. They were great with our neighbours and happy to troubleshoot on the spot. The system is very impressive and it cools our bedroom perfectly. I have had one issue since (it was a problem in how I was using it, not a problem with the machine) and they came within 24 hours to help for which I was extremely grateful. I had a great experience with Daniel and the rest of the team. During the visit, Daniel walked me through all of the options and was happyt to talk through the pros and cons of the different options as well as their costs. They got a full system installed ahead of schedule. Installed machines, trunking, wires, and tubes look neat. They cleaned up thoroughly after and even did some redecorating. We had our AC fitted from Crisp Air on Friday. Another company charged me £200 to come look at a leak by a one man sub-contractor. Having located where the leak was, the guy said he needed to come back to do it, and the office will be in touch. They wanted another £600 to come back to fix it, with no guarantee that the system would be up and running, even with the leak fixed. I couldn't risk spending another £600 and not have the system back up and running! I decided to try another company and came across Crisp Air Crisp Air is a family-owned company. I spoke to the owner, Dan, who was very customer focused and accommodating. Dan himself came to fix my system. He found the leak, which was not where the other guy had said it was, fixed it, and found and fixed another leak that the other guy had missed, for less than what the other outfit wanted. Crisp Air have the latest equipment giving reliable accurate readings, and always visit with at least two people - no sub-contracting and running up and down between the garden (where the external unit is) and the loft here. They are very knowledgeable and do things properly, for instance, after fixing the leak and restoring the coolant, they came back on another day to check on the pressure to make sure it hadn't dropped. I subsequently arranged for all my units to be serviced. It was the first time since I had them that they were properly cleaned. They cover everything with dust sheets, take the units apart, and clean the pipes with chemicals. It is a thorough clean that will make your machines operate more efiiciently. Go give Crisp Air a try. You will not regret it.

We have just had split unit air conditioning installed in our house by Crisp Air. I would HIGHLY recommend them - top quality air conditioning systems thoughtfully configured to our needs - highly experienced engineers and with excellent communication at every step of installation. Work was professionally executed whilst minimising noise, dust and disruption to our household. It’s the first time I have come across workmen with OCD! They looked after our house as if their own, taking care to protect carpets and furniture etc. So impressed with their service and excellent standard of work - and lovely crisp air in our erstwhile stuffy rooms a top result! I am sure there are so many people like me who were unsure about which aircon units and whether it was worthwhile in the UK - these units HEAT as well as cool and are far more efficient too which will help our overall energy footprint. Upfront cost is not too bad considering the lifetime of comfort it will give us!
