We recently had a replacement conservatory roof done and surrounding facias. The quality of service we were happy with from quote experience through to fitting of the replacement. The replacement has uplifted the whole place. A particular mention must go out to Dan and Cam who worked tirelessly and did a fantastic professional job with friendly cheerful professionalism. From the start Newglaze was fantastic, they managed to arrange a visit for a quote very quickly as I was in a bit of a rush due to having previous quotes done already from other companies. During the quote Tim was very helpful and very knowledgeable, able to answer any questions we had. Tim gave us the best price out of all the quotes we had from other companies and did not waste our time with a lesson on the history of the company or by using terrible sale tactics of making multiple phone calls back to the office to get the price down like another company did (First home improvements). We told Tim what we wanted, he planned it all on his laptop to exactly what we wanted and gave us a great price we could not of asked for an easier quote, no pushy sales tactics and no messing about with prices, this was another big reason we chose Newglaze, we felt valued from the beginning. The install was perfect, Sam and Josh where both very polite and professional, showed up on time on both days and made the whole install process stress free and easy. Sam and Josh placed dust sheets wherever they worked and did a great job of cleaning up when they left, they have done an incredible job. We will be using Newglaze again in the future when we change the front door.

Excellent window installation by Newglaze. Windows are above and beyond my expectations in terms of quality, as was the installation completed by Dan and Tommy on 17 January 2025. They were very knowledgeable and expert at fitting the windows, as well as being tidy and friendly/polite.
We are very pleased with our new installation of 6 Evolution windows, 3 patio doors and a single door. John & Brooke were very conscientious and hard working.
Really pleased with the replacement windows installed by the Newglaze team. Everything went like clockwork from original estimate to installation measure to completion. We were a little apprehensive before the job started as it involved replacing all of our windows in our house but it could not have gone better. The installation team (John and Brooke) were very polite, tidy and conscientious about undertaking the job and we could not fault their workmanship. We are also amazed they completed the work so efficiently and left us with minimal 'making good' of internal decoration when they had finished.

From initial consultation visit to completed installation (of two upstairs windows and ground floor French doors,) Newglaze could not have been better. Sales exec Marc (if memory serves) is knowledgeable, helpful and professional and the installers, Mike and Rhys, completed the job to a very high standard (even taking time to clear our extension roof of moss.) We are delighted with the work and would recommend Newglaze without hesitation. Brilliant.
John & Will are great team, arrived promptly and got straight on with the job, due to the searing heat I was pleased to keep them supplied with iced water throughout the day. Very pleased with the installation of the windows, they make our house complete now, having had a composite front door and a conservatory also from Newglaze in the past
All round brilliant experience and service from Newglaze from start to finish. Product is excellent quality. Installers Kyle and Fred very polite, responsive, professional and very good at what they do. Even left the areas cleaner than when they arrived. Windows and doors look amazing! Really pleasant experience. Thank you Newglaze. However……… many many months on from leaving the above the company have still not completed letter box and door knocker installation - apparently it is ok to fit a dented letterbox to a door costing thousands!

Absolutely brilliant, pain free (for me) installation. John & Will worked tirelessly for four days to install our windows and door and transform our house inside and out. Can’t thank them enough for an immaculate job with the minimum of inconvenience to us.

I am really pleased with my new patio doors. The doors have been made to a very high standard and truly enhance my property. The Newglaze team have been very attentive throughout the purchase and installation process. I would like to specifically thank Jonny and Olly for their superb efforts during the installation, they arrived on-time and informed of what they had to do each day. They were always happy and keen to ensure they did a 'perfect' job and respectful of my property.

New windows and doors for old leaky conservatory. There were a few hiccups, nothing major. All completed in 4 days by fitters Mike and Rhys. They worked hard, were polite, friendly and punctual and did a very professional job.
After coming with the wrong door on the installation day they returned two weeks later with the correct door. The installation guys were great & did a great job fitting the new door & left the site clean & tidy.
December Update Door had dropped but engineer came out and sorted it promptly. Still some bowing when the sun is strong. Definitely wouldn't recommend a composite door if you are south facing. Update, end of April - The third door has been fitted and we have had no problems so far. Communication is still poor. No one has bothered to get in touch, no compensation for the inconvenience, no real apology. However the new door seems to be doing what it should.
Absolutely ridiculously appalling! Avoid avoid avoid!!!! I had all my windows and doors and a new conservatory! Nothing been completed properly, stupidily delayed. Conservatory not even sealed! When ring up to get this problem sorted they wanted to make us wait 23 days just for someone to look (now 7 days) even though this is second section I found not sealed. When sold we were told all their own staff no sub contracting... absolute lie. To give a small list of the problems we have encountered so far. We were also told when the job starts someone be there every day ... between their builders doing ground works and half wall to then windows installation we had a 10 day wait. The whole back of house is boarded up. In pitch black (luckily summer months) Finish on windows was not done properly in the first place because "they only add a trim round the windows/doors if their was one there to begin with" when I complained this got sorted and I was told this was not the case but they came out to fix and add the trim to all the windows and doors Childlocks not fitted correctly on 2 windows. Didn't have the right size so just bent different one to fit..... when I went to open the window it flew open I was horrified as it was in my child's bedroom so had to come resolve this. After less 6 months bathroom window blew so had to come replace this. Plus many more issues to which everytime I have had to stay in and wait for people to turn up and waste a day (luckily I was on mat leave so didn't have to book days off!) When paying the final instalment we demanded some compensation to which we got small amount of £700 off from £35k! Literally no end of issues! If I could rip the whole lot out and start again I would. Please don't get stung like we have!

Highly Recommend! Our sales rep Mark was very friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Helped us with a few quotations on different options and guided us to helping us choose our new front door which we absolutely love. Would recommend to anyone thinking of buying to visit the showroom if possible, it really helps you make that final choice. Lead time was 10 to 12 weeks and arrived on time. Cannot fault anything! I've now even got my friend to order her new door through Newglaze! 5*

Good quality products...the staff that fixed the windows were super professional and great, however the office staff not so great, I had to keep chasing them for my order and they kept delaying me until I asked to speak with the manager

We had a back door and small window fitted a couple of years ago and workmanship and fitting superb, just going back to order windows.
So 1st day we went in we saw a nice guy don't know his name he quoted us 1200 pounds for front door we went away then we went back 3 days later and we saw Mark he said there 2 marks that worked there he said he was the smaller one! I did not like the way he spoke to me and mainly looking at my wife rather than both of us he quoted us 1725 pounds for same door and said this is a MASSIVE deal we walked out I asked him before what days he works here ( so could get another quote) by someone else so today just been and seen the other mark he seemed nice enough but when we got a quote he quoted me 1440 pounds for same door lol . If it had been 1200 probs would of got it but these guys don't seem to know the prices as 3 diffrent prices for same door I 100% will not be buying from these guys it's a shame as the stuff they have in there looks lovely just a warning depending on weather depends on the price!!!
