Had ODC replace some old and tired bi-fold doors at my new house. They went all out to make my family’s experience and house the best it could. We were convinced that we could go from a set of 5 doors to 3 - I was sceptical. They achieved it and the reduction in framework is amazing. More light into our kitchen and it improved our outlook to the garden. Fast and accurate measuring up and installation by Irfan and good comms from Matt to fit us in around my ever changing calendar. Top job guys - highly recommend!

ODC have just installed two bifold doors for our garden room. They also supplied windows and doors for the house renovation back in 2022/23. In both cases the quality of the windows was excellent as it should be because the windows are not cheap. We had very particular requirements on glazing bars and window details. There was good communication with the technical team and we achieved the look we wanted. The installation was excellent in both cases. Happy to recommend ODC so long as you appreciate that these are quality products and priced accordingly.
We were looking for a high-end system to suit a new build luxury home. We were recommended ODC and decided to go with them due to the high quality of the product. Throughout the project the ODC team have provided a fantastic service. They were able to adjust their delivery times to suit the build when we needed this. Crucially, when things went wrong (as they often do in large projects) they didn’t hesitate to fix the issue, often at their own cost. Their customer service was impeccable. The finished look is better than we had imagined and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a job doing right! Shout out to Eddy Ferreira who has been our contact throughout and supported us in this project.
Come our first winter with our lovely bery large bifolds and found a little breezy... emailed ODC and within 2 weeks they came out, replaced the seals and what a massive difference! Guys onsite were very clean, tidy and talked us through everything. We are extremely happy we originally decided to use ODC.
We are lucky to live close to ODCs Acton showroom. We were really impressed with the product, found the salespeople knowledgable and helpful, and the price was competative. At the sales stage ODC staff were clear, confident and able to answer all of our questions. They gave us reassurance the installation in our new extension would go to plan and have the finish we were after. We had quite specific requirements which were all noted and acted on. We are really pleased with the final windows and how they were fitted with care and attention to detail. Communication throughout the process was great. Artur and noah (installers) are amazing, a pleasure to have on site and are brilliant at what they do. The way they left the site clean and tidy goes a lomg way, they spent alot of time making sure the product was perfect and clean before signing off Well done chaps highly recommended.
Pleasure dealing with ODC and Darren Bennett for a glazing proposal for our self-build. We received a couple of options fully costed and detailed, with great communication and answers to all my (many) questions.
ODC have installed the windows and doors in two recent modern large eco-builds we've developed and we've been very happy with them. The product is excellent, the installation teams are brilliant and the company is great to work with. We'll continue to use them going forwards.
It is hard to find a company that does offer an exceptional service but my experience with ODC was really first class. From enquiry to finished product and beyond, (another story.)They returned emails and phone calls when they said they would or even before that. Too many companies just dont bother but ODC really do care. Helpful and polite I can honestly say I would recommend them over any others and I would definitely use them again if I could.

The products from ODC Glass are amazing! The finish of my kitchen is stunning, thanks to the new doors. Their showroom in Poole is fantastic and gave me a chance to see what the products would look like in real life. We dealt with Eddy in sales, who was always very helpful and knowledgeable. He was happy to answer any questions and provided ongoing advice throughout the process. Our fitters and surveyors were fantastic too. We were lucky enough to have Gary, John, and Ricky assigned to our job. Cynthia, who handled all the planning, kept us well updated throughout the process. I can’t thank the whole team enough. The doors really do look AMAZING—the best I have seen!
We bought large sliding patio doors from ODC. The doors themselves are excellent, very well made, and still look good and feel good to use 8 years down the line. However we have been particularly impressed by the after sales service. Whenever we have had an issue or query they have always been quick to respond and quick to help us, even once the doors were out of warranty. Highly recommended.
ODC recently supplied and installed glazing for our home renovation project, including floor to ceiling windows, sliding patio doors and a roof light. We are delighted with the final product. ODC supplied and installed around 40 anodised doors and windows required by our Clients for their #kentishnewhouse project; the tall sliding doors are stunning. This was not our first project together, and we continue to work with, and suggest ODC to other Clients on the strength of their products, and the service provided.
Charged for an additional visit when the fitters said it was not necessary. ODC refused to credit. Doors now do not fit, do not open / close well.

Outstanding service from Eddy Ferreira, Sales Consultant who had been incredibly patient and professional in all the help and support in giving us the perfect end result for the bi-fold door , sliding doors and roof light for our new build property. Lisa Banham and Lisa Smith their Customer Service Supervisors who were brilliant organising the pre instalation survey and booking the instalation itself. Excellent communication from this firm and a delight to deal with. The instalation team were very efficient and ensured everything went smoothly over the two days they were at the sight. A very thorough sign off with their team to ensure 100% satisfaction of their products and we now look forward to enjoying their products for many years to come. I would certainly recommend this firm . Its great to buy from the manufacturer who also installs their products.

The showroom is a great showcase of the products offered by ODC. Darren was extremely professional and helpful in every aspect of explaining and providing detailed information regarding our house plans and the window and door options and colours available. Darren was also very responsive to our team, which is a great help when coordinating all aspects of a build plan.
Having worked with several window companies over the years on our projects, ODC have always stood out and become a great partner for our projects. Their range of products means our clients get a great choice of options to suit their requirements from sliding doors, windows and glass balustrade. ODC share the same commitment we have to our clients and the products and service they offer has always been excellent. Some projects throw up new challenges but the team are always there to take them on and collaborate with us to get the best end result for our clients. it is a pleasure to work with a company like ODC not just for the quality of the product but the outstanding back up service they provide. We had some sliding doors installed about 2 years ago and one of the doors had become so stiff to open. S0 i reported it and they came out and they are now running like a dream. a big thank yo to all the team. I wish other companies such as Anglian Home improvements had the same attitude. Unfortunately Anglian really cannot match ODC in anyway shape or form

The whole Process has been flawless and we’re absolutely ecstatic with the products that ODC has made us. I’ve done a lot of high end kitchen and wet room fitting and this job for ourselves is the best we can afford and we know that once finished it’s going to look amazing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. From start to finish (and I DO NOT consider my job finished sadly!) this company have been disgraceful. Their pricing of my job to get me to sign was shockingly below what the end price was. Their systems meant the onus for checking their work was entirely on me and every single iteration of their work had errors (that would then randomly revert to an old versions after each update was rectified). Their installation team have been good (in terms of respectful hardworking individuals who take pride in their work) - but they are working to SHOCKING policies and ways of working enforced on them by ODC. As part of my contract I am responsible for “decorating” inside - but as you can see from the photos the windows are not trimmed and finished off under the guise of “that’s decorating” - the fitters are EMBARRASSED of their own company’s policies and know that ALL other companies trim the insides to finish their work. They showed me how it SHOULD be done on one window (as per the video). It’s so blindingly obvious that ODC are cutting corners and refusing to take that actual finishing of their work into their price. Brendan (their MD) has had the audacity to stand in my home and tell me that it would cost me MORE money to have them do this work. My original quote and Order of intent signed beginning of August 2022 was £83,596 but I have only just had my last two windows installed (31st July 2023 - due to the despicable amount of errors and challenges along the way! And there are still problems with one of them)!) and it has cost more than £9,000 extra than the original order. They now want an additional £7,871.28 to stop the interior of my cavity walls falling all over my window sills everyday - an utter disgrace, they should be ashamed of themselves. I paid money for surveyors who totally missed windows off the price and then increased the price again because they hadn’t got their measurements right on the first survey (that I’d paid for). They left equipment taking up most of my drive for weeks on end (after they’d “finished” seen in the pic) and just ignored my requests to resolve. These are just SOME of the catalog of issues that I’ve experienced over the past year and would be happy to share additional details to anyone who would like to hear the full extent of their disgraceful performance. (These videos are what I sent to Brendan in March but rather than resolve anything he wants to charge me the additional £7,871.28 to finish their work)
Doors look great and I’m happy with the result BUT I’d really wish I shopped around as we were significantly let down in my opinion. TL;DR - overcharged for cancellation/re-booking date despite highlighting concerns beforehand. They expect you to be experts in window fitting apparently The detail of you’re interested… We went with the convenience of the showroom/distribution centre being 0.2miles away to ensure that if we had any concerns we could simply walk over. We had a concern the openings were not ready for install 4 days prior so went to the office on Saturday. A call was set up for first thing on Monday with a technical colleague. So far so good, and glad they were nearby. Technical colleague phoned, pictures were shared, and recommendations were made. These exact recommendation were then completed by our contractor. Install date comes…and they can’t install. The spiel I got was that although their recommendations were carried out the day before, they couldn’t have assumed that no further work was going to take place (despite me specifying this on the call). Installers left, took my doors with them (which at this stage I had already paid 100% for) and then had a call from the office saying a re-booking fee of £1,000+VAT was required. Upon explaining the situation, and challenging the fee more than once I got a measly £200 off. I had no choice but to pay it. 4 days later (on a Saturday), installers come back and fitted everything. They were professional, friendly and did a great job. I think 3/5 is a fair review. We’ve been really stung here through no fault of our own and there was zero consideration/common sense applied on their part. Update - based on company response: door opening measurements were taken by you, which I paid for. The change was to move a wooden joist (that was installed prior to your measurements) from the top to the bottom of the opening which is exactly what was done. So either you got your first measurements wrong, or you’re trying to find more excuses. I have no complaints from the initial fitters. They were honest and fair. I didn’t have a conversation about my concerns prior to install with them. I had a conversation with 3 individuals (one of which was a technical specialist) at your office and you all failed to do your job. You’re just trying to pass the buck hence why I’m sharing this review. Thanks
We are very happy with the service we received from Matthew and his team they are all very helpful from the start through to the end of the project the quality of the products is excellent very impressed with the windows and the sliding doors would definitely recommend and would use again thank you to you all
From our first enquiry to ODC to its installation and completion the process was very well managed by Steve Hyams who ensured that everything went according to plan and all our expectations were met. We have now had our garden room for five years and have been delighted with it and it would not be an exaggeration to say that it is our favourite and most used room in the house. When it was installed we had underfloor heating added and so we can use it all year round.
Extreme quality control problems - no less than 8 separate issues, e.g., they ordered the wrong size glass, they forgot to fit a stopper, they dented the frame, they left a huge gap at the top of the door so out of reach but left the room freezing cold during a winter when energy was especially expensive, they forgot to install another part to keep the door sealed. To be fair, they've attempted to put things right, but the price paid should reflect a truly premium quality product. The reality is, based on my experience, a very poor quality product that should be sold for half the price. While the company claims that all issues were resolved, there remains a dent in the frame from the installation, and the fact that I had to spend a fortune on heating a room with a giant gap in window at a time when gas prices were astronomical is an issue that management made clear that they didn't care a jot about. They did in fact question why I didn't realise that there was a gap at the top of an 8 foot high door. They tailored their responses to suit their mean-spirited approach, and I knocked them down one by one. Interestingly the MD had no interest in dealing with me directly, and left it to someone who had no authority to change the "computer says no" response I kept getting. I have a product that had so many issues that it's impossible to trust. Premium? No way! Beware.
Please refer to their terms and conditions before placing and order. I can't comment on the product as I have not received it yet due to missing ticking a box somewhere but I know I am now 6 weeks delayed with no light at the end of the tunnel. Be prepared to deal with a big company mentality and be bullied along the way.
Fantastic service. Everything you want when you are spending a lot of money on a product, it can be a nervous time! We purchased bi-folding doors from ODC and are extremely happy. The quality is absolutely excellent, and their service from advising to installation was great. They had one unforeseen emergency which meant that installation date had to be changed (part of living in the COVID-19 era...), but they were able to react very quickly and give us a new installation date just two days later. Very happy and would thoroughly recommend ODC!
It's the second time we use this company for new windows (previously for a terrace door). We like the design and quality of their products. Again very good work throughout the project, from design to installation. Very friendly and competent staff.
ODC came to our rescue. After a very stressful few months having been left in the lurch by another glazing supplier, Andrew Riddle and his team at ODC stepped in and were amazing! Knowledgeable, reliable and with great products, we are very grateful and delighted. Still a bit of building project, but almost there after 11 months. Finished pics to come !
Beyond in love with these windows. They look great, easy to operate, surveyor was brilliant as was installation team. Slimline S320 sliding doors look amazing and bring the outside in.
I have recently had my attic converted into a studio apartment and ODC, provided the large sliding door and glass safety rail. The final product looks amazing and I am really happy with the window and the price I paid. But the customer service is completely lacking! I went to a trade fair and met Johnny and he was really helpful on the day, but the follow up was lacking and I had to contact them a few times in order to progress with the quote/order. I continued to use them because they had the windows I wanted at the right price! The lead time for the windows once the deposit has been paid is pretty standard 6 weeks, but we got caught up in the whole Covid situation so it took much longer, but when we finally arranged a date for the delivery and they started installation and half way through they realised a piece of the safety glass had been misplaced, and it would take another week or so to source the piece and return to finish the job. Obviously having a very large window/door on there 3rd floor of a house with no safety glass is a major hazard and waiting a week for a solution is not an option. After a few complaint calls, (regarding safety)the missing piece was found and quickly installed. Again, nice windows, nice price, not the best service. (I will add a picture later on)

This is a high quality operation from advice to product to installation. We had a large door space to fill and were planning for bifolds until the site visit by Matt, who prompted us to consider sliding options, which gave a much greater 'wow' factor. The fitters were excellent and very skilfully worked their way around a structural issue on the day to provide a viable solution. The doors are solid, smooth and absolutely stunning!
We purchased two new aluminium double glazed French doors and three windows from ODC and couldn't be happier. The level of care and attention to detail; the quality of the products; and the customer service they provided were all second-to-none. Windows and doors are a huge purchase, and having never bought them before, we were really nervous, but ODC held our hands from the word go - reassuring us, explaining every step thoroughly, and helping us make sensible decisions. When it came to measuring up, they worked patiently with our builder; and the glass arrived earlier than we'd expected, which was brilliant (we had a really tight schedule). On fitting day, they were professional and meticulous, making sure everything fitted perfectly. The fitters were tidy, friendly and polite. Ours was just a 'normal' job, nothing fancy, but we still felt we were given five star treatment. We absolutely love our new doors and windows and they look super smart. Really good customer service like this is so hard to find these days, so I'm very happy to recommend them!
ODC fitted bi-fold to replace old style patio sliding doors. Spoke initially with Matthew Levy who took ncessary time to explain options. My immediate impression was of a professionally run office, especially so, as when I returned to discuss again the choices, Matthew was with a customer and another member of the team immediately took the time to assist me. I was kept informed on the progress of delivery and installation. The fitting went without a hitch, though a little filler under the track at the base would have made the job 100% perfect. ODC may not be the cheapest, but the quality of the product is excellent. A very good experience.
Have to say that these guys were brilliant to work with. After the initial discussions they sent a surveyor to our house who found that we had windows at an angle due to old movement. it took some effort but they helped us get through the obstacle and we now have a brilliant set of doors and windows. Can't thank you enough guys.

I wanted to let you know how delighted I am with my new doors! The quality is superb, they look amazing and very easy to open. I was very impressed with the fitters, Arthur and Noah. They were so considerate of my needs as I’m a wheelchair user, really going the extra mile to make it easy to lock the doors, and minimising the lip of the threshold so my wheels would go over it. They were both so knowledgeable, accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. Please pass on my feedback and gratitude to Arthur and Noah. They deserve a bonus! I’ve been looking for bi-fold doors that were stylish and easy to open for several years and it was definitely worth the wait!
We collaborated with ODC on a residential refurbishment and extension project. ODC supplied and installed beautiful doors, windows and roof lights which transformed the spaces we designed. ODC’s workmanship and customer service were first class. The installation was seamless and their work completed quicker than expected. It was very refreshing for the glazing installation to neatly align with the construction program, without delay nor create any issues. I highly recommend ODC’s services and products.
We installed two sets of solarlux SL 60 doors, one set 3 leaf the other 4 - they bring so much light into the of rear extension a large open plan family area and so easy to open and love the summer months when we open them fully. Definitely recommend the product and the company who installed - no hassle and they even manufactured a bespoke large picture window over the kitchen sink which brings the garden into the house - love it!

I can't fault ODC from beginning to end. The quality of the windows and doors is superb. The fitters were professional, efficient and courteous. Their expertise was put to the test with fitting new windows in three large bays - notoriously difficult - but they managed without any issues. I would highly recommend.
We had bifold doors installed which were made in Germany and seem of good quality but the customer service around it is poor. Long waiting times and when asking if change in date possible very short answer coming across unfriendly and not welcome after paying a good amount of money. No communication prior to planned installation date. I had to chase only to be told on the day of installation that it can't be done as piece lost. My wife had cancel a course for the rearranged date only to be told on the day after chasing the company that the installation once again was cancelled. The third date was ok but not arrived at arranged time and was 2 hours late. Workers who turned up were very friendly. Important to know is that company is not FENSA registered so you get no certificate and need building regs. Would have been nice to be told this during the process. Again had to chase several times for an answer. Only time company responsive is when trying to get you to sign contract. Overall for that amount of money I would expect a much better customer service. I wish i would have not gone with odc.
After paying ODC a small fortune to fit large glass sliding doors to our new extension, we have had nothing but problems. The glass has had to be replaced 3 times and now the doors are a nightmare to open and after hundreds of emails and calls we have gotten nowhere. I would advise anyone thinking of using ODC windows and doors to think again and look at better options!
