Really pleased with the work that Tom and Owen carried out replacing our bifold doors. The room feels warmer with the aluminium frames and high thermal rating of the glass units. We get so much more light in than we did with the old white wooden frames. The anthracite grey looks really classy. Tom and Owen helped re-hang a large bifold door which hadn’t been installed correctly. We also had them re-do the floor and supports to two bedrooms which again, hadn’t been installed correctly. I highly recommend Tom and Owen. They’re multi skilled, thorough and diligent. They work quickly and price their work fairly and transparently. Will definitely be working with them again. Tom replaced the draughty french doors to the balcony. Excellent job, the room is no longer troubled by traffic noise and it definitely feels warmer.

We lived in a drafty old bungalow that needed some tlc (tender loving care) - met Tom Grimes (principal of InStock Windows) who took a look at our home and came up with some money-saving ideas. He and his assistant provided me with a plan that involved new windows, external doors and better ventilation at an affordable price. Everything was made to our spec and installed quickly, neatly and with no fuss - this makes such a change these days - oh and they are really nice guys. This was a few months back and through the very hot days, the gale force winds and the torrential downpours we have not had any problems - in fact we now live in a draft free, dry and comfortable old bungalow - thanks to Tom and Owen. Can't recommend them highly enough!
