Couldn't be more impressed with Glaze-fix - prompt reply to book in a consultation, honest, affordable, and accurate quote given (which grew whilst they were at the house, because Mason came across as so competent)... Then they arrived to put in new glass in a door, 2 thumb locks, a new window, and a couple of child safety locks and Mason and Frank were done in under an hour -THANK YOU!! Very good work indeed. Polite, friendly, and exceptionally hard working... Made it all look easy. Very impressed, highly recommend!

Can highly recommend Glaze-Fix who replaced blown double glazing panels in two kitchen windows. The service was very efficient and Mason and Frankie went above and beyond when it transpired that some of the wooden window frames were rotten in places, replacing the wood. Excellent service and would definitely use them again.

This is the second time I’ve used Glaze-fix and just like the first they did a fantastic job for me. Just a few days ago I had a patio door that was very difficult to open and close, but after having the runner wheels replaced and a little adjustment here and there it was running like a brand new door again. A very professional service from Glaze-fix, replacing a broken pane of glass in a double-glazed window. They were very responsive throughout the process, first conducting a brief visit to measure up and quote before their friendly engineer did an excellent job of fixing the window.
Absolutely spot on service. 5 Stars!! One of the windows in my son's bedroom was jammed shut which wasn't ideal with more sunny weather on the way. I called the office and a very nice lady booked me in for a couple of days later. The guys from GlazeFix turned up when they said they would (another point in the plus column) and were very friendly and professional. They knew exactly what was wrong, gave me an all inclusive price and asked if I'd like to have it fixed there or come back another day (or not have it done at all). No pressure selling which is nice to see. They offer a no obligation quote. If you want a job done properly, get these guys in because they evidently know what they're doing. I watched them throughout and whilst I could probably have done it myself they did something in a fraction of the time it would have taken me. They tidied up after themselves and even gave the window a quick clean. Very reasonable price and a 2 year warranty, can't argue with that. I know who I'll be calling for any future issues and when I need some windows in the future they'll be at the top of my list.
Glaze Fix were great, they truly do want to fix and not sell you new windows. The improvement is noticeable, I can stop worrying about leaking noisy windows, thanks!
Excellent service to replace multiple double glazing units and repair window locks. Quick communication and very reasonably priced. Every person we interacted with has been very professional and the fitters were efficient, polite, and tidy. Minor issue which was resolved within 24 hours of speaking over the phone. We finally got around to arranging for replacement of blown units in our double-glazing. Glaze-fix were super efficient, pleasant to deal with, and the windows look amazing. So much cheaper than replacement windows. The whole process was easy and the fitting was very clean and fast. Very happy to recommend.

We used Glaze-Fix for a few minor jobs then when we moved house they replaced all the doors and side panels in the kitchen to the garden and installed a new front door. The preplanning was excellent so there were no problems when the fitters did the installation, the fitters were excellent and did a brilliant job, we were very pleased with the end result, would recommend. Used Glaze-fix to replace some failed double glazing units. One unit we had replaced had an integral blind for the kitchen. Although expensive it was everything I hoped it would be. The team through measuring & ordering process were super helpful with prompt replies and useful information . We called Glaze Fix to see if they could repair a bathroom window that had completely fallen off its hinges. The team in the office were excellent, polite throughout and helpful in every way. We sent pictures to them by email which were quickly acknowledged. They sent Matt to our property within 24 hours, he assessed the job there and then, and subsequently completed the repair in less than 45 minutes. The price for the work was extremely competitive and we are very happy with the quality and professionalism throughout. No hesitation in calling them again, can't recommend highly enough.

We contacted Glazefix as we had issues with our French doors and front composite door. We arranged an appointment for a survey which was free of charge and they promptly provided us with a quotation to fix the issues. We booked the work in and their engineer Craig attended, he adjusted our French doors which now opened and close so much easier and then worked on trying to adjust our front door. Craig succeeded where the original supplier and door fitters failed. It was not an easy job but with his expertise and experience our door is now fitting much better into its frame and closing without any issues. I would highly recommend Glazefix, they were professional and efficient from start to finish and we would not hesitate to use them again for any issues with our doors or windows. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from us!
Excellent hassle free service from start to finish. From calling them and explaining the issue with my hinges, a member of staff coming out and inspecting the fault, returning with the parts within a few days and rectifying the fault! Recently had Glaze-fix come out to replace all of the upstairs window hinges. From the initial call to ask for a quote to having the work done was around 2 weeks. They were always very helpful and at no point did they try and upsell me on something i didnt need. They even reduced my initial quotation as i had already sourced the hinges. They have done a fantastic job and we no longer have draughts coming through any of the windows. Would thoroughly recommend them and will be using again if i ever have a need.

Our front door wasn’t unlocking properly, Glazefix were able to come out within 24 hours, diagnose and fix the issue. We’ve used Glazefix many times over the years, and we’ve always had fantastic service and offer great value for money. Highly recommended.
Highly recommend, very prompt response to my initial enquiry, followed by engineer within a week and then work completed by two very pleasant snd professional people (Matt and Mason), work completed to a very high standard plus advice on how to keep the doors aligned going forward. We had a leak in our conservatory rood and with bad weather on the horizon we needed an urgent fix. Glaze-fix were fantastic from the first phone call to Mason coming out. They arrived early which was great, quickly identified the leak and fixed it within and hour. They talked me through what had caused the leak and how they had fixed it. The price was reasonable and they were constantly cleaning up after themselves. We have had heavy rain since and no more leaks. Definitely will recommend them and use their services again.

We had Alex from Glazefix out to quote for new windows as we thought that they needed replacing. At the appointment he explained that a number of the windows could actually be repaired and were not at the end of their life. They were the only company we had out to quote, who took the time to explain through options for us. When we received our quote it had an option for replacements or repairs. The quote itself was extremely competitive and we went with them. The whole process was seamless from start to finish. Very impressive, would highly recommend!
I booked them to come out and look at my front door as seal had gone and it was leaking. I was told that the seal could not be replaced as it was stitched in and they could only drill holes in to let water drain away and silcone weather bar but really i needed new door. My neighbour looked at my door and showed me how the seal pops in and out of a groove and could easily be replaced! Why lie to me, why not just say they didn't want job??! Not impressed and no quote received for the drilling (which i was not happy about them doing anyway!). Wouldn't use this company.

I emailed last night to ask if Glaze-fix could remove a cat flap from a PVC door. They were in contact at 9am, came around to measure and quote at lunchtime, and ended up doing the job there and then. The door looks good as new - brilliant job, thanks so much!
The best company we've used during a total house renovation. Lovely and friendly staff (face to face or office). Highly professional and unlike others, tidy up after themselves. I will always rate these guys as 5*+. You get more than you pay for and it's appreciated. If you want someone to come and do a professional glasier job, I would contact these guys. Mick and Wayne came over initially to measure up and were very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Pricing was reasonable and the office staff were friendly and called back promptly. On fitting day Mick and Wayne came early and as its our first place I had some questions which they were both happy to answer as per previous visit this was the main decision point that made us go with Glaze -Fix so credit to the both of them! Installation was to a very high standard, after seeing them pull out newspaper and plastic bags from the old install and to see the care and time they both took in put me at ease. It was also raining the whole day and they were both upbeat. Hope they both enjoyed tea's and coffee's through-out the day! They cleared up after themselves and we had a concern with the floor beading being ruined but they took it out carefully and replaced it without damage. Just need to do some touchups as you can imagine which was explained beforehand but top quality service from a great company! Thanks again and keep up the great service 😊

We had a double glazed unit which had blown, originally fitted by another local firm, who announced they did not replace single panes. Glaze-fix came to the rescue! The lady I spoke to on the phone, the young man who measured up for the replacement and the fitters were all very efficient and pleasant. New pane was fitted during Storm Barra during a torrential downpour, very quickly!! Fitters were extremely tidy and put down dust sheets to avoid making the carpet wet. I would not hesitate to recommend Glaze-fit, thanks guys.
We had a patio door stop closing properly, it's one of those things we worked around, but you know it's going to cause a problem later.. So hit the internet, and found Glaze-Fix. Firstly they reply to emails, which might not sound like much, on this site so many people receive an email and want a call to read the email back to you.. They were able to come out, take a look and give me a quote. Turned up, great guy, knew what to do straight away, and solved a separate issue with the door locking while he was at it.. I'd totally recommend these guys to anyone.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. I had a few smaller jobs on my house windows that other companies wanted to just replace with new at an eye-watering cost. Glaze-fix came out, inspected and then provided me with a reasonable quote which I accepted, then a couple of weeks later they came to fit and fix. Thoroughly recommended!
