Simon (and his son Charlie) replaced three of my very old double-glazed windows on Friday. An excellent job, carried out quickly and efficiently. The new windows are excellent and we are so pleased with them. Thank you Simon - i look forward to the replacement of the other windows once the rooms are ready for the renovation later this summer.

We took a considerable amount of time on deciding to replace 43 windows in our Edwardian home and entrusted the job to Ultimate Home Improvements. We were nervous particularly of replacing the six sided turrets but Simons high standards and attention to detail, along with his friendly and obliging manner made what could have been a very stressful process surprisingly smooth. His team which included his charming son, Charlie all worked to the same high standard and we are extremely happy with the results.
Initially had a new front door and surround fitted by Simon at Ultimate. We were so impressed by the level of workmanship and quality of the product that we then had new windows fitted. Very happy with the quality and workmanship. Simon takes pride in his work. Would recommend.
We recently had our front door replaced and a new bifold installed along with another door & window. The experience was excellent from start to finish. Simon arrived on time, worked efficiently, and paid close attention to detail. The front door looks fantastic and feels solid, while the bifold has completely transformed the space — smooth to operate and beautifully finished. Simon kept everything tidy throughout the job and made sure we were happy before leaving. Great workmanship, fair pricing, and friendly service. Highly recommend this company for anyone considering door or window upgrades.

We've had windows fitted on two bungalows by Simon and have been very pleased with the excellent quality of the work and the reasonable cost. Simon and the team are very easy to deal with and everything is clearly specified. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I have used UHI a few times now - on my previous Victorian property to replace all the sash windows with Rose View sliding sashes and more recently on my new property which is a bungalow. Simon has replaced all the windows and French doors into the garden and in July he replaced the conservatory. The quotes provided were excellent and the work has been carried out professionally and to a very high standard. Simon’s attention to detail and extensive knowledge are a credit to UHI ensuring that all work is completed to current building regs and to a standard that will leave you highly satisfied. I would highly recommend UHI to anyone considering replacement windows, doors and conservatories. Very happy with the work carried out 10/10.

We have used UHI on two occasions, once to replace all of the glass in our conservatory, and the other to fit a new roof to the conservatory.
