A truly excellent service. I had a front door and a rear door put in and the latter was particularly challenging, but they managed it no bother. They even coped with irate tenants and dodgy kitchen plumbing while all the time recovering from flu in the middle of winter! Couldn't ask for anything more. Good price too. Doors look great.

I recently had my old patio door replaced with a new set of PVC French doors, as well as an upstairs window, by this company. From the start, Wayne came out to size up the job and was very easy to talk to, offering fantastic customer service and even recommending that the team clean up and realign some of the mechanisms on my other windows to improve how they worked — a really thoughtful touch. A few weeks later (manufacturing time) I had my beautiful new French doors installed, and I couldn't be happier. The quality of the doors and the workmanship were excellent. Glenn, the fitter, did a superb job and even returned the next day to fix a minor issue, ensuring everything was perfect. Overall, it was an excellent experience. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for quality windows and doors, great communication, and fantastic customer service!

Had half the house done with new windows after moving in, felt genuine when we got the quote - no pressure or attempts to oversell things we didn't need. Work was done on time and with very minimal mess. Only issue was one window didn't fit, so we had a board up for a few days but they came back as soon as possible and fitted the new one in minutes. Overall, very happy! :)

Wayne and the team were great. Arrived on time, were polite and friendly and worked quickly. Also cleaned up after themselves! There was a slight issue with the glass for one of our windows but this was rectified very quickly by Wayne and the team. Would recommend.

Got the quote and decided to go ahead due to all the good feedback online and how they were on the phone. Paid a deposit installation date arrived as expected. After reaching out for a quote, Wayne got in contact with me almost immediately after my email and all his follow ups were always on time and always answered really quickly whenever I had a question. When I asked to see samples of the frame colours, he immediately called back to see if I was home and he showed up within 15 minutes to give me the samples. On the day of fitting, the team was very polite and friendly, answred any questions I had and left the everything in great shape and installed back the blinders (and even better than they were originally fitted by the previous owners). I'd definetly recommend and will contact them again for when we need to change our doors.

I saw the good reviews on here and contacted Leeds Windows and Doors for a quote - they were really professional and around within a few days and on-time to measure up. They were really responsive on the office side and I was sent a PDF brochure straight away to choose from and the quote and info all arrived without needing to chase. Lead time was 12 weeks and it was a spot-on estimate. The fitting team were great - really tidy and efficient and our new door looks amazing - am really surprised at how nicely finished everything is down to the sealing on the inside - I thought we'd potentially have to do some filing and caulking but no - it's perfect. The team have all been incredibly helpful with questions and we're really happy. Cannot recommend highly enough, thank you!

It was all very straightforward and I was kept in the loop about order status and how things were progressing. After contacting several window companies as we needed to replace 40 year old windows on the 4th and 5th floor of a block of flats, we found that Leeds Windows and Doors were head and shoulders above the rest. Wayne, the owner, and Glenn, came up to our duplex and instead of finding logistical problems - one was getting patio doors up to the 5th floor - they gave us solutions.Another major obstacle was that the look of the widows had to be as near as possible to the design and colour of the other 35 flats which are in a conservation area. The original windows were pale silver grey aluminium and as we wanted uPVC, he found us a perfect match - silver uPVC on the outside but white on the inside. From the initial consultation to the final installation, we were kept informed on everything. Every phone call was answered promptly which is a rarity these days. The team who fitted were polite and courteous and covered all our carpets, keeping the flat clean and tidy. They were very respectful of our property. Our new windows look superb and have enhanced our property in terms of both looks and soundproofing. We are delighted with them and we would definitely recommend 100% Wayne and his team

Always great service from Wayne and his team to fix some windows which hadn't been installed properly and were leaking- and it turns out also unsafe. The work required internal replastering and remodelling and is to a great standard. The team were very tidy, protected the stairs, polite and courteous, arrived on time. We have used LW&D several times now because they have been dependable and consistent - you know what you are going to get! They are well priced and have done decent work. Would certainly recommend for window and door replacement.

I can't recommend this company highly enough. After being messed about by a different fitter for quite a long time, it was such a relief to have Wayne come to quote and understand what it was that I wanted. I've never had to choose windows before and I wanted them to be perfect. I'd already decided where I wanted the opening windows to be and it was as if Wayne already knew. He seemed to be right on my wavelength. It was all straightforward, I got the quote through within a couple of days, I had others to compare to so I knew it was a fair price. I paid the deposit and they were ordered. The lead time was about 16 weeks but they were ready earlier. I didn't have to chase them up at all. The fitters were friendly and did a great job and I absolutely love my new windows!! The process was smooth from start to finish and the company a pleasure to deal with.

We thought we needed to replace our front door as it was very old, and the handle had fallen off. Wayne came round to quote for a composite door, and informed us that the door we had was, although old, really good quality and it would be better to just bolt the handle, when he could have charged us £1k plus for a new door. He sorted it for us there and then at no cost in a few minutes. Really can't recommend this company enough, the staff are all lovely and we will be using their services again. Thank you!

We’ve just had our second project finished by Wayne and his team, they are very good. The workmanship is excellent, they will give you good advice and they are always cheerful on site. The very best thing is that if they know something won’t work, or if you ask for something daft, they will tell you so and won’t do it.

We had our windows and doors replaced last week and the finish is excellent. Our fitters works efficiently and cleaned up as they went and worked over the hottest two days of July 2021, they were honestly amazing! We are really pleased with the results and would have no hesitation in recommending Wayne, Craig & team.

I had 6 windows and 1 door fitted in May. Very happy with the service recieved and the quality of the install. The lead time provided was longer than I anticipated but the price was very competitive and the install went ahead within the estimated timeframe. I have already made recommendations to friends and family.

Not worth 1 star! everything was fine until wayne(THE OWNER) started ignoring me. He caused damage to my wallpaper and hasn't renewed the gasket on my bathroom window that he quoted to do. This was about 3 months ago now and I'm still waiting. One piece of glass was wrong size on his original visit so he came back to do that, and was supposed to do the gasket but didn't, his reason was it was the wrong size gasket but get this, he was going to leave me the gasket to do it myself! So he was going to leave me the wrong size gasket. He was asking where the key was to open the bathroom window before checking to see if it was even open. I wouldn't recommend this company after this experience of mine. Oh and he's been paid in full. It's just out of order he's ignoring me now

I’ve used Leeds windows and doors a couple of times now on separate occasions and always found them to be a great company to deal with,from pricing to installation can’t fault them.

This is our third installation with Leeds Windows and Doors, Again a great job by the boys, The frontage of the house was completely transformed by a new bay window and two replacement bedroom windows, We also had a new Kitchen window put in the side of the house which had to be cut out of the side wall, Can not recommend highly enough.

Fitted our windows when we moved in 3 years ago. Due to the heat from the radiator underneath one of them cracked, rang up and was measured up for a new glass which was fitted a week later no problem. Quick, no fuss, good service!

Bought a new composite door and 2 new windows , understood there would be a waiting time due to covid but they came quicker than expected, fitted well wonderful service and a fantastic price. Thank you so much.

So not impressed with this company! I ordered two doors I did not mess this company about! I came in the next day and paid the deposit. So after six weeks of placing the order I found out that the order had not been placed! I then get told someone had been and measured up the doors! Which no one had been ! So they do not order the doors and then lie! Well for me they have lost the order lost the money and lost a customer! You cannot please everyone! But one thing do not lie! Maybe two doors were not worth the time and the money! Six weeks wasted! I could have had the doors fitted by now! I accepted the 12-14 week period! What I did not accept not placing the order! And saying you have been to measure up when you did not! So add the six weeks onto the 12-14 weeks! Which would mean an 18-20 week for two doors " REALLY" Do not Lie to a customer! Hang on! You did not even place the order! It was only when I contacted you! That you realised you had not ordered the doors! So there you go! You even lie on your response!

Efficient service from Wayne who did the initial visit to discuss which door I wanted, choice of glass and price, and from the fitter who installed the door. Not only were their quote & design suggestions the best, the customer service was very good and the work has been completed to a very high standard. The surveyors from the national companies were more like salesmen - whereas I really jut wanted someone to come and measure the space and talk me through my options. Just needed a new front door. After speaking with some other companies, a friend recommended LWD. Spoke with them and got a brochure to look at. Saw what we liked and spoke with Wayne, who came and measured up at a time to suit us. Very reasonable prices when compared to other companies we spoke to. Door was fitted in expected timeframe. Even took away the old door and frame to boot. There was no peripheral damage to paintwork anywhere around the door. Phoned a couple of days later to check all okay with the door. Very experienced and professional guys. Wayne and the gang are so pleasant. Had a few little tweaks done to the fitting of the doors but nothing too much. Would recommend these guys.

Poor show ...asked for a quote for full house windows and doors. Wayne didnt bother to get back in touch with quote. Have gone elsewhere now. Perhaps the job wasn't costly enough given the car he turned up in.

I was shocked to see no damage was done to the plaster around the window when my old wooden framed windows were removed. Highly recommend!

Fantastic from start to finish. Waynes advice for Aluminium Folding Doors combined with PVC windows and a Composite front door took some convincing for us but was 100% the right decision. Makes sense for cost, looks, safety and practicality. Couple of snagging issues were pointed out by Glen (the fitter) during the install, to Wayne (the boss). These were reported to me and put right within a couple of days. Can't ask for more than that. Great communication and delighted with the end result. Transformed the aesthetics of our house and made it so much warmer inside! Would highly recommend.
