We were delighted to have had AA Window Services Installations Ltd, install a new Backdoor for us. They were excellent and arrived on time and did a first rate job. Cleaned up afterwards and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for new backdoors or windows.

We had a leak above our bedroom window. They quickly came and investigated to discover there was a problem with the roof and made a temporary fix. After accepting a quote they erected scaffolding and spent most of the day fixing the roof. Due to a family bereavement we were not at the property at the time to inspect the work and the company trusted us to make payment on our return when happy with the work. We were very satisfied and settled the bill. There are not many companies these days who do any work without a deposit upfront let alone take payment days after the work has been done. It was very trusting of them and very helpful to us at a difficult time. I thoroughly recommend them.

A great efficient job from AA Window Services, West End. I had some old bodged previously sash windows in a 1920's house. The wooden frames are partly structural I believe. Other double glazing companies I've had call, seemed only interested in a sale and not how they were actually going to replace them properly. I found AA Window Services via a recommendation. They advised on the options and did a great job replacing the windows, leaving the inside frame with UPVC only on the outside. A very tidy job with attention to detail. Nothing was too much trouble. Many thanks to the whole team.
Last year AA Windows replaced all the windows in our new home including 2 very large bay windows. They were brilliant, tidy, polite and very quick, the installation was finished much quicker than expected. This year we got the team back out to replace the old door on our porch. Once again a pleasure to have and completed the work quickly and too a high standard. They even made adjustments to some of the windows for us while they were here. We are extremely happy and will use AA windows again in the future for anything we need. Highly recommended. Thank you so much for all your hard work.
Replaced my patio doors over a year ago and I have been very happy with them with no problems following the installation. More recently I have had a problem with my roof where a plant appeared to be growing out of the lead gulley! They attended to take a look and completely cleared out the gulley for me so the rain water could flow freely again as it had been fully clogged up which may have lead to problems with damp in my roof. They have provided excellent service on both occasions and I could not recommend them highly enough
Wow! We have used these guys for both some odd bits around the house when we first moved here and just recently again for a much bigger job - a conservatory roof replacement. The conservatory looks like it was put up yesterday now, not in 2005. What a lovely team of people that are so polite, professional and did an incredible job. It’s honestly like having your family take care of you.

We have just had a Hup extension fitted to extend the ground floor of our house. It’s alway’s worrying going into this for the first time but from our first communication with AA window services I can honestly say that all this worry went away. Communication the whole way through no matter if it was day or night evening or weekend, Paige was just amazing no problem was to big or to small for her she is absolutely 1 in a million she dealt with the whole process start to finish. From day one of the build all the tradesmen were professional and helpful, we had to have a concrete base down due to the size so a lot!!!! Of work was done but with a minimal intrusion on day to day living as possible. Aron and his company came to put up the Hup build and from the start to the Hup walls being up and water tight was roughly about 4 days which was insane. Aron and the team were amazing throughout, very friendly and will do anything to make the process quick and as easy as possible. We are in love with our new living space and it’s thanks to Paige, Aron and there amazing team!!!! I will be using them for anything we need in the future wouldn’t use anyone else!!! Thank you for all you have done for us and continue to do if there are any follow up problems, any small queries we have you are always right there with a very quick response and in this day and age that’s worth more than you know. I also just wanted to mention the amount of heat these Hup builds keep in we always used to have to put our heating on even through March/April, this year we haven’t needed to put it on at all which helps with energy cost, every penny counts.
Recently had all of our 1st floor window panes replaced as our previous ones all had condensation in between the glass panels. AA Window Services were extremely friendly, helpful and very reasonably priced. They were very efficient and clean and tidy when installing our replacement panes. I would highly recommend AA Window Services amd will definitely using them again.

This team were brilliant! With the initial planning and quotation work they were transparent and happy to help with any queries we had as well. They provided us with drawings and plans that showed what we would expect and made sure we had a clear shared vision of the project. During the week of work the guys were on time every day and worked late to make sure they would finish within the allotted time. I was pleasantly surprised when they left the area inside and out clean and tidy at the end of each day, almost looked like no one had been there! Always happy to discuss with us anything we wanted clarifying and also kept us in the loop if there were changes or adaptations to make the upgrade work. In short, a great team with fantastic customer communication, courteous, punctual and hard working. 5-Star will recommend to anyone

As with any job being done you are unsure if all will be well. Our neighbour and I had gutters, soffit,facias replaced plus underside of entrance porch. Any worries were soon gone. Very tidy and clean. Everything was cleared away daily. The team did an excellent job. We had a problem after completion which was no problem, back within 2 days and sorted. It's not only the job but the after sales that matters too. Would thoroughly recommend.
Would highly recommend. We wanted new windows and cladding on a dormer, new cladding downstairs to match, and insulation adding as they did all of that. They also arranged a roofer to replace the flat roof on the dormer and add insulation. Fitted a new front door and other windows too. It all looks great. They're really nice guys to work with and very hard working - they put in long days to finish it all and cleaned up after themselves all the time. They've got great support in the office and we always got a friendly, quick response to questions. Very pleased!
We had windows , windowsills, door, guttering , soffits done by AA Windows and would highly recommend them . They where professional, cleaned up inside and outside when working . Friendly, trustworthy we left them alone in the property and had no issues. Price was good . We have already recommended them to neighbours. They notified us they where gonna be late , punctual.
