EK Windows and Doors LTD

Have used Jordan and the guys on various jobs now and they been brilliant every time. Very quick and efficient service and great value for money.

Following a lot of research we decided to go with EK windows and doors for our new front door. We are delighted. They were fast, efficient and reliable from the very beginning. Knowing nothing about front doors I had a lot of questions which wasn’t a problem for them. We also got them back to replace hinges on our windows, what a difference it’s made. Very clean workers, I would 100% recommend them.

Very professional process from quotation through to instalation. John and Jordon done a great job, tidied up any mess and we love our new back door. Definitely use their services again and would highly recommend.

Brilliant service from the boys at EK Windows! I had previously been quoted for a full replacement window and was told that was the best option. Thankfully, I contacted the boys at EK Windows, and they were able to repair the existing window instead — saving me a lot of money! They provided a fast, friendly and professional service, got the job sorted quickly, and the price was very fair and reasonable. It’s great to find a company that doesn’t just push you into an expensive replacement when a repair can do the job. Really happy with the work and would definitely recommend EK Windows to anyone needing window repairs. Top-class service from the boys!

Great communication throughout (even during his holidays). Fire door ordered and installed. Double glazed pane replacement and tidy sealant. Friendly accommodating team. Great quality work. Impressive attention to detail.

Installed a cat flap in my kitchen window. Really easy people to deal with. Came out, measured, sent me a price and fitted the new glass with cat flap a week later. Delighted with the work and would use again no problem.

Fantastic job. Three new windows fitted and one window sill replaced rotten wood with pvc. Great guys. No over selling. Straight forward decent hard working local guys. Extremely happy with everything. Highly recommend ek windows and doors.

Excellent service, I would have no worries in using this company ... the friendly guys arrived promptly, efficiently installed a beautiful new bathroom window, left the place clean and tidy, took away the old window and promptly emailed me a receipt for my payment. First class!

Great experience from start to finish. Very happy with all aspects of the work. Highly recommend.

I contacted EK Windows and Doors via email for a quote regarding my bathroom window which would not close. They responded quickly and following a visit and 10 minute assessment were able to resolve the issue. The mechanism required to be replaced. The part was ordered and was replaced. Both men were courteous and professional (took their shoes off in hall before going upstairs). Very reasonably priced and extremely happy with the job. Sarah Campbell

This is the second time we have used EK Windows and Doors Limited. They are absolutely fabulous. They came out to give an estimate when they said they would (both times ) and their quotes were very reasonable. Particularly appreciated the advice on where savings could be made without affecting the quality of the finished product. It's refreshing to work with a company that focuses on value and customer satisfaction rather than simply increasing costs. Extremely pleased with the result and would happily recommend them.

Lovely guys and very professional. Work was carried out on time and the rooms they were working in were left as they found them. Can’t recommend them highly enough. Five stars plus from me 😊

We originally got quotes from a few companies before choosing EK Windows & Doors. We chose them based on the first impression we got, their professionalism, attention to detail and extremely competitive pricing. Jordan & John were fantastic throughout the whole process. Their attention to detail with measurements put our mind at ease and they got back to us with our quote promptly. We booked in and Jordan and John turned up promptly on the day we agreed. Communication was great throughout. We have just had a baby and they were both very accommodating of that, finishing one room first so we could stay there the rest of the day with the baby. They were very prompt in getting the job done and the quality of the windows is outstanding. Both Jordan and John talked us through the features of the windows, safety locks, vents etc and made sure we were happy with them (which we most certainly are). They cleaned up any mess made outside and in, hoovered up inside the house. Exceptionally professional and friendly. A superbly run business who I would happily recommend to anyone. Thank you again.
