⸻ Terrible Customer Service - Avoid Eurofoods We have been loyal customers of Eurofoods for many years, as a small business in Scotland, regularly placing large orders every week. However, after a recent complaint about the poor quality of onions, we received no response or action from them. The service, especially from an employee named Bulbul, was absolutely appalling. His behavior towards us was disgusting, showing a complete lack of respect and professionalism. We trusted Eurofoods to provide us with quality products, but they only seem to care about taking your money, not the customers they serve. Their lack of concern for our issues has forced us to change to a local supplier. We will NEVER be using Eurofoods again and strongly advise others to beware of their terrible service and poor quality products. Stay away if you care about your business!

WARNING ⚠️ Eurofoods (UK) Limited. Earlier this year premises of the above mentioned company were the subject of an Inspection carried out by an Environmental Health Officer, the subsequent report included the following observations ! Areas of MOULD were discovered, Adequate supervision was not available on site, disinfection and cleaning of the process plant had not been undertaken, Food had to be quarantined and disposed of and (“BIRD FAECES”) were discovered on food packaging Records had been FALSIFIED does not give any credence to the validity of any other records provided. Having achieved a Zero Food Rating is said to create a heightened risk of (“FOOD POISONING”)

HGV Advice Normally there’s an entry barrier and intercom but this has been flattened by a truck!!!! As you go through the barrier you turn left and follow the very narrow road around to the back of the building, goods in and out are both here! Another smallish yard to manoeuvre in made worse by the amount of pallets and other machinery stored in it! The bays are in need of a little refurbishment due to years of abuse by rampant drivers! The guy who tipped me was great, 25 pallets in 1/2 hour on his own!!! And he still had time to have a chat and a laugh as he tipped me! If only more warehouse staff were like this, it makes for a great working environment for them and us! Top marks that man!!!
