I cannot recommend this company highly enough, absolutely brilliant from the start. Paul their engineer is brilliant, a total professional who is also a good laugh and likes biscuits. Such a lovely team at the office as well and can’t wait for Paul to come back and install upstairs.

We have an ongoing fault with our heating/cooling system (not the fault of TKR) and I wish to share how incredibly helpful and fantastic the team have been. We had an emergency occur last night and after calling at 11pm have received a team of 2 at 8.45am this morning. This company is faultless and highly highly recommended. Our first contact with Tim the owner (who has also turned up today), Tim the first engineer and their specialist Paul has reminded me what a company can be. Thank you Tim and your team. We really appreciate your hard work and thank you for helping us. Great staff and great company.

I was referred to TKR by another company. Although Tim, Iam assuming is the owner, doesn't repair domestic fridges, the advice he gave over the phone was first class. He has years of experience and he took the time to diagnose the issue and then run through a few solutions, all of which were from the standpoint of saving rather than spending money. Whilst I can't personally recommend their work, I can appreciate Tim's time and genuine care for his potential customers.

This Company is totally amazing. Their teamwork between the office staff and engineers is very professional in every way. Tim and his installation team did a first class job. Worked very clean and tidy fitted another ac split system to our bungalow. We will be using them for all our air conditioning requirements from now on.
