Glaze-fix Basingstoke

Can highly recommend Glaze-Fix who replaced blown double glazing panels in two kitchen windows. The service was very efficient and Mason and Frankie went above and beyond when it transpired that some of the wooden window frames were rotten in places, replacing the wood. Excellent service and would definitely use them again.

Thank you Olivia for responding to my email so quickly! Mason and Frankie came on time, found the problem, quoted to fix there and then! Happy with the customer service and the quote given! Would use again should I have any window issues and highly recommend !

This is the second time I’ve used Glaze-fix and just like the first they did a fantastic job for me. Just a few days ago I had a patio door that was very difficult to open and close, but after having the runner wheels replaced and a little adjustment here and there it was running like a brand new door again. I’m very happy to be supporting a friendly family run local business, who are also very skilled and professional at what they do. Karl- Basingstoke

A very professional service from Glaze-fix, replacing a broken pane of glass in a double-glazed window. They were very responsive throughout the process, first conducting a brief visit to measure up and quote before their friendly engineer did an excellent job of fixing the window.

Absolutely spot on service. 5 Stars!! One of the windows in my son's bedroom was jammed shut which wasn't ideal with more sunny weather on the way. I called the office and a very nice lady booked me in for a couple of days later. The guys from GlazeFix turned up when they said they would (another point in the plus column) and were very friendly and professional. They knew exactly what was wrong, gave me an all inclusive price and asked if I'd like to have it fixed there or come back another day (or not have it done at all). No pressure selling which is nice to see. They offer a no obligation quote. If you want a job done properly, get these guys in because they evidently know what they're doing. I watched them throughout and whilst I could probably have done it myself they did something in a fraction of the time it would have taken me. They tidied up after themselves and even gave the window a quick clean. Very reasonable price and a 2 year warranty, can't argue with that. I know who I'll be calling for any future issues and when I need some windows in the future they'll be at the top of my list.

Once in a while a tradesman responds to your enquiry and he turns out to be an absolute gem. Yesterday, that gem knocked on my door, and his name was Matt. He was everything you could hope for: polite, smiley, courteous, and knew his job. Thanks, Glaze-Fix, for sending Matt.

Mason & Frank brilliant - solved issue in seconds

Glaze Fix were great, they truly do want to fix and not sell you new windows. The improvement is noticeable, I can stop worrying about leaking noisy windows, thanks!

Excellent service to replace multiple double glazing units and repair window locks. Quick communication and very reasonably priced. Every person we interacted with has been very professional and the fitters were efficient, polite, and tidy. Minor issue which was resolved within 24 hours of speaking over the phone. Very happy to recommend.

We finally got around to arranging for replacement of blown units in our double-glazing. Glaze-fix were super efficient, pleasant to deal with, and the windows look amazing. So much cheaper than replacement windows. The whole process was easy and the fitting was very clean and fast. Very happy to recommend.

From quote to finish, my experience with Glaze-Fix has been absolutely perfect. Their pricing was very competitive compared to other providers, and the quality of work was exceptional. Matt, who handled the installation, was efficient and professional. He quickly removed the damaged window panels and replaced them in a remarkably short amount of time. What truly impressed me was his attention to detail—he not only completed the job swiftly but also took the time to clean the windows and adjust the hinges on my French doors, ensuring they open and close smoothly. Overall, I am highly satisfied with the service and would wholeheartedly recommend Glaze-Fix to anyone needing window repairs or replacements. They deliver high standards at a fair price!

We used Glaze-Fix for a few minor jobs then when we moved house they replaced all the doors and side panels in the kitchen to the garden and installed a new front door. The preplanning was excellent so there were no problems when the fitters did the installation, the fitters were excellent and did a brilliant job, we were very pleased with the end result, would recommend. MR & Mrs G Poole

Fantastic service, polite and professional through out. I cannot recommend highly enough. A great team from the call handler to the fitters.

Absolutely superb. Incredibly polite and friendly. Very professional job. Couldn’t be better. Would definitely recommend. Thank you.

So Conscientious, eye for detail and extremely friendly and polite. I could not recommend Adam and Frank Highly enough. Absolutely first class job and went above and beyond.

Used Glaze-fix to replace some failed double glazing units. One unit we had replaced had an integral blind for the kitchen. Although expensive it was everything I hoped it would be. The team through measuring & ordering process were super helpful with prompt replies and useful information . The ‘ninja’ window fitters were swift, efficient, friendly and completed the job with care and professionalism. I would strongly recommend Glaze-Fix for all double glazing needs. Vivien (Alton)

Couldnt be happier! Good job all round - from quote to completion. The fitters were prompt, polite and competent. No qualms about recommending Glaze Fix! With thanks to all involved.

I had an issue with my porch door not locking. This was an initial visit to see what the problem was. It was just a case of adjusting a hinge so it was done then and there. Very pleased with speed in both response to initial request and fixing the problem

Excellent service from Glazefix for a fairly minor job of replacing one blown/ misted door glazing and replacing all window handles with new locks. Good communications throughout with a prompt and polite fitter for the visit. Very fair prices too. Happy customer, thank you! Ben

New composite front door, delivered and installed without fuss by a friendly team at a competitive price. A pleasure to deal with.

I cannot give enough stars to rate the quality and customer service of the entire team! I was so impressed with them I wished I’d had my glass doors sorted sooner. I highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again for any job, large or small. Thank you again!

Fantastic service it’s so quickly sorted thank you so much.

Matt arrived within the time scale given. Very professional and helpful. We have used this company before and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Recommend them to anyone.

Used them a couple of times now for locked windows. Both times they have been friendly, courteous and very reasonable in terms of pricing. Big shout out to Matt and Tommy for the superb service.

Great company Done a job no other company wanted to do Very reasonably priced Great communication and a great team Will be using again and highly recommend

Glaze-fix supplied and installed 2 x pairs of 12 inch hinges to our lounge windows. Matt arrived promptly and provided a great service. We have used Glaze-fix on a number of occasions and would highly recommend.

We’ve just had our windows and doors replaced all throughout the house by glaze fix. We absolutely love them! Our fitters Adam, Tommy and Frankie were so friendly and helpful and finished the job to a very high standard. Would very much recommend!! 😁

We called Glaze Fix to see if they could repair a bathroom window that had completely fallen off its hinges. The team in the office were excellent, polite throughout and helpful in every way. We sent pictures to them by email which were quickly acknowledged. They sent Matt to our property within 24 hours, he assessed the job there and then, and subsequently completed the repair in less than 45 minutes. The price for the work was extremely competitive and we are very happy with the quality and professionalism throughout. No hesitation in calling them again, can't recommend highly enough.

This company gets five stars from me. At every step of the process we have been delighted with the service we have received, and installation day especially was actually fun!

Sorted me out with some window hinges I was struggling to find at a great price 👌 5 Stars

We contacted Glazefix as we had issues with our French doors and front composite door. We arranged an appointment for a survey which was free of charge and they promptly provided us with a quotation to fix the issues. We booked the work in and their engineer Craig attended, he adjusted our French doors which now opened and close so much easier and then worked on trying to adjust our front door. Craig succeeded where the original supplier and door fitters failed. It was not an easy job but with his expertise and experience our door is now fitting much better into its frame and closing without any issues. I would highly recommend Glazefix, they were professional and efficient from start to finish and we would not hesitate to use them again for any issues with our doors or windows. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from us!

Excellent hassle free service from start to finish. From calling them and explaining the issue with my hinges, a member of staff coming out and inspecting the fault, returning with the parts within a few days and rectifying the fault! Extremely happy with the price and service I received. I will be using these guys again without a doubt. Highly recommend!!

This company are always so helpful. Had Mason and Tom out and both were really helpful. Definitely recommend this company for help with Windows, Doors etc!

When we decided it was time to replace the worn-out single-pane wooden windows and front door of our small property in Chineham, we turned to Glaze-fix for help. From the moment they arrived on-site to provide a quote, we knew we were in good hands. They were thorough in their assessment and even provided us with sample images to help visualise the transformation. After discussing the project details, they assured us that once we paid the deposit, they would have the new windows and door delivered within 4-6 weeks. We appreciated their transparency and flexibility, especially when it came to accepting payment via credit card. To our delight, Glaze-fix not only met but exceeded our expectations. They worked diligently and efficiently, completing the entire installation within just 4 weeks. Throughout the process, the team demonstrated exceptional professionalism and a genuine willingness to assist us with any concerns or questions we had. When we finally saw the finished result, we were thrilled. The new windows and door not only enhanced the appearance of our home but also improved its energy efficiency. We couldn't have asked for a smoother experience or better craftsmanship. Without hesitation, we highly recommend Glaze-fix to anyone in need of new windows or doors. Their dedication to quality and customer satisfaction truly sets them apart.

This company is amazing, I have used them twice now and the service has always been spot on. Wayne came out and has fixed my broken PVC back door and a bedroom window. Fast efficient service and would definitely recommend!

Recently had Glaze-fix come out to replace all of the upstairs window hinges. From the initial call to ask for a quote to having the work done was around 2 weeks. They were always very helpful and at no point did they try and upsell me on something i didnt need. They even reduced my initial quotation as i had already sourced the hinges. They have done a fantastic job and we no longer have draughts coming through any of the windows. Would thoroughly recommend them and will be using again if i ever have a need.

Glaze Fix has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Right from my first contact, they've been lightning-quick in responding. Within just a week, Mason and Matt were at my place, providing a detailed quote. These guys not only know their craft but also bring such a friendly vibe. I've used their service twice now, and I'm continually impressed. What stands out most is how they truly care about their work and making sure their customers are happy. Mason, Matt, and the team are absolute pros, and they don't hesitate to go the extra mile. Plus, their prices are fair! For anyone needing reliable and friendly service, I can't recommend Glaze Fix enough. Big thanks to Mason, Matt, and the rest of the fantastic team for their outstanding work!

Fantastic service, product quality and clean tidy installation, really can't fault these guys, and a superb price too. Soon to buy additional products from Glaze-fix without hesitation. Thank you for maintaining excellent old fashioned values and customer service, very rare these days, keep it up and well done.

Our front door wasn’t unlocking properly, Glazefix were able to come out within 24 hours, diagnose and fix the issue. We’ve used Glazefix many times over the years, and we’ve always had fantastic service and offer great value for money. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend, very prompt response to my initial enquiry, followed by engineer within a week and then work completed by two very pleasant snd professional people (Matt and Mason), work completed to a very high standard plus advice on how to keep the doors aligned going forward. Really great to deal with a business that were not just willing but wanting to repair our French doors as opposed to most companies that just tried to sell me new doors (that I didn’t need)

Replaced roof window. Great service, great job. Would strongly recommend.

We had a leak in our conservatory rood and with bad weather on the horizon we needed an urgent fix. Glaze-fix were fantastic from the first phone call to Mason coming out. They arrived early which was great, quickly identified the leak and fixed it within and hour. They talked me through what had caused the leak and how they had fixed it. The price was reasonable and they were constantly cleaning up after themselves. We have had heavy rain since and no more leaks. Definitely will recommend them and use their services again.

Someone came out to fix my elderly parents French patio window. Found the problem and fixed immediately and my parents were absolutely delighted with the service and efficiency. Thank you

I recently had a new composite door installed and would highly recommend Glaze-fix. Both the office staff and operatives were extremely helpful before placing our order and reassured us that they would do a professional job. Mick and Wayne were fantastic in carrying out the installation, going the extra mile to ensure that the fit was as good as possible. It wasn't an easy job by any means but they went above and beyond to complete it well. Above all, I found them to be really friendly, hard working and honest people. We're really happy with the new door and would recommend Glaze-fix to others who either need a repair or are looking to purchase a new door.

Very knowledgeable and expert – and friendly too. Matt and Mason visited yesterday and efficiently resolved and corrected the problem we had. Recommend highly

Good service. Clear communication. Affordable prices. Top quality.

Mason and Matt came to our property to fix a window, amazing service, can not fault them and their Knowlege. This is the second time we have used Glaze-Fix, the 1st time having a window replaced from Frosted to Clear Glazing and again the service from Mason was brilliant as he did the job start to finish. Will be coming back in the future and recommending to others. Thank you!

Great price, excellent job done, the lads were friendly & respectful. I’ll definitely recommend their services.

Really easy, professional and fairly priced. Would use again.

Glazefix have now done a few jobs for me and have always been professional and provided cost effective quotes. Highly recommend!

Just had my new front door fitted by glaze-fix.door looks beautiful and good quality.Glaze fix team were brilliant through from design stage up to fitment .first class company..will be recommending them to all my friends and family.

We had Alex from Glazefix out to quote for new windows as we thought that they needed replacing. At the appointment he explained that a number of the windows could actually be repaired and were not at the end of their life. They were the only company we had out to quote, who took the time to explain through options for us. When we received our quote it had an option for replacements or repairs. The quote itself was extremely competitive and we went with them. The whole process was seamless from start to finish. Very impressive, would highly recommend!

I booked them to come out and look at my front door as seal had gone and it was leaking. I was told that the seal could not be replaced as it was stitched in and they could only drill holes in to let water drain away and silcone weather bar but really i needed new door. My neighbour looked at my door and showed me how the seal pops in and out of a groove and could easily be replaced! Why lie to me, why not just say they didn't want job??! Not impressed and no quote received for the drilling (which i was not happy about them doing anyway!). Wouldn't use this company.

Matt & Mason were very professional and polite and did an excellent adjustment job on the door. Would highly recommend and use again.

Wayne came and persevered with my front door that wouldn't lock. He never gave in and finally solved the problem. Very friendly and professional service and extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of windows and doors..My first port of call in future.

I emailed last night to ask if Glaze-fix could remove a cat flap from a PVC door. They were in contact at 9am, came around to measure and quote at lunchtime, and ended up doing the job there and then. The door looks good as new - brilliant job, thanks so much!

The best company we've used during a total house renovation. Lovely and friendly staff (face to face or office). Highly professional and unlike others, tidy up after themselves. I will always rate these guys as 5*+. You get more than you pay for and it's appreciated. If you want someone to come and do a professional glasier job, I would contact these guys. Our entire house has been done with these guys (I just need to sort the new front door with them), windows and doors, I can't rate them highly enough.

Amazing customer service. Thoroughly recommend.

Fantastic, Friendly, Informative, Reassuring and Professional Service - from the second they picked up the phone, all the way through to the completion of installation. Highly recommended! 👍😁

I am very happy to use them to change my glases. Their staff was very helpful and good. I will also recommend my friends if they need it.

Very professional and efficient service from start to finish. Replaced pvc window mechanisms and glass. Would use again.

An excellent service from start to finish. Friendly and efficient I wouldnt hesitate to recommend to family and friends.

Brilliant service received from Mason and Matt, who was so kind to sort out our window that would not open !! This has made all the difference for us, thank you.

Very professional and was on time. Would recommend glaze fix to everyone out there looking to fix any double glazing issue's. I am definitely going to recommend glaze fix to family and friends .

Mick and Wayne came over initially to measure up and were very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Pricing was reasonable and the office staff were friendly and called back promptly. On fitting day Mick and Wayne came early and as its our first place I had some questions which they were both happy to answer as per previous visit this was the main decision point that made us go with Glaze -Fix so credit to the both of them! Installation was to a very high standard, after seeing them pull out newspaper and plastic bags from the old install and to see the care and time they both took in put me at ease. It was also raining the whole day and they were both upbeat. Hope they both enjoyed tea's and coffee's through-out the day! They cleared up after themselves and we had a concern with the floor beading being ruined but they took it out carefully and replaced it without damage. Just need to do some touchups as you can imagine which was explained beforehand but top quality service from a great company! Thanks again and keep up the great service 😊

Excellent company and knowledgeable people. I had an issue with my conservatory doors which was fixed very quickly on the same day of the call out. Mason and Matt are the people who fixed it and a special thanks to these two. They were very professional, and I would very strongly recommend Glaze-fix for any doors/windows repair.

Just to say a big thank you to glaze fix,for the work carried out at our property, two doors fitted one of which was a tricky size, and also a kitchen window. The installers Mick and Wayne were most pleasent, and very professional in there job,I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

We had a double glazed unit which had blown, originally fitted by another local firm, who announced they did not replace single panes. Glaze-fix came to the rescue! The lady I spoke to on the phone, the young man who measured up for the replacement and the fitters were all very efficient and pleasant. New pane was fitted during Storm Barra during a torrential downpour, very quickly!! Fitters were extremely tidy and put down dust sheets to avoid making the carpet wet. I would not hesitate to recommend Glaze-fit, thanks guys.

We had a patio door stop closing properly, it's one of those things we worked around, but you know it's going to cause a problem later.. So hit the internet, and found Glaze-Fix. Firstly they reply to emails, which might not sound like much, on this site so many people receive an email and want a call to read the email back to you.. They were able to come out, take a look and give me a quote. Turned up, great guy, knew what to do straight away, and solved a separate issue with the door locking while he was at it.. I'd totally recommend these guys to anyone.

Great company, easy to deal with and professional. Friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Super fast response to initial enquiry with clear quote offered via email. Service on the day was excellent. Very friendly and polite and did a great job getting the work completed. Thank you

Absolute top job, arrived on time, polite, efficient, took great care in ensuring everything lined up and fitted correctly and then did an excellent job cleaning up after themselves. Definitely recommend

I am very impressed with Glaze-fix. I had a broken door and they came out the same day to fix it. Claudine was very efficient in making sure I had an engineer same day. Mason carried out the work very quickly and to a high standard. Would definitely use again.

Excellent service from start to finish - fitted a cat flap in the conservatory. The men who did it were very helpful and did an excellent job recommending the best options. Tina and Claudine in the office also very helpful and efficient. Would definitely recommend and use again

Fantastic experience from start to finish. The enquiry was swiftly and professionally dealt with, and the quotation was vey reasonable. The repair chaps were pleasant and very professional and did a super job, matching the quotation exactly. I couldn't be happier and would highly recommend to anyone looking at repairing instead of replacing their windows.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. I had a few smaller jobs on my house windows that other companies wanted to just replace with new at an eye-watering cost. Glaze-fix came out, inspected and then provided me with a reasonable quote which I accepted, then a couple of weeks later they came to fit and fix. Thoroughly recommended!

From the first contact and consultation all the way through to fitting you have been brilliant I was very impressed by the friendly and professional manner and I will definitely recommend your services in the future!

Glaze-fix put in a cat flap through my double glazed door & fixed the seals on a number of windows. Very happy with the work done, well communicated throughout. I would happily use them again.

Highly recommend Glaze-Fix. Repair to conservatory doors, which had dropped, now work great! :-) Excellent job, very thorough and tidy!

Excellent service. Broken conservatory window measured up, ordered, and replaced quickly and very professionally. This is the same glazing job they've done for me and both times they've been great. Will use again and can recommend.

Brilliant, defo would recommend them So easy to use and affordable double glazing repairs.

Prompt, friendly and experienced help to fix our troublesome patio doors. Had the lock and mechanism replaced. Parts ordered quickly. It was worth having the experts in to do the adjustments and get the door working correctly. I wouldn't call it a cheap job. But certainly cheaper than buying new doors! ⭐

Great company to use, very highly recommended, very friendly and very customer based. Alex the owner is a lovely guy and his fitters are very professional (mick) and friendly. would use again.

Called glaze-fix because needed a door lock changing urgently, great response time very friendly and done a great job. Highly recommend
