Had air conditioning installed by this company last year, great team of guys came out, very professional, friendly and considerate. Left everywhere clean and tidy when they left, we were very impressed. We are really happy with the units they have installed, had them on to heat in the last few weeks and found them very cost effective. Can't recommend enough.

UPDATED - Initially we were impressed and reassured with the prompt, clear and friendly communications we'd had with Luke on enquiring about AC in our home. Arranging and arriving promptly for a home visit to carry out an estimate Luke came across superbly and we were confident he'd understood our needs and explained our options very clearly. Luke followed up promptly with a very competitive quote for high quality equipment with 7 years warranty. Cost was much less than we'd expected, you might be surprised too! Luke also offered some additional advice in response to our questions before deciding, no hard sell or annoying sales tactics, he's a lovely guy. Having arranged a date to start work the team arrived promptly and took good care of our home as they worked. Generally not a very disruptive experience. Special mention to John who carried out the bulk of the installation and testing. John was courteous and friendly, good fun to have around and most importantly gave us a very neat and tidy installation that works a treat. Special mention to Spencer the electrician who worked a little magic in hooking up the units with absolutely no visible evidence he'd even been in the property. Luke himself arrived on the first morning to ensure everything began as planned. Overall the installation process was spot on. It's turned chilly outside, typically, so we're using the heating ability of the Samsung AC units installed. It's absolutely LUSH and both us and the cats are very impressed. We'd wholeheartedly recommend Luke and his team to carry out works for friends and family. In a world where quality and standards have slipped terribly, here's a team who restore faith. Just wanted to give you guys an update on this system, switched from Cool to Heat this week. Wow, this heated up and had us toasty in not time at all. Super efficient, turned it on when I left work and walked into a lovely warm house (20 mins later). We had this smart little unit installed in the master bedroom of our log cabin yesterday. Jon was great, very clean and tidy, with no cleaning up for us when he left. Downloaded the app and away it went, tried it out on heat and cool and it’s really quiet and quick. Really pleased with this purchase, thanks to Luke for ensuring we had the correct unit for our needs. Great service.

Excellent service from Luke at Pure Temp, from the first initial visit to there show room to the completion of the job. We visited the showroom un-announced and Catherine was very welcoming and informative, she knew all the information we wanted to know and made the appointment for Luke to come and do a survey. Luke arrived on time as agreed, and went through all the options that were available to us without any pushy sales pitch; just honest answers and good information. Then produced a quote within the time frame he told me he would, and gave me various options and price points for different machines, all agreed. Luke turned up on time as agreed to do the install and him and John did a great job, very clean and tidy throughout the Install and happy to answer all questions throughout the day, brilliant end install, very clean install and even asked me to check their loft work to make sure I was happy with it. I would happily recommend them to anyone who is looking for work, great local company who care about what they do.

If your on the disision making process of who to choose to get aircon or anything else puretemp supply STOP!!! These are the best, Luke the owner goes above and beyond our system that he fitted is unbelieveable. We had a simple issue and i called woried and luke showed up 30 mins later and sorted it. And our house was like a hot box last year and even though we havnt had many hot days this year when weve had hot days were living in a 5 star hotel conditions thanking god we got it done and we choosed luke. They were so polite and respectful to our home using shoe protectors and taking the shoes off even tho they didnt need too. Best service weve got yet.

This is the second property we have add air conditioning using Pure Temp. Luke, John and Barney are all very professional and very easy to get on with and very respectful of our home.They kept our home spotlessly clean at all times and when they finished for the day they left our home clean and tidy. Can not fault in any way ,that’s why we used them again. Spencer the electrician is also very pleasant, clean and tidy . We would have no hesitation to recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Starting with the initial consultation, Luke was careful to listen to exactlty what we wanted from our air conditioning, rather than making assumptions like other suppliers. For extra peace of mind we were also able to view the units and even see them working at their premises. We had units installed into 3 rooms in the house, and were given a range of options, so we could decide which version was best for our budget. Luke and the team worked very tidily and professionally and left no mess behind when they left, even moving furniture and putting it back at the end of each day of our 3 day install. Now that summer has finally arrived I can cofidently say how well the system is working and making such a difference day and night in our house. The external unit is very quiet and virtually silent unless you are standing right next to it. The biggest surprise to me is just how little electricity the system is using, it has far surpassed my expectations. We have a 10kw system, split between two 3.5kw and one 5.5kw units. It seems to only use around 0.5-0.8kwh of electricity to cool the 3 rooms simultaneously. Right now, the hottest day of 2024 (so far), midday, the south facing house in full sunshine, 26c outside, my kitchen is 21c. Without the a/c I expect it would be 28-30c. The whole system is on in all 3 rooms, and using about 400 watts. Witchcraft! Great system, great service. Very happy. I wont call anybody else when we get the next bedroom done.

There seem to be fewer and fewer companies that seem to have the 'old-fashioned' ideals of service and dedication - Luke and his Pure Temp Ltd I'm happy to report provide both. The company cares about its customers and I truly do recommend them for any of the services they provide. You won't be disappointed!

Luke installed our unit to the highest quality in our sunroom. App is easy to install and use. The unit itself is out of the way and nicely done. Still getting used to the features but any problems luke is just a phonecall away. 7 year warranty as well

Luke and the team are brilliant. Was very careful of the surrounding equipment in my studio. The unit was installed to the highest degree of professionalism, and works a treat. Due to my line of work, it was important the unit operates quietly. Luke advised on the best choice, and he was absolutely right! Very happy with how powerful the AC is, at very low noise. I can honestly say that I am over the moon and pleased as punch with the work that Luke and Jon carried out installing my heating / air con system. It’s amazing how neat and tidy all the pipe work has been done and how they worked really hard and put in long hours to make sure they installed this complicated system within the 3 days they promised it would be done. I truly am impressed and cannot find fault in any of the workmanship so I now find myself humbly giving a 5 star review to them. I rarely write reviews because my highest expectations are seldom met. However, on this rare occasion my expectations have been far exceeded and I am very satisfied with all works carried out. Even all the rubbish was taken away by them. Thanks for doing a lovely job with no stress or hassle involved.
