Safe N Secure Windows & Doors

Can't praise the level of care we received from Dean highly enough. Elderly Mum who lives with Dementia was unable to use her conservatory door. This is very important to her as it's the connection to her garden which gives her peace and comfort. We initially had another Company out and was advised we needed a whole new door as it was not repairable. Dean attended and showed such care and compassion towards Mum, taking the time to speak with her ensuring she felt safe. Very Dementia aware. The door was dismantled and repaired in no time. Dean would not take any payment for the repairs. Will definitely contact again if needed.

Just had all my windows and doors replaced and all I can say is what a fantastic job they’ve done. The workmanship was first class and nothing was too much trouble. Very friendly and accommodating. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Just had another great install by these guys. They have previously done most of my house and still very happy with their work. This time had the garage door replaced. Great job.

Very happy with our new composite door. Carl was very patient with the design process and helped us pick a glass feature for the door frame.

Couldn’t be happier with my new front door, Carl and Dean were very professional, turned up on time, extremely friendly and very efficient. I would 100% recommend!

We had 10 windows replaced by Safe n Secure. They were very friendly, did an excellent job, with minimal disruption and mess, at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend them.

I would like to thank Safe N Secure for doing an excellent job on my windows. I had two large very old windows replaced with modern UPVC. They were friendly, down to earth, and provided good customer service and communication. The windows them selves look fantastic, the inside and out. They finish at the edges was very neat. The price was affordable. Overall very impressed and would 100% recommend.

Had a garage door changed into a door and windows, and couldn’t be happier. Fantastic service from start to finish, highly recommend. Door ordered and fit within 6-weeks. Carl and Dean are both so friendly, work extremely quickly, and everything was finished exactly to the promised timescale, with no issues. Would 100% recommend them to family and friends.

Quality service, friendly and helpful, offered sound advice for consideration (which it took). Tidy and respectful.

Dean and Carl recently replaced our garage door and windows (before and after pictured, it was long overdue.. !) - we first used them 5 years ago to replace the windows, front door and back door in the house. Great service, they were really quick, and the price was competitive.

Composite door installation Excellent quality product and installation Excellent punctuality and correspondence Fast and tidy installation Will definitely use again in the future

We spent over £10K having doors and windows installed. The door never closes properly called them out over 5 times now still not right. and I've been waiting over 6 months for a window hinge to be replaced, called every month or more was told couple of weeks twice.. Dean is so so rude I would never use this company again and stay away from them at all costs. Dean if you want more info I can send you them.. I've not listed all the issues but think you know where you have gone wrong.

Safensecure replaced a UVPC door. Not only was their price very competitive , but there was no hard sell and Dean was very knowledgeable and inspired confidence. They, also, unlike most of the other Companies contacted, gave us a 10year insurance backed guarantee on everything including the locking mechanism which is expensive to replace. Based on that experience we asked Dean to quote us for repacing a French door and two adjacent windows. Once again, very competitive on price and fitted the items quickly and professionally with no mess ( One Company claimed they would have to remove some of the pebbledash ). 10 yr written guarantee by Insurance Company. Perhaps communication / organisation could be a little improved but that's not unusual and not a problem. We would highly recommend this Company ( which proudly have the "Which" endorsement on their van ) and will use them for any further work.

Absolutely amazing service from Safe N Secure. Very professional and reliable, always replying to emails and returning phone calls. Excellent service and great customer service. We are more than happy with them and keep coming back if we need anything more!

Fitted all new doors and windows for us at a competitive price, any minor 'snags' we have had have been dealt with quickly and without fuss.

Great job fitting my windows and new door. Also came out within 2 hours over the Christmas period to look at my 'broken' lock when I couldn't get my key out and was polite and understanding when it turned out I had forgotten the position it needed to be in to be removed and there was nothing wrong with it! Very embarrassed but I wasn't made to feel bad for being a time-waster. Highly recommend for professional, polite and prompt service.

I would like the thank Dean and Carl for providing fantastic service from beginning to end... The end results of my porch was truly amazing. The price quoted was very competitive. Miah. Chapeltown.

Very good price and service for replacing windows. We are very happy!

It's been a year since they supplied and installed new double glazed windows. I will definitely recommend them for quality, workmanship and best price! Thanks

Replaced two large upstairs windows. Very pleased with the quality of the work and the price. The initial booked installation day was forecast to be poor weather with lots of rain. I didn't really want the windows installing when it was wet but it was no problem to re-schedule for another day. The guys arrived promptly and carried out the work quickly tidying up after themselves. Very pleased with these guys and will use again. Highly recommended!!!!!!!!!!

Unprintable!!

My Father is a builder so i know a good price and company when i see one. These guys were great and quoted a very reasonable price and had the new windows done in a morning. There was a communication error on the door possibly my fault as much as theirs but they were happy to reduce the price a little as a goodwill gesture. New friendly chaps and good old fashioned grafters. Highly recommend and will use them on my other rental properties.
