Leaflet left through door, we were very interested and telephoned the next day, all our details were taken. This was over 2 weeks ago and no one has bothered to return our call.
Test Valley Windows have just completed a full house and garage window refit including new front door, french doors and garage side door for us. I have to say the process from start to finish has been excellent. Nothing was too much trouble from start to finish. No, they are not the cheapest, but we compared their products against other companies around and we chose them because their product looked and felt superior. That extra cost was so worth it. It took a full two weeks to do the work, and we had Lee and Zak as our fitters. I have to say the quality of the product might be excellent, but the quality of the fitters is even better - outstanding. They made sure the job just shined! Working from home with 2 large dogs whilst your windows are being fitted is not a fun experience for anyone, but it was so easy to deal with. Don't get me wrong the bay windows were a nightmare for them, but they just dealt with it and solved any issues as they cropped up. They truly made sure everything was correct to their own standards and their standard are high! We are so pleased with everything that they have done for us. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anyone else and I have done! Thank you, Nigel, Malcolm, Lee, Zak, Steven and Stephen.
We had our windows fitted 5 years ago. We had a small issue with one where a mechanism had failed after 5 years and they were here the next day fixing it under warranty. Such great service. I only wish we'd used them for the other windows in our house rather than going with the builders recommendation as we've had no end of issues with those but our test valley windows have been absolutely brilliant and would recommend to anybody.

Malcolm and his team at Test Valley Windows do an amazing job. They are professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Communication is fast and efficient. When there was a problem with our bi-fold doors last Friday, their engineer came out within in the hour and taped up the glass so nothing could happen. This was done free of charge as part of customer service as they had installed these doors. If anyone is thinking of changing windows or doors, I would highly recommend Test Valley Windows.
Arrived on time. Friendly experienced double glazing engineer. Freed up a jammed rear door lock in minutes. Replaced middle section of door lock mechanism and tested the locking mechanism to ensure working correctly. Including going to collect replacement part total approx 1 hour.

We had our Windows installed in 2017 by Test Valley. Since then we have been very pleased with the quality of the windows and their performance in terms of keeping the heat in and sound deadening from the road in front of the house. Recently we had a problem with one of the window handles. We contacted Test Valley and they promptly sent out their engineer who replaced the part under warranty. Excellent service. Would highly recommend.
This is the second conservatory we have had built by Test Valley. The service and work provided was exceptionally good. We knew where we were from start to finish. Any questions were answered immediately and concisely in the knowledge that the information was sound. The finished result was beyond our expectations and we would recommend Test Valley Windows for any conservatory work, or indeed windows.
From start to finish our windows and orangery project was carried out by a professional team which ensured an amazing transformation of our home with an immaculate finish .The installation team were polite and fastidious whilst they were on our premises and we would not hesitate to recommend Test Valley Windows.
We asked Test Valley Windows to construct a glass link with external access door between our old listed cottage and a new kitchen extension. It was a tricky job as the old house did not have single straight edge! Malcolm and the team were fantastic. Polite, punctual and extremely exacting in getting every tiny detail done to perfection. This was not easy, but they made seem like it. After sales service also extremely quick and efficient, with never a question about sorting any issues. Highly recommended.
Fitted windows in wrong rooms. School boy error they say. Maybe should look at your drawings and photos to confirm you are doing things correctly. Communication not great over christmas break they send out emails but no one there to pick up and confirm fittings and changed day of fitting without informing us. Would not recommend and will be looking elsewhere to have downstairs windows and doors changed.
