Got in touch with Todd right before Christmas as my boiler broke down and was in need of replacement. Despite the awkward timing Todd was super responsive and booked us in promptly. He turned up on time, worked efficiently and got our heating up and running again when we really needed it! Would highly recommend.

We have used Todd for all our plumbing and heating needs for several years and the time had come for a new boiler. Todd has done a fantastic job replacing our very old boiler system with a new Worcester /Hive combination with new radiators. The process went smoothly from start to finish. He is always on time, clean and tidy. The difference has been amazing. We would highly recommend him and wouldn’t use anyone else.

Todd has serviced our central heating boiler for several years now. He seems very thorough and leaves everything clean, tidy and working efficiently. This year he was particularly helpful when we had to reorganise the appointment.

Todd and John did a fantastic job on replacing our aging boiler with a modern Worcester / Hive combo and replacing the radiator valves to TRVs. They worked efficiently, professionally and would happily recommend to others.

We have used Todd for all our plumbing and heating needs for the last few years. From a new bathroom, boiler repairs and most recently fitting a tank/pump system to help with our water pressure. Todd provides a great service, recently replaced a leaking shower unit with a new one, no leaks, quickly done, cleaned up after himself and kindly checked later to see if all was working.

Todd has completed to a high standard several jobs for us. He's efficient, friendly and competitively priced. Most recently Todd has completed a project to transform our ensuite bathroom. He brought in a team including a specialist tiler, electrician, plasterer and carpenter. All of whom have been a pleasure to work with and I would use again individually. Todd himself was hugely committed to doing a good job. Even coming in between his wedding and honeymoon to keep the project moving along. Prior to this Todd has carried out work to install a Hive smart thermostat system and replace our hot water tank with a much larger one. We are currently in the process of planning a cloakroom refit and will be hoping to use Todd and his team again.

This is the second time that I have used Todd and would not have any hesitation in recommending him. He is friendly and helpful, you know exactly what he charges. First class in every aspect.

I had an issue with a room (north facing bedroom) in my house being particularly colder than then the rest of the house. The main issue behind this was the location of the thermostat which was on the warmer side of the house, the south side. I was concerned that the fix would require an electrician moving wires and cutting a channel in a wall, not to mention paying for an electrician too. However, Todd used his years of experience to come up with cost-effective and long lasting fix. Todd recommended that we put a valve on the warmer room radiator so we could control it's temperature and then locate a wireless thermostat in the colder room. 1 hour after the fix, the cold room was at a normal room temperature and the room where the thermostat used to be, the warmer room was still at a very pleasant temperatures utilising the valve. This is still the case 6 weeks later and the temperature has gotten significantly colder outside as we head into winter. Todd's great experience and job completion within an hour was welcome as I was tight for time. The job was completed with no mess, very tidy and I have used Todd for a number of jobs. The work he does is always to the highest standard, it's very tidy very and he is personable. He cares about his customers and about the quality of the job. Todd is just a pleasure to do business with.

It has taken me years to actually find a good plumber. One that is professional, reliable and honest. I have used Todd for all plumbing services at my house and also for my business. I own a hairdressing salon and Todd has been absolutely fantastic as sometimes I do need to call him out at short notice. And I know he will always try his upmost to come out. Todd fitted all pipe work, drainage and heating system in our entire home during a refurb and build and he was fully dedicated to achieving our vision, even with a few hurdles and problems to overcome with tight spaces and steel work to get around when space really matters he kept things neat and tidy. Finished job is 5* and wouldn’t hesitate to use again. Tidy, Great manners and great understanding of his trade.
