It’s not often that you come across a company with an obsessive and meticulous attention to detail but this is one of the best. The teams knowledge and enthusiasm about their subject is a refreshing change from the norm. We had two bathrooms, a cloakroom and a new high pressure water system installed by Matt, Luke and his team of professionals and we are absolutely delighted with the outcome. Not only was the work carried out on time and very efficiently the jobs were very cleanly managed from start to finish. We had existing heat pumps and the team connected these up to the new water system meaning that we now also enjoy solar heated water and heating. A brilliant job from professional and courteous professionals.

Fantastic service following a problem with the heating at our care home. Kept us right up to date with parts and engineer availability when the manufacturer was proving unhelpful. South Heat were able to step in at very short notice to help our vulnerable adults - they acted very professionally throughout and customer service was excellent.

I was very impressed with the Service from South Heat & Electrical. I had a new boiler installed and my hot water tank and vented loft tank replaced with a Silox tank in the loft. Matt and his team worked really hard, making improvements as part of the job and I am very pleased with the result. No issues. I thought they went the extra mile, delivered on their promises and were a all an excellent bunch of guys to have in your house and discuss anything involving the job with. Everything was left tidy and I was impressed by the quality of the work and products they used. They were recommended to me by someone who had work done and I can now add my own recommendation. We are so pleased with South Heat & Electrical! A trustworthy and professional team who carried out a heating system upgrade from regular boiler to an ATAG combi boiler in our bungalow. They had delivered quality work in time as it was agreed and discussed! Communication and information flow was great. Our desires were heard, therefore the outcome was met our expectations. A massive thanks to Matt and his team for their hard work!
As part of a pretty major house renovation, South heat installed a new ATAG boiler, central heating system, family bathroom and downstairs WC. The three engineers that worked at my house did a great job, were courteous, on time and worked around the various trades on site with no issue. Had to use their call out service when the downstairs WC's sink was leaking and they came out when they said they would and rectified it. I even caught the engineer who installed the boiler using a spirit level for the pipework - took great pride in his work, great job all round and would def recommend them to anyone who's home is important to them. They're not the cheapest but you get what you pay for and I'd trust them in my home when I'm not there which speaks volumes.
Having spent a lot of money and time trying to find someone capable of fixing our solar hot water system and about to give up, we came across South Heat and their wonderful team. From the friendly office staff to the engineers who visited us, we were reassured that we had made a good contact who knew what they were talking about at last! Within the space of a couple of days our system was serviced, adapted, moved, drained, cleaned, put back together and fixed! We haven't had any issues since thankfully. Phil, Matt and Darren were always very friendly and polite. They kept the area clean and tidy and did a thorough job. We would definitely recommend these guys!

Definitely a happy customer. Communication was clear and helpful from the outset and where changes were necessary to the timings or the work, these were always discussed openly and fairly. Matt suggested a heating and hot-water system not even mentioned by any other heating engineer I had spoken to. After cheerfully waving goodbye to our ancient boiler, we now have a consistently warm home and enough high pressure hot water to satisfy the demands of our growing family and visiting guests. Once the work had begun, the team worked tirelessly to complete the job in the agreed time frame. We have used this company for various heating and electrical works, including a recent kitchen refurbishment, over the last four years. They have always been on time, attentive to details, tidy, and efficient. The standard of their workmanship is always very good. All details are fully discussed and agreed before install, plus queries raised and cleared as work progresses. We cannot speak more highly of the staff and installers.
