Absolutely terrible experience. They never showed up for the appointment and kept stringing me along with delay after delay. I rearranged my entire day to fit the huge time window they gave, and they still couldn’t be bothered to show. When I told them I’d be leaving a negative review, they showed zero concern! This company clearly has no respect for customers’ time or business. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

We had a leak In our rental kitchen sink and asked them to come by as soon as possible to check it out. Two days in a row they told us they would stop by from 1200-2pm. Two days in a row they didn’t show up. When calling them the second day to see if they would show up they stopped answering my calls. If you have any type of emergency I wouldn’t rely on this company for any repair. Move on

Very unsatisfied customer! I was told they would repair the shower and instead did a half lazy job. I need to go around and search for a piece that was not fixed as though I have time for that. I should have checked more carefully before I paid. I don't appreciate half jobs and therefore I do not recommend!

Knowledgeable plumbers, But they’ll rip you off. £200 minimum for 15 minutes of labor, no replacement parts or anything. Good call if you’re in a bind, bad call if you’re looking for a company that cares about customer service.

KRS Plumbing was great! Kemar arrived promptly, diagnosed our leaking sink right away, and got everything fixed in no time. He also cleared out all the clogged gunk that had been causing issues. Really friendly, professional, and efficient service.

We had KRS out to our house as our boiler wouldn’t work. KRS were fab, we called them in the morning and they managed to fit us in the same day, on the end of their day and on their way home. They quickly identified the problem and managed to get a pump from the supplier just before they closed, came back and fitted the pump within an hour! Such fantastic service and lovely friendly guys, 100% recommended as a local plumber and heating engineer and we would definitely call them again with other boiler problems. Thank you!

Boiler stopped working yesterday and Kemar arrived promptly, super professional and fixed the problem, even going out of his way to source the part needed to ensure we had heating and hot water back on by the evening! Excellent team of engineers turned up first thing as promised, was a relief to be greeted by such an amazing team full of energy ready to work, problem was resolved within an hour of starting work, and heating was working exactly as should be by the time they left! Would recommend highly!

Karmar and his team come and repaired my boiler and serviced my heating system at a very reasonable price they wer very respectful and left the house neat and tidy after they have finished would highly recommend
