I cannot tell you how great this company is, from start to finish the professionalism was outstanding. Even though I had decided to maybe go with them, the salesman brought samples to show what I would be getting, the surveyor was amazing. Recently had a bay window and a bedroom window installed by homesealed. Very happy with the results and the quality of the windows and installation. The fitters Sean and Franco were hard working and worked above and beyond to give me a great install and finish.

We had Ryan at our house tonight and he was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and polite throughout the whole experience.

Preamble: If the finished roof lasts as long as it should, then credit where it’s due. From what I can tell, the workmanship itself looks good. The boys on site were friendly, kept me updated when they were actually here, and tidied up after themselves. If you’re looking for a company to replace your roof, just make sure you don’t have any plans for the next month and happy with the idea of a toss of a coin whether your street will end up like a scene from a disaster movie. Well, you feeling lucky punk? (Don’t be a punk like me!) I was quoted a conservative estimate of five days. In reality, the whole saga- scaffolding up, roof completed, scaffolding removed – dragged on for just shy of a month. Even now, around a month after the scaffolding came down, I’m still waiting for the car port roof to be put back on after being assured it would be reinstated once the scaffold was removed. Apparently “we’ll put it back” translates to “we’ll see how patient you are.” The roof itself appears to be well done, and the roofers on site were friendly, approachable and cleaned up after themselves. They deserve credit for that. Unfortunately, they seemed to be working for a company whose logistics department was apparently run using a Magic 8 Ball. The skip sat full for around two weeks, meaning half my roof had to wait until the third elevation could be stripped so all the tiles could go on together. Meanwhile, the scaffolding had been erected well in advance, complete with piles of materials dumped across my front lawn for over a week, killing a large section of the grass and making the garden unusable. My lawn still hasn’t recovered. I paid for a new roof, not an experiment into whether turf can photosynthesise under pallets of roofing materials. Then came the part that genuinely stopped being funny. The scaffold was left fully loaded with roof tiles from Friday until Wednesday. During that time, it slid down the grassy bank at the front of my property. One side was literally hanging in mid-air while the whole structure had developed an impressive bow in the middle. It looked less like professional scaffolding and more like something from a Road Runner cartoon. I contacted the company. No urgency. No meaningful response. No callback. One day I hope to hear from the infamous James that apparently arranges all these things I became so concerned that I took a day’s annual leave simply to make sure nobody parked underneath it because I genuinely thought it might collapse fully loaded with tiles. When the scaffolders finally arrived, they were visibly horrified. They described it as dangerous, propped up the now “magically levitating” leg to stop it getting worse, but quite rightly refused to dismantle or adjust the scaffold while it remained loaded because they believed it could collapse and they would be liable. So it remained like that for another day. To this day I’m amazed nothing happened. What really summed up the experience was that I found myself acting as the middleman between the roofers, scaffolders and skip company because the office never seemed to know what was arriving, when it was arriving, or whether it had arrived at all. I hired a roofing company because I wanted someone else to organise the contractors. I didn’t expect to become the bloody project manager. So yes, the roof looks good. But getting there involved delays, poor communication, chaotic logistics, a front garden sacrificed to the roofing gods, an unresolved car port roof, and a scaffold that briefly appeared to be auditioning for Final Destination. I was told on completion I’d receive a guarantee through the post, I’m still waiting, I’m now so seasoned at waiting I have a PHD in delayed gratification. Would I use them again? Only if I had a month to spare, fancied a career in construction management, and didn’t mind living next to what looked like a health and safety training video

Recently had my roof re-tiled, rough casted and coated my walls and re-newed my gutters and drainpipes, everything looked great, so I paid for a job well done. A day or so later we had some heavy rain, which highlighted a problem with the gutters. Despite 6 phone calls and 6 promises to come out and rectify this, I'm still waiting and the gutter is still leaking. The workmanship seemed sound until it rained. Their after sales service appears to be very poor. Perhaps if you use this company, you should get the work checked out thoroughly before paying in full, because they never seem to follow up on mistakes.

Absolutely disgusted got new Gutters fitted. On day of fitting broke a brand new decking balustrade which they denied. First day it rained joints failed. The fix was silicon. When they had fitted the wrong size of the gutters. Rained today water was pouring out. I await this being fixed. I will edit review once it has but the quality of workmanship is extremely bad not a happy customer

Cold call turned into a really pushy salesman trying everything to get us to sign up to a service we didn’t require. We had the whole made up story about how they were part of the family and an owner but then had to phone the manager to get a good price story something doesn’t add up there. There was even some passive aggressive remarks about how we can afford x and y but not this magic coating on our roof. Had to be told numerous times no we aren’t interested before taking the hint and storming off in a huff. Just avoid this place.

If you value your hard earned money, savings or retirement fund, avoid homesealed at all costs !!!! Long story short....my mother received a call from them telling her that the government scheme were now including windows. As she had work done to her house under the scheme, at a cost of zero to herself as she is 80 YEARS OLD, she showed an interest.salesman arrived and my stepfather explained they only needed 2 new standard sized windows. Was quoted just under £4000 for them. My stepfather laughed ( he was a joiner and worked for a well known window fitting company before retirement) and told him he was not interested. He told him this repeatedly but 1 and a half hours later the salesman was still trying to convince my confused mother. Again my stepfather told him it was too expensive and said he wanted to wait until i was home from a trip as i did all their business for them. Salesman would not listen and tried all the salesman tricks in the book and eventually, to get rid of him, my mother agreed. Told her she had to pay £690 that day and that included a £399 administration fee. I feel she was coersed into this and that the salesman knew she was confused by this stage. It is obvious. I returned from my trip to find my mother very upset and worried about this. I read the contract she signed and she was still within her 14 day cooling off period. I called them and my parents gave permission for them to discuss things with me. Initially they were happy to do this and told me to put it in writing. I emailed them immediately and got an email back saying they received it. I asked for a full refund, as their contract states, and this is when things changed. They have been rude, zero customer service skills. I have been lied to and then ignored. Been told by them that unless i show my power of attorney they will not deal nor discuss anything else with me. This is fine in principal, however, they still have not sent a penny back to my mother even though i sent her bank details in the original email.They have never contacted my parents since then either. They just decided to hang on to their money instead. I see it as stealing from 2 pensioners, 1 of which is confused. Contract was cancelled on 18 feb 2026 and today is 30 april 2026. The law states they have 14 days from cancellation to refund it. Judge for yourselves !!!! Would like to add i have proof of emails from both parties, i have wattsapp chats going back and forth where i was told refund had been actioned, when it never had been and my sister witnessed the call wher my parents gave permission for me to act on their behalf and them being happy to accept this. Case is now with the omnibusman and this review is just to warn others of the nightmare that homesealed ltd are to deal with

I couldn’t regret buying doors from Homesealed more. My doors were installed in April 2025, the communications around measuring and fitting etc was awful, the fitting of the doors was fine, but the guys left a mess. At the time I decided to just leave it as at least I had new doors and that was it done and dusted. However, a year down the line the locks in both of my doors are constantly getting stuck, sometimes we can’t get the key in or out. Absolutely shocking that doors only a year old are causing these issues. Save yourself the bother and buy from someone else.

Conservatory needed replaced in Glasgow, got these guys in after getting leaflet through door. made it look simple, the troops done a high grade job I definitely recommend

Had work through this company and they are absolutely terrible. Demanding installers to go against their better judgement. Arrive at a disabled old pensioners home that they took advantage of. The windows are a serious risk to health and safety standards. No good tradesman would willingly put anyone in harms way and always provide the best standards of work. When we refused were given nothing but abuse and threats from owners. Do not buy from this company. They have no concern for good trading standards and only in it to make a sale.

Homesealed fitted 4 new windows recently and I was very impressed with the service given at every aspect of the process. The windows themselves are high quality and have been fitted to a high standard. I would definitely recommend them as a company.

I had to give 1 star as you cannot put in zero stars. From start to finish this has been a nightmare. The pushy sales rep making us think we were getting a deal, if he spoke to his manager he could get a discount as our house would be a show home for the windows, scrappage scheme for the windows would give us money. We agreed to take finance, when it didn’t go through they continued to try other companies, without our permission. I had to query this as I was not happy. When we got an installation date the installers turned up 7 hours late, multiple calls to the company and promises they would call us, never happened. Our installers turned up at 3 in the afternoon and didn’t leave u till after 7 during the winter, otherwise we would have had no patio door. They had to come back the next day due to not being completed. They also sent a part the wrong size so windows not finished. I was so fed up calling to get them back to install the last part of the window, which they had to send someone out to check that it was in fact missing, the gapping hole next to the window and the fact they took the part away with them wasn’t enough, apparently. It took over a month to get the windows some what sorted. They had fitted bits wrong that had to be taken out and re fitted. No vents in the windows, even though it is on our contract, apparently we asked for no vents, which two of their own staff advised was illegal and our insurance company. They had to come out and put in vents, btw you can get similar vents for £4.99 from amazon but they made out like they where doing us a favour, even though it was illegal and required. Do not use this company. Also their customer services manager had only been their 2 weeks when we complained. Still waiting on an outcome.

Shocking company. Poor customer service . Poor communication . 6 months to sort the snagging list after installation . Got all windows and doors fitted . Now the door fitted at the rear of the house when u close it has 2 gaps you can see daylight through . Never had this issue with the door they removed and now after 6 months they just can seem to fix it or they just don't want to fix it . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY We wish we had not used them because once they have your money they do not care . Days they should have turned up to fix the snaggings they didn't show and did not let us know they were not going to turn up whilst we waisted a day sitting around waiting on them . Our contact in then office who we were dealing with has no customer service skills and needs to be sent on a training course to learn some . It now looks like I will need to see what action I have to take to get them to fix the door at the rear of my property because I am not accepting the sub standard work they have done and yes I do have photos of the issue but they are just trying to brush us off with technical jargon as to why there is gaps in the door . They obviously think you will fall for this absolute bullshit excuse to what is a very very poor door installation . UPDATE 2/12/2025 Company was un touch with us promising to fix the rear door of the house and promising better communication to get this completed . Offered me a sweetener to remove this review . Twice they have failed to show up to repair their very poor workmanship and the communication is back to how it was very poor . My review will stay up as their customer service is rubbish . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY JUST LIE AND MAKE FALSE PROMISES .

Saga company, my windows fitted where botched, outside wall damaged, full timber fitted around window was siliconed on, X1 massive nail holding up to cure. joints between timber has outside silicone instead of culk as was painting. comapny made to pick away. (cowboy'ish) contact manager is clueless to point i asked for owners... she put cowboy after cowboy that thought the faults were acceptable, NO standards, NO thought of doing a good job, NO professionalism atoll at company. avoid as i have used another company to fix their mess and fit other windows in house which are better built, fitted proper and nice people to deal with.

"Warning" do not trust this company, and do not let them in your house they are very pushy and will not leave (2 hours of drivel) until payment has been made. Quote was almost double of other quotes too. Trading standards will be contacted

Pushy little know it all ,was convinced i needed new windows and doors and mentioned my windows really need replacing and looked over 10 yr old. Cocky and arrogant is putting it mildly to be honest. I shook my head ,smiled and let him have his say ,told him is contact his company ,,you so that was the reply. Advice for this young man dont presume anything please. I know the windows are 18 months old. I was the one who fitted them ,the door as well. If this is your way of customer service then start again with sombody who actually knows what they are talking about ,,as for ever being a customer ha ha zero chance

Had new UPVC double glazing windows installed at our home in Glasgow this week, and I’m absolutely delighted with Homesealed. The three installers were polite and professional throughout the process.

Adam and Dougie came to fit 4 windows. They worked non stop and tidied up after themselves. The quality of their workmanship is top notch and I would highly recommend them and their company. Well worth 5 ⭐️’s.

A type or gerilla marketing that I would never go for. Rang doorbell, someone was saying that they offer great prices due to some schemes that are available for even working people, not just low income households. Said that our neighbour also booked an appointment for assessment that day for 5:30. Out of interest I booked one for 5 when husband is at home. Took my number and five minutes later I received a call to confirm the booking for a free assessment. Guy came at 5, started to talk talk talk talk, about buildings, schemes, us, etc. after over half an hour very fast talk, he finally got to the point to look at the external walls. More questions and talk talk talk. Then he explained a kind of flexible loan they offer with a one off admin fee of £399 as they need to do lots of admin to get the scheme offer approved. He then called his 'boss', talk talk talk again and asked that person to give a quote. It was nearly 10k, a few hundred less. And just now, just fur us, just that moment they can reduce for £4860..... but we need to pay the £399 that evening. We said we want to consider as husband just started to work after a long break, then he banged the question: 'Do you have a credit car?' FFS! That was the moment when I decided no. As soon as we said no, he even offered to put the £399 towards the instalments. Still said no, then called the so called 'boss' and talked talked talked again emphasising loudly that we do not want the offer blah blah and he does not thing there is point for the boss talking to us as we decided already. Then quickly ended and told us that the offer only stands that moment, if we change our minds even tomorrow we won't get the option to get the discount. What a disgusting way of invading people's privacy and get data from them. I will ask them to delete all my data as per the GDPR. And no mate, there is no way that anybody in their right mind would just bring their credit card to a random person whom I did not even initiate the visit with. Well, whoever does that deserves what comes after. Tasteless...

Good young salesperson came to give a quote. Giving 2 stars only because had a good chat with him. Pushing sales company. Been told at start won't take or sign anything on same day. Don't like sales tactics involving buying on same day. Salesman been told at start due to current circumstances, isn't ideal to take anything. Maybe in the next 5-6 months. He even phoned his manager, tried to push me about 10 times. They perhaps lost a future customer.

Jack came to give us a price,then he had to phone his manager to get the price when he gave it to us he was saying how much could you pay and we will see if we can get it down. He even said give me what you would be willing to pay would take no for an answer when we said we wanted to check other companies windows and prices then phoned his manager and put me on the phone and the manager tried the same script and I had to say no.If this company was reputable they would give you there best price first. Alarm bells were ringing so we were put off with the way they work

Unfortunately I have to give 1 star review for time wasted and being lied to. I get it, it's all about the sale but being lied to is another thing. Had a sales rep come to the door and advise us they have the government funding option and we didn't need to make a decision straight away as they could hold it 18 months (yes, this is on a recorded video!) after I expressed my concerns about the last company who came to our door pressuring us to make a decision right away. A different sales rep came to the house, sat us down and THEN advised us the quote can't be held for 18 months if we wanted the government funding and proceeded to argue with us and call us liars.. terrible customer service. You Should be honest with people from the start, especially since you came to my door and I allowed you in.

Homesealed did an amazing job fitting new windows in my flat. I went for white upvc double glazing, and it’s been a game changer, really quiet and energy efficient! They’re a top notch company in Glasgow, and the service was spot on from start to finish.

High quality windows fitted by a very professional team . Very happy. Just been reading the recent reviews and noted a few 1star not happy ones. Can't believe that they're talking about the same company and windows as I've just had fitted . My experience could not have gone better . The fitters were polite and cheerful the windows were fitted to perfection. Maybe you got a cowboy firm using the name I would highly recommend Homesealed and will be using them again to replace more windows at a later date.

AVOID AVOID AVOID Utterly shocking level of service, basically harass you to get the sale and thereafter you're subjected to the most awful level of poor customer service and aftercare (non existent!!) We still have unfinished works almost 9 months later. Have just reported to Trading Standards this morning.

From start to finish Homesealed were class. We got new windows on top floor of the house with bottom half to be done later in the year. The installers were on time and cleaned up after themselves.

Absolutely brilliant service from Homesealed's team! We had a full house of windows and two upvc doors replaced, and they were spot on with everything tidy, professional, and finished slightly ahead of schedule. The lads were dead friendly too, made the whole process a skoosh. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a top notch job.

Really bad experience. Cold call from company siting government grants that then changed to discounts. Sales rep turned up in immaculate work gear and introduced himself as joiner/workman. Really pushy and aggressive sales technique. Quote changed 3 times throughout presentation, (£17,600 to £12,600 to £9,300). Admin fee was waived to "help me out" because the sales rep "liked me". Measured my roof, that night, in the dark! Constant calls to his boss pretending to get me a better deal. Sales rep said they do 15 "show houses" at a reduced price per postal code and said I had to take the quote quick because I was number 11. Discounted price was only valid if I took it there and then. Wouldn't allow me time to consider other options. OFFERED ME A DISCOUNT IF I LEFT 2 POSITIVE REVIEWS ON TRUSTPILOT 6 MONTHS APART, ALLOWED AN ADVERT IN MY GARDEN, HANDED OUT FLYERS AND ALLOWED THEM TO RECORD THE WORK AS IT WAS BEING DONE. Asked me not to tell anyone what I paid the company. Coerced me into applying for finance that works on a high interest credit card basis, that would have left me in a massive amount of debt for 7+ years before I signed the paperwork. My application was denied and I was told that the finance company "might change their mind", which suggests to me that something suspicious was going on. Was asked to sign the paperwork before the sales rep left. To protect myself, I cancelled by email within 8 hours of the guy leaving followed by a recorded delivery letter to the address on the paperwork the salesman left because I don't trust they will leave me alone. Traumatic experience. Stay away, don't engage with them. !!! Update: Called me 3 times, after I left the above review. The address on the paperwork is the same as the given on their website. !!!!

Just moved into a new house & had old windows that needed replaced asap. Had someone come out to measure & discuss prices etc which I was more than happy enough to go ahead with, arrived very promptly & the job was done professionally. I am very pleased with the end result & would recommend this company to anyone.

External paint job is decent but company have left a poor taste in my mouth. After promising to cleanup after themselves, contractors paint mess left around the outside of our house and on the neighbor's windows and patio that they haven't yet come to clear up despite numerous attempts at contact. I shouldn't have to chase them up to clear up after a job they have been paid for. They claim to have good aftercare but as soon as they have their money they're basically impossible to contact. The only contact we had off them was to ring us as soon as the contractors left to push us to sign the payment agreement, then again a week later to try and sell us more services. They'll promise to phone you back (and won't) and otherwise will not answer their phones or respond to messages/voicemails. Pushy salespeople, avoidant customer service. Being a new homeowner, it's really disheartening. More fool me for agreeing to have the work done by them.

I have been needing new windows for a while but really glad I went for it and used this company. We needed 4 windows replaced in our house and filled in a ‘windows scrappage’ form and were matched with this company. The initial service was very efficient and friendly until we were grossly under quoted for the windows. We were advised to pay a £399 admin fee during the sales pitch however, when the original quote needed to be increased by £2000 we decided not to proceed with this company. Initial contact was established on the 14th of July. 8 days later the price was hiked and the process was halted at this time. We were assured that the admin fee would be refunded but that this only happens on a Friday. Surprisingly the Friday came and went and still no refund. I contacted the manager whose number we had been given (Martin) and was assured that he would contact the finance department and get back to me - no contact received. I sent an email and received no response. I telephoned the office today to be told that the refund person didn’t start until 10am and I would receive a response after that - I am still waiting! Whilst the company appear to be a friendly family run outfit I would be very hesitant to part with any money as they appear to be quite reluctant to refund money that is owed.

From installers to sales guys everyone was really helpful when getting our double glazing and composite door installed. The fitters were quick and were incredibly tidy.

I would not go with this company again the sales person was in my house for hours not the I will measure up give a price then leave as was suggested on phone .The sales person said the windows would give privacy as it will have glass that reflects loight back so as we have children in the house it would be added privacy lie no one the second lie was I asked if my perfect fit window blinds would fit my new windows as they were expensive and don't want to have to replace them , to which he said yes as they would be the same size . They do not fit leaving me out of pocket .Now for fitting the windows the men turned up in a van not homesealed but in a van which when I googled them was now out of business which did raise a few alarm bells . The windows were fitted in not two days but one ,three of the window handles were scratched and one of the window ledges had a crack in it . They left I raised the issues and someone came out they changed the scratched window handles ,but not all handles so now not all handles match.,They looked at one of the window ledges which I think is faulty as part of it moves but the rest of it is fixed I was told it was due to the silicon underneath which I don't believe as it all has silicon but only one part bounces .The other window ledge he looked at and I told him was cracked he said was a pencil mark and he said he would clean it ,and what a suprise it would not clean off . He said they would get in touch and fix this and asked me to fill in a form to say all was good but I signed it but wrote what still needed done on it . I was then called twice to ask if I was happy with my windows to which I told them about the handles and cracked windowsill they said someone would be in touch within two days and tried to get me to buy more windows. I have still not had things highlighted to them fixed . I thought well at least I have not payed them yet . Wrong ! They took the second payment out of my account without my permission .so another lie as I was told I would not have to pay until 100 percent happy with my windows . I will now have to contact my bank not happy at all .

As another reviewer has stated they may provide a good product and be great and installation, but I was told we could receive a quote valid 18 month. However, the pitch was for show home with advertising to get the discount which had to be agreed tonight. No option to come back in a day or so after considering the price and checking out their reputation. Roan was very nice until I said after being stung before I would not agree to anything until checking them out. His manner quickly changed and after he realised I would not be pushed he scribbled a stupid price on a piece of A4 scrap paper and left without even closing my front door properly. On this basis alone I'm so pleased I didn't agree to anything. Now looking at the reviews online it does surprise me that there are so few old reviews for a company that claims to have been around for 17 years.

Great service from start to finish. I got my windows and doors replaced with HomeSealed and start to finish the process was brilliant. Customer care team answered all questions I had, fitters were lovely and cleaned up after themselves. Already experiencing a difference in my home, would recommend this company to everyone!

Their sales tactics are questionable. I found them very pushy to come into my house and dismissed my privacy concerns as nonsense, even though I told them we've had issues with scammers before. Further, they clearly have a policy to not provide any quote unless both partners are available which I found incredibly frustrating. They might be great installers (who knows) but they follow the same sales pressure tactics other big window and door installers follow; don't fall for it. Worst thing is that we actually need new windows and was up for getting a quote before they started their nonsense!

Beautiful French foods fitted. Price was well cheaper then other companies around. Quoted, measured, ordered and fitted within a month. Came initially without vents and the following week a gentleman, very friendly, came and fitted them within 1 hour.

Grossly misquoted for cladding. It was only pointed out after I had signed the finance agreement. Having to wait 8 days before the refund for the surveyor is processed.
