Leeds Glass Windows Ltd

Fantastic service from Leeds Glass, very knowledgeable and gave us a comprehensive service that was very professional. I would recommend these guys. They went over and above to get this job completed for us. 10/10

We have had two large/expensive jobs done by Leeds Glass and both times the jobs have been left in faulty states. It has also taken them a long time to rectify their mistakes and sometimes even multiple visits have been required and us having to keep calling them to get it sorted. Will not use Leeds Glass in the future.

Done a few heavy glass lifting jobs with these guys. Tristan, Richard and the team are great to work with.

Another fantastic job done for us by the team at Leeds Glass.

Quick and easy pick up for a piece of glass previously ordered

Great friendly guys ..efficient and great job ta kian and sean 🥰

Got a bespoke shower door and inline panel with fitting kit

A big thank you to Dom & Josh from Leeds Glass for fitting our new side door and window today in whitkirk. Very professional and tidy workers including vacuuming up inside and outside afterwards. They worked to high standards throughout the day leaving the finished job to a high standard. From sales, surveying then fitting the whole job went smoothly and I'd Certainly recommend Leeds Glass in the future.

Really friendly people from the start. Rang other firms and it seemed they didn't have the time. Any glass ring leeds glass. Quoted up front straight away at 1st point of contact. Spoke to Richard. A class service thank you

We’ve been really impressed with Leeds Glass from the moment we began our enquiries. After a few different quotes with a variety of companies we chose Leeds Glass and are so glad we did. The team were approachable, helpful and delivered as promised. We had our whole house done (Victorian Terrace) and the beauty is that Leeds Glass were able to produce a style in keeping with the feel of the property adding additional frames and features around the glass which has made all the difference. During the installation the team were great and did a great job of clearing away each day which we really appreciated. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service today, fast and efficient and very friendly

Reliable and prompt service. Price was reasonable too. Would recommend and will use again

Leeds Glass was amazing and provided a beautiful back garden door. I contacted them and they gave a quick quote response with no harassment in the same way as other salespeople can. They were professional and answered all questions that I had. Installation was quick and easy and they provided all the insurance and paperwork. Would 100% recommend. Fair price and excellent quality and service.

This review is from my Mum and Dad as they don’t have a google account. Right from the start of the survey Leeds Glass have been outstanding with their service and we would highly recommend them to anyone to use. The installers were clean, tidy and very efficient. They have done an outstanding job and we are so glad we chose Leeds Glass to supply and install our windows. Thanks again Christine and Michael

From the word go they were absolutely spot on!!!! They were so professional in every aspect working with us to what we wanted I absolutely love my new door even if I kept saying it was blue😂 highly recommended and top marks to the joiner who created a new acatrive around the door!

Excellent

These people are top notch, had an awkward glass I needed cutting, 10 mins after walking in I was walking out with that glass …cheap as well ( well cheap compared to what I thought it would cost)

everything you need for glass, great place

We used Leeds Glass to replace our wooden porch which had become rotten. We wanted to preserve the roof and the wall and floor tiles. Andy and Mark worked very carefully and tidily to achieve this and the result is outstanding. We are delighted with the new porch and cannot fault Leeds Glass in any way. They are a really top class company to deal with.

Best prices in the area. Quality glass. Nice staff.

Used Leeds Glass three times now and would highly recommend. Response to quote request is fast, measurements are taken by a professional followed by a promp quote. Installers are great and very responsive to specific requests. Very happy with the products and service.

Leeds Glass is our go-to company for all things glass related. Our composite door was the second time we have used their service. We were impressed with the workmanship of the men who came to fit our door, the were personable, experienced and left us as satisfied customers. A first-class service.

We had quotes from multipls companies but Mike from Leeds Glass was hands down the best. He was the only one we did not feel was in a rush to sell us something but instead wanted to understand what we were after and discuss how the work could best be done. The team changed 8 windows for us in 4 days at a competitive price and were able to match the syle and design to the age of the property. During the job the staff explained what they were doing each day and tidied up every room after themselves. The scaffolding also came down the same day the last window was in. Would highly recommend and definitely use Leeds Glass again

Great value and helpful, friendly, informative service. Tristan was great helping me choose the right glass for a replacement panel.

Hands down the best experience I’ve had so far with any tradespeople. You get the impression that Leeds Glass has maintained its family run feel for decades of business. Our windows were of a very specific dimension with an arch that needed special ordering but nothing was too much of a bother and the price was reasonable. The fitters were very skilled and kept me in the loop at all times. I wouldn’t ever go anywhere else.

Good quality

Replaced two windows for me promptly and for a fair price. Everyone I dealt with was extremely professional and took the time to explain things. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Always a great service, quick to come out to measure & fit and fitters are always very friendly/polite! Definitely recommend

Excellent - a very good and honest firm. They fitted us a new door, a good price and a nice door. There was a scratch on it, which I found later - they put in a new door, no problem. Very good - I recommend them

Very helpful staff.Excellent service and good prices

Paid to replace the glass in a large photo frame. Called up and was quoted a price and went in to get it cut. All was fine, up until I asked if I could have the glass wrapped so it would be protected in my car boot. Initially the young lad said ‘no we can’t wrap it or package it up,’ which left me a bit like what the hell. Then he said ‘we can wrap it in bubble wrap, but it’ll cost you.’ Pretty annoyed I almost left and asked for my money back. I’d already paid 30 quid and they couldn’t even have the decency to wrap it up for me so didn’t damage it. Decided to take a chance and lay it flat in my boot which was fine in the end. The guy (old grumpy bloke) who put it in my boot was about as friendly as cornered badger. Muttered about three words which I didn’t catch out it my boot then buggered off back into the factory. Can’t fault the glass it fit perfectly back in the frame but Jesus have a bit of customer service and common decency about you. Definitely won’t bother going back there or using them again.

Friendly staff and a nice showroom.

Clean and spacious area inside and adequate parking.staff were friendly ,knowledgeable and professional.happy with our experience.

1st class service, fast and efficient and met our requirements perfectly.

Leeds Glass fitted my windows 13 years ago and did a great job. Recently the bathroom window became stuck and wouldn't open. I contacted Leeds Glass and the next day I had a call back and Martin took the time over a couple of calls and emails to talk me through how to investigate to see if I could fix it, which worked a treat and saved me the cost of a call out and new part. Fantastic customer care. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

I’ve had several dealings with Leeds Glass over the years. They’ve carried out planned work with replacement of blown double glazed glass and fitting of new double glazed doors. They were also very helpful in an emergency. The quality of their work is excellent and the prices very competitive. Recommended!

Very good service

I rate them

Shockingly overpriced for cut glass for an old door.

Great service

Can't praise Leeds Glass enough. The lock on my door failed and their guy Martin was brilliant. Sorted out a new lock and would have fitted the same day but I wasn't around. Sent a fitting team out who explained everything and they even adjusted the door for me. Great professional and quick service.

Called in on the off chance I might be able to have a mirror cut. Within twenty minutes they cut me one. Brilliant place, cannot fault them and highly recommend. Thanks. Mark.

Ordered a made to measure mirror with a bevel edge. Apparently Leeds Glass don’t do the bevelling on site and send the mirror off to another company. After three attempts to get a mirror that wasn’t scratched or damaged they offered me a refund as now say the company don’t do bevels !!! My advice AVOID LEEDS GLASS

Very helpful staff did not know what I needed explained it very well and a quick turnaround excellent work

Excellent place, for getting glass units single glazing also do mirrors UPVC window and door installer. Entrance just off York road big iron Gates on the left-hand side going towards seacroft

Professional services, expert advice, great service, very helpful, even put my various sizes of glass in the van for me, that's service, highly recommended

Covid aware. Helpful staff

Cheap but waiting time is too long..

Brilliant, loads of parking. Anthony the sale assistant great kid give me a good deal on some double glazed units I needed to replace as they had started to steam up inside the units. Plus they have a great glass cutting service.

I use this company through work, the staff are helpfull, and glass ect is cut spot on to measurement and square.

Top quality windows and great customer service, which are worth each paid penny.

Always helpful

Excellent glass company , helpful staff and my requirements have always been top quality , as a qualified joiner I need glass cutting to my templates and I always trust this company to supply to my standards, I would definitely recommend this company.

Ordered replacement windows which were made and ready for collection in 24 hours at a very reasonable price, great service and knowledge.

Nice people, always helpful.

i got my windows from Leeds Glass over 15 years ago and i'm very pleased with them.Today the gearbox in the door mechanism failed and i rang Leeds Glass for advice,i spoke to a guy called Martin who directed me how to obtain and fit a replacement,i cannot fault his knowledge on how to rectify this problem, after taking his advice i replaced the gearbox quite easily for very little cost, thank you.

Professional and cost effective. High quality double glazed units. Full recommend.

sells glass and in Leeds

Had a piece of glass made for my chess board here, laminated and reasonably price less than 30 quid so very happy, so small or large jobs taken in

Staff very helpful and high standards meet and we had lots of double glazed units on order that they turned around quickly.

Good service

Had French doors fitted today and the installation team were brilliant and left my house (and new doors) spotless, they also fixed a faulty door handle on the front door! Top marks!

Leeds Glass helped me fixed my broken patio door glasses. I am satisfied with the replacement and the overall services. Yet, the cost of the replacement doubled glazed glasses and service charge are competitive when compared to other companies around. Would definitely recommend!

Helpful staff

Excellent place very helpful and friendly staff, can't stress that enough they areyou simply great. But can't help thinking the name is a bit on the nose, I mean what other sorts of Windows are there that u can see through?

Better value (in both quality and cost) windows elsewhere.

Had a slight disaster as a storm blew through a door window. A surveyor came out same day. 2 days later the window had been made and I had a visit from 2 installers. Job done. Great work thank you very much.

Was struggling to find the glass for my front door until I came here. They took one look at the photo I had and identified it straight away. Supplied a pane of what I now know is Flemish glass to my measurements. Worked out cheaper than I thought, so that's a bonus. Will check them first next time I need anything glazing related.

Good supplier with excellent customer service

Leeds Glass has the best customers service ever. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Great price for quality product too

Helpful staff.

Fir Glass in Leeds, it has to be Leeds Glass 😁

Good place with window work

Smashing location. Cracking service. Plenty of parking so no pane there!

excellent place and environment

Fast service and very polite

First Class Service! From the initial enquiry via email to the delivery, I couldn't have asked for more. Martin's knowledge, attention to detail and advice was exceptional and I can't recommend Leeds Glass highly enough. Thank you!

Cannot recommend Leeds Glass highly enough.Excellent customer service from ordering to collection From all members of the staff team.Old time customer service at it's very best.Advice given about the glass l needed and help with measuring.I have a disability l don't drive. So needed to order a taxi to take me home.Money was refused for phone call. When taxi arrived it was loaded into taxi for me

everything straight forward

Very good and fast service, the price is good and location easy to find and convenient.

Never had a problem here, always a good service.

Great prices

Service from the fitters was efficient and professional. However, the manager was rude and pushy and refused to listen to the client. We are a small local business and wanted to pay through our treasurer after being invoiced. The manager was rude, aggressive and unnecessarily pushy over the phone insisting on the hand over of a large amount of cash there and then. At no point in the initial correspondence was it made clear to us that full payment would be required in cash on the day. Needless to say we will not be returning for future business.

Start to finish, an excellent service. Had a window and a sliding door runner replaced - the latter had never been 100% since another company installed it a few years ago. Fitters were efficient, polite and knowledgeable, they tidied up and fixed other alignment issues on the door. No hesitation in recommending.

Great price, great service
