Cool Runnings A.C.

Absolutely fantastic service, personable and explained everything clearly before, during and after installation. Took great care in making sure the work area and home were left tidy. Unit installation was quick and professional, left no marks or mess, absolutely superb! Highly recommend!

Cool Runnings, Nick Crowe and his colleague Shane, completed installation of 2 air con units, 1 of which was a ducted system. They worked, in the loft which was so hot during the heat wave, with no complaints. They have done a first rate job, Shane took the time to talk us through the 2 sets of controllers as they are different from each, other and helped download the ap, everything was tidied away, no rubbish or boxes left. They took ultra care, with dust sheets spread across working areas, they hoovered and left everything in A1 order. Communication from Nick from fist approach for a quote and through out has been exemplory, not a ChatBot insight!! They fully deserve this 5 star review.

Nick and Shane just installed our air conditioning, myself and Mary are absolutley delighted with the service and wonderful job they have done. Would advise anyone looking to have air conditioning to use two of the nicest people we have ever meet. Thank you so much.

Absolutely loved the service provided by Cool Runnings A.C! Nick was brilliant and made everything clear and easy to understand. The time from initial conversation, quote to install was fantastic given how in demand he is during this heatwave! Both Nick and Shane worked professionally and efficiently despite the blistering heat today. Im seriously impressed with both of them. The aircon itself is a game changer, its brilliant! Finally we're comfortable again in our home. The results are noticeable instantly. Great price, fantastic service. Thank you for everything, honestly can't thank you enough ☺️

Great service from Nick from quote to install. Would definitely recommend.

Cool Runnings A.C is by far one of the best experiances I have had with any contractor not just "AC Installers". Nick and Shane where incredibly polite, professional and tidy (they left the house cleaner than we left it for them haha). The install was great, communication was clear no unexpected costs or issues and they made me feel involved throughout the process even on the day asking me for approval and explaining what they where going to do. The units themselves are brilliant, can be controlled via a control or a mobile app. Super efficient as well plus with the way summers are going these days going to be great (plus they also are incredibly efficent heaters!) If you are looking for air-2-air heat pump install I wouldn't look any further than Cool Runnings A.C. :) (Also the name is great!)

These lovely guys installed our AC unit a few days ago and I could not be happier! They have been professional, helpful, efficient and have great attention to detail. I would highly recommend them without hesitation! Communication was faultless! They turned up when they said and were impeccably tidy too! Fantastic work!

Nick and his team provided an incredibly professional and knowledgeable service as they installed a twin air con unit for our master bedroom and dining room. Their work was of the highest possible standard, always cleaning up after themselves and nothing was too much trouble. Plus they fully explained everything about the installation of the system before carrying out the work. Nick is a genuine, friendly perfectionist with a great eye for detail. We would definitely recommend him without hesitation. He is absolutely the ‘go to’ guy for any air con work!

fantastic, good price, good Mitsubishi system, good clean professional service an a nice couple of guys. I highly recommend Cool Running. Nick even mended my gardeners car key !!!!

Nick came and gave us a very competitive quote. He’s very professional and knowledgeable. He talked us through our options at length, about the cooling and heating the units are capable of. We initially wanted two bedrooms fitted but after Nicks chat we decided on two bedrooms and the living room, as it made more sense to be able to cool downstairs as well. We were so impressed with the way Nick and Shane worked on our installation. They gave up a weekend to do it and were very prompt on both the instillation days. They are both very friendly and very tidy, they clean up any mess immediately. After installation shane talked us through how to operate the system at length. We are very very happy customers. We would highly recommend Cool runnings AC. Tony and Diane

We cannot recommend Nick and Cool Runnings AC enough excellent all round installation, not a speck of mess thank you highly recommended

I asked Nick to come & quote for a wall mounted air conditioner for our Master bedroom & possibly 2 further bedrooms. Nick came the following day as he was in Grimsby which I thought was great service. I explained what I wanted & why. Nick came up with a solution as we couldn't just go straight through an external wall due to built in wardrobes & I was concerned about being able to see lots of trunking. He is a really nice, friendly & knowledgeable guy. He explained about the outdoor unit & the best place for it to go as we have our bins & calor gas bottles on the floor. He did this for the further 2 bedrooms as well. His quote came in the same evening & we felt it was a good price so we opted to have all 3. He booked us in for about 3 weeks later as he knew I was struggling to sleep & I really appreciated that he understood why. Fast forward to Tues 22nd July & he turned up with Shane as agreed. They worked tirelessly to get 2 of the units up & the following day put the Master bedroom one in. We have to say that their work was neat & tidy - they cleaned up after themselves etc. Nick showed us how to operate the Mitsubishi units & took us around our property to check we were happy with everything before he left. They both clearly take pride in their job. Thank you for a job well done & allowing me to finally get a good night's sleep 😴 We wouldn't hesitate in recommending you! Kindest regards Debbie & Andy Sagar North Somercotes

Nick & Shane have been amazing. They worked cleanly and efficiently over 1.5 days to install air conditioning in the bedrooms of my home. They’re both lovely & genuine and showed nothing but kindness even though my house is currently a mess mid renovation, with three grumpy teenagers in tow. They are very knowledgeable with their installation process and air conditioning units, and nick talked me through all of my options when he came to provide the quote. He was very honest with his opinions and expressed what I did and didn’t need for the size of my home to keep the costs within the budget. From the day Nick measured up and provided the quote to the day of the complete installation, he has remained in contact with me going through any concerns and keeping me updated on the whole process. Both have been mindful of my neighbours and cleaned up any mess as they have gone along. I Will definitely use again if I ever have air conditioning units installed downstairs, and will be recommending to everyone and anyone willing to listen!

Friendly, honest and professional chaps. Bedroom air con installed within 2 weeks of receiving the reasonable quote. Would definitely recommend.

Nick and Shane were super tidy and professional throughout our air con installation at our home in Lissington. Not only did they talk us through everything that was happening but gave us good advice on the install, what was best for us and our 3-unit system has been a godsend in this recent heatwave - Awesome work, and highly recommended

From the beginning Nick was informative efficient & his work ethic was outstandig. I would have no hesitation in recomending him to anyone looking to use his services. Thanks Nick everything working great & finaly getting a good nights sleep.

Highly recommend Nick and his company. We had an air conditioning unit installed last September and could not be happier with the service we received at the time and continue to receive. Nick is always punctual, he is extremely polite and professional and you can tell he takes a great deal of pride in his work and on his reputation. We are extremely happy customers. Thank you Nick!

Nick did a really fantastic job. He was polite, respectful of our property and came up with the perfect solution for our installation.A truly professional and honest Engineer. Would highly recommend.

Do not look any further if you’re wanting a professional, clean service with a back up service to match. Nick was prompt and turned up as promised when he said he would. He went above and beyond on installing the air con, nothing was too much trouble. You wouldn’t have even known on completion that a tradesman had been in the premises. Exceptional workman ship, got to be the best in the business. Thanks Nick and team.👍🏻

I recently worked with Nick from Cooling Runnings Air Con and highly recommend his services. Nick's friendly demeanour made the process smooth and stress-free. He's organised, detail-oriented, and explains air conditioning systems clearly. His cost-effective approach and collaboration with a skilled electrician ensure top-quality work. Nick starts early and works diligently, completing jobs on time. For a reliable, knowledgeable air conditioning specialist, look no further than Nick.

Nick is extremely knowledgeable and professional with regard to air conditioning, furthermore his attention to detail and fitting skills are outstanding. Nick was at our home for the day, he was polite, courteous, respectful of our property and just a top guy. The outcome is that we now have an A.C. unit that now cools, heats or dehumidifies our bungalow quietly and economically. We very highly recommending Cool Running.

From start to finish, Nick was incredible! He arrived when he said he would, the quote was excellent value for money, his pipework is fantastic and the whole experience was wonderful. He is a friendly, professional person who really cares about the work he does. He even had his own vacuum to clean up as he went! Would (and have) recommended!
