Used these guys a few years ago and they were OK. This time (16/12/24) was really dismal. Needed the waste / plug sorted in the bath and to find out why a radiator in the kitchen wasn't working. I've paid an invoice for £127.00 to be told that I need thermostats on the other radiators which might sort the problem with the one in the kitchen and nothing diagnosed in the bathroom as they couldn't remove a screw. So, in essence I really haven't moved further forward, other than now having to get another plumbing company out - which will obviously have call out charges. They charge £65.83 plus vat for the call out ( which seems fair ) but if they go over the half an hour, you get another £40 on top. ( which they did trying to remove a screw) All in all, it feels like a lot of money for naff all outcome - which is surprising as I thought they may be interested in the work to fit the thermostats - clearly not.
Great guys, were on time, and cleared up after the work, and fairly priced. Very happy with the new electric shower!
I had some works done by Presto plumbing! They were fantastic arrived on time. Kept me informed and also explained in great detail. I found this really refreshing invoices were given promptly and professionally. Normally works stress me out but it was so refreshing to have someone who was warm welcoming. Left everything very tidy. Wouldn't recommend anyone else and certainly will have the team back over if I needed any more works done. Thankyou so much. Kirsty Ginger

Chris did a great job servicing our boiler, flushing the whole heating system and fitting a new radiator. Very tidy workmanship throughout and good value for money. I wouldn't hesitate in recommend Presto Plumbing and Heating to anyone.
