I chose The Window Division to replace a front door with a bespoke ‘Rockdoor’. From the outset, the company was professional and considerate of my requirements, providing me with excellent guidance. Tony came round, did a great job explaining the options, an expected date of installation, etc. And the best price, hands down. The fitting team were courteous and diligent, fitting the door on a bitterly cold day. Aftersales support and care has been exceptional, just ‘next level’ customer service. I contacted Tony about a window. When he called round, he spotted something on the door I hadn't even noticed! He arranged remedial work, which was done in a matter of a week. Not months - a week! And the window work was just 'spot on'. From people that ‘know their stuff’ and take pride in their trade. I’d go so far as to say, of all the work I have had done on my new home, the front door is my favourite part! Personally, I could not be happier. Without question, my 'go to' window/door company.

Had 8 Flush fit windows in silver grey, 1 x Front Door (Rock door) & 1 x Back door both in slate grey outside & white inside fitted. Tony was really helpful when discussing options & always available to answer any questions I had. The install team done an absolutely fantastic job in fitting them, really happy with the end result. Everything looks and feels top quality! Really happy with the colour and look of the windows and doors. Highly recommend using The Window Division based on my experience...first class! Windows & back door also work with Kubu smart security sensors which is a nice touch if that’s something you want.
The Window Division have been brilliant from the initial phone call to the final fitting. Tony was brilliant with recommendations and suggested thicker frames for our windows which we love. He even readjusted our front door on his way out from quoting us! Mark the fitter is such a perfectionist and even when faced with a window that had been tiled in, he did a wonderful job! A company that turns up when they say they will and does a faultless job is very hard to come by, but The Window Division is that company.

We required a new back door that would be thermally efficient, solid and secure. I spoke to the boss Tony at Window Division and he was very helpful and gave me a good price. Installation was 3 weeks later, after the door was built, and Mark & Archie fitted it in one morning. They were both knowledgeable and tidy with their work. Very pleasant to have them in my house. I’m writing this during the first rain since our new windows went in and everything’s warmer and waterproof as we needed. Delighted with the work done by The Window Division and by how they worked alongside related company The Fascia Division on our project (installing two upstairs windows and the cladding across the width of our house). The initial quote visit was swift and efficient, resulting in a very reasonable price. As they’re related companies, Tony managed to coordinate both jobs so windows and fascia could go up together. The installation teams were friendly, industrious and left the site tidied after their work. We already have a return visit arranged to install new french windows underneath this project.

I’m absolutely over the moon with my new tiled conservatory roof. Fantastic workers, came on time and completed the work in a timely fashion, great guys. They left the place spotless. Im so happy with my new door, it’s black on the outside and white internally … the main change I wanted was to have long windows so the light could shine through and it does! Fitted a kitchen window and a bathroom window for me. Immediately when Tony came to quote I could tell he knew what he was doing and cared about doing a good job. On the day turned up on time, all the lads really polite and professional - put lots of covers down to protect carpets and sinks etc also a board over sink to protect it. Did the install to a really high standard in good time - absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Having bathroom and kitchen ripped out - even offered to come back once walls done to sort the trims etc to make em look spot on when done. Before ordering sent a write up with a visual of the designs so was absolutely crystal clear for both parties what was being done. Top notch start to finish and they were also very competitive despite having a 10 year guarantee on both parts and fitting! Amazing - highly recommended, wouldn’t hesitate to use again.
Tony has completed a few jobs on our property now - reworked a rear porch and fitted a new glass roof curing a long term leak. He has also replaced windows on the property. Work is always of a high quality and communication is excellent - I would recommend The Window Division.
As a company I can recommend The Window Division without reservation. Tony has done seven jobs for me now, including a Guardian roof and Hardie plank cladding, replacement UPVC doors and windows and every one has been first class. You won’t find a better price or a more professional standard. Totally trustworthy, they take great pains to ensure that everything is completed perfectly and to the highest level. Everything has always been left clean and tidy when they have completed a job. I have had no hesitation in recommending them to many of my friends. Those who have availed themselves of their professional services have been equally delighted. I have already contacted them again to make sure they are available to do some work for me when I move house in the near future. The best contractors I have come across.
