KJM Group

Another excellent installation. We had a new front door and side glazing installed by Will, Shane and Jordan, who were all very professional and went out of their way to finish off a door they hadn't installed. Can highly recommend this company for their professional customer service and installers. So much so we are now having some more windows installed. Many thanks

Jordan & Will were SUPERB, fitting a window on Friday.

Excellent job at problem solving and fixing the issues with two doors.

I have had a number of disappointments recently from suppliers but KJM was a pleasant surprise. From the point of quoting it has been seamless. I had good advice from Andy when doing the survey. Charlie and Ryan turned up to fit the door on time, did a brilliant job, tidied up after themselves and had fantastic communication skills throughout. They were down to earth and are a credit to KJM. Very happy with the finish and would not hesitate to recommend.

We were very pleased with KJM and Kerry in particular for the work that was carried out last week. He did several repairs to locks and hinge's on both doors and windows, he also replaced handles. Our back door was completely replaced. He was very polite and a real gentleman. I would not hesitate to recommend KJM.

From the moment we walked into the KJM office, our experience was first class. Paul Ginger guided us through choosing our new door, Tony Walker carried out a thorough and professional survey, and Lester and Zach completed the installation to an exceptionally high standard. The whole process was smooth from start to finish, with excellent communication and customer service at the heart of everything they do. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely cares about its customers and delivers exactly what it promises. A huge thank you to everyone involved. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend KJM to anyone looking for new windows or doors. Well done! 👏

I would like to say a huge thank you to Ryan, who came out and repaired our window very last minute. Very kind and chatty young lad.

Great company and staff , Jordan and shae are credit to your company Perfect job completed ( apart from a small window lol)

Arrived early which was great news. We had ordered replacement glass with integrated blinds for our existing bifold doors which we had previously purchased from KJM. Both engineers introduced themselves, were very friendly and did a great job. After installing they showed us how to operate the blinds which was really helpful. Everything was left spotless. Can’t say anything negative. It’s not the first time we’ve used your company and it won’t be the last.

From start to finish, the team delivered outstanding workmanship and professionalism. The attention to detail on our windows and door replacement was exceptional — perfect sealing and everything operated smoothly on first use. They protected floors and furniture, worked neatly, and left the areas immaculate. What really stood out was how considerate they were when a neighbour raised a concern. They handled it calmly and respectfully and genuinely felt they cared. They also went the extra mile by fitting a cat flap in our new door which was really convenient and kind. Professional, punctual, tidy, and genuinely thoughtful — I’d recommend them without hesitation. Thanks everyone so much!

We have recently had 24 new Graf welded Deceuninck 2800 flush casements windows in agate grey, installed in our Andover Workshop and showroom. The transformation is amazing. The process from initial quote, to finalising details, site measure, manufacture to installation went incredibly smoothly without delay. The installation team worked through the extra hot weather without complaint and did a stunning job. I know window companies can get a bad press particularly when it comes to installation. I would not hesitate to recommend The KJM group to my clients. Andrew Hall Managing Director Woodstock Furniture

5/5 Stars – A Life-Changing Transformation! If you want exceptionally high standards and a trustworthy team, look no further than KJM. They recently built us a conservatory, and it is incredible. We used to have a rubbish garden room that leaked, was freezing, and looked horrible. Thanks to KJM’s brilliant design, we now have a stunning family room that is completely life-changing for us. The entire process was faultless from the initial sales visit to the final sign-off with Brian, who was a fantastic coordinator. Builders Michael and Ben were absolutely brilliant too, doing a fantastic, highly skilled job putting the frame up. But a massive shout-out goes to our brickies, Ant and Colin, who were the absolute stars of the show. I cannot praise them enough; they are the most friendly, kind, and hardworking people you could ever meet. Most contractors are incredibly disruptive, blasting radios and ignoring your routine. Not these guys. They were so deeply mindful of our working commitments and incredibly respectful of our neighbours. They just put their heads down and worked tirelessly, showing a rare level of pride in their craft. Having them on-site was a total pleasure. If I had to sum up KJM, they are: faultless, high-quality, professional, easy to contact, reliable, hard-working, and entirely trustworthy. If you want an exceptional design, a stress-free build, and a top-tier team, go nowhere else. Thank you, KJM!

Amazing service - could not lock door due to heat from heatwave and KJM arrived within about 10 minutes of our call! All windows and doors in our house are from KJM. This is why!

Kerry came and repaired the catch on our window quickly and efficiently

Having previously had a new front door installed by KJM, and having been thoroughly impressed with the service I received, I immediately thought of them when the window of my en-suite failed to lock. I was aware that KJM had not fitted this window but thought I would try. I was not disappointed. The engineer arrived to see it they could help, the company sent a quote l, which I accepted. The part was ordered and when it arrived, Kerry came to fit it. Great communication throughout and a service second to none. I would recommend KJM without any hesitation.

Had broken my window cutting the grass and called KJM straight away. Instead of waiting until the following day for someone to attend, the director Mark was on my doorstep within 30 minutes to measure up and quote to replace the glass. The quote was done within the hour and paid for, after a short wait of a few days for the glass to be manufactured and delivered, Kerry was out and fitted it. It took less than an hour to fit and he gave me some good advice on cleaning the frames in the aftermath of having to tape the old glass up. Really appreciate the quick turnaround and seamless process in arranging measuring, payment and fitting. Would recommend to anyone who does the same as I.

We’ve just replaced our old bay windows that KJM fitted over 35years ago and installed windows with acoustic glass to reduce street noise and upgrade to a more modern style . The noise reduction is amazing my decibel meter registers the road traffic as a “soft whisper “ The quality and finish of the new windows are exceptional. Highly recommended

KJM has been coming to our site for many years. During that time they have installed new composite doors, guttering and facias. They have also supplied and built a large conservatory. The engineer who covers our area is always polite and professional and is trusted to work with older people. I wouldn’t use anyone else.

Very helpful, from understanding our needs and ordering the correct glass, to arranging a convenient time for the engineer to visit, and the Engineer himself - friendly, efficient and tidy. A great job all round.

I couldn’t be happier with my new front door and bifold Charlie and Ryan who fitted it couldn’t be more helpful and considerate Showed me how everything worked, turned up on time and communicated well on all fronts They even helped me fit my new door bell while they were here 🥰 I will definitely be getting the rest of my windows and doors done as the product quality is brilliant and the customer service couldn’t be better

Had windows and a lift and slide back door fitted in South Wonston. The guys (Charlie, Ryan, Mike and Will) were brilliant. Very courteous, hard working and a good laugh. Really high standards throughout. They planned for 4 days but finished in 2, despite having to negotiate the pouring rain on day 1. The whole experience with KJM, from quote (Charlie and Paul) to survey (Andy) to fitting has been very positive. Would definitely recommend this company. Thank you guys!

I recently had a new uPVC front door installed by KJM and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From the very beginning, the sales and survey team were professional, knowledgeable, and gave me great advice. The installation team, arrived promptly, were incredibly polite, and respected my home throughout the process.5 star you need look no further than KJM .

Our third time using KJM and would still highly recommend! The whole team from sales to survey to install to payment are very polite and a pleasure to deal with. The install guys were especially good, turned up on time, explained everything that was happening each day, asked questions rather than making assumptions, worked very hard and cleaned up after themselves. This was phase 1 on our current house and we’ll be back for phase 2 as soon as we’re ready!

So glad we chose KJM. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. The installation team of Zack and Lester were very professional and very polite.

Great company to deal with, competitive prices without pushy salesman. Zach and Lennon were very efficient and tidy. They highlighted some issues I wouldn’t have noticed and will be coming back to remedy them. Can’t fault them.

Excellent and highly professional throughout work. Would highly recommend. An illustration of their professionalism was that Ben the fitter popped round on Bank Holiday Monday to check that the new front door was operating as it should in the extreme heat.

A huge thank you to KJM for delivering an amazing extension for our home. From start to finish, the workmanship and attention to detail were fantastic. Brian and the entire installation team were professional throughout, always keeping everything clean and tidy as the project progressed. Even our neighbours commented on how respectful and hardworking the team were. Thank you all for making the whole project feel seamless and stress-free. We are absolutely delighted with the finished result and would 100% recommend KJM to anyone considering an extension or home improvement project.

Since we had an aggressive double salesman who in the end we had to ask to leave after midnight some years ago we have been dreading the time when we would have to replace our doors and windows. Our experience with KJM could not be more different, Charles from their sales team visited us at home, listened to what we wanted, outlined suitable products and provided helpful advice without pushing anything on us. He later gave us what we thought was a very competitive price. All without any pressure or commitment on our part. Everything went as planned and Charlie, Ryan and Peter, from their installation team turned on the agreed date and completed the work to an extremely high standard, showing care, consideration and a remarkable attention to detail in a couple of days. Simon from quality control made several visits to make sure we were happy and that things were going as planned. In summary we would have no hesitation in recommending KJM to others, commend their management for their straightforward approach to business and all the staff, included those not mentioned above, that we came into contact with for their polite, helpful and can do approach to our project.

We had a wonderful and stress free experience having all our windows replaced, from the initial meeting & quote to installation. Everything was delivered as promised and on time. There were very various options available to us, but at no time was there any hard selling, just genuine recommendations on what would be best for our needs. Installation was completed in 2 days and the fitters were polite, courteous and left the house clean and tidy after they had finished. We can highly recommend KJM for their customer service, pricing and delivering what was expected without any fuss hassle or delay. Thanks to all at KJM

Great experience from start to finish. The guys turn up on time, friendly and helpful, get the job done with no fuss and clean up after. Great service and great team. Highly recommend KJM and the team that fitted the windows.

I have been a customer of KJM for a number of years and the service has always been good. In May I had a new door installed by Zack, Adam and Lennon. It get did a professional job and took away all the rubbish. I have no hesitation in recommending KJM. DB

From the initial enquiry, through design, installation and completion the service, communications and quality was of the very highest standard.

We have used KJM for all of our windows and front door, we are very happy customers. It’s a bonus being able to go to a showroom and see the products. The knowledgeable sales team (Paul W and Andy), coordination team (Emma) and installers (Zach, Adam and others) are a pleasure to deal with. Cannot recommend KJM highly enough!

KJM fitted patio doors on our bungalow last week. The guys (Ant, Colin,Adam, and Kyle) were very efficient and polite and did a first class job. They left the house tidy and spotless. Would have no hesitation in recommending the company.

Extremely pleased with the work KJM did replacing all our windows and doors this week. The fitters - Charlie, Peter and Ryan were a lovely bunch who were all polite, friendly and professional. Communication was excellent and they did a great job of tidying up too. Charlie checked we were happy with everything before leaving and nothing was too much trouble for him and the team. Would highly recommend.

the receptionist and the sales person at the showroom were faultless but the person who came to measure the door and window was condescending and rude. I gave 3 stars because the showroom staff were decent people

I would like to say a big thank you to Paul and Lennon for the very professional way they install my windows and door. I'm so pleased with the end result. I would recommend KJM group to anyone who is thinking of changing there windows and doors . Thank you Rose Synan

So happy with our new windows and doors installed by KJMs extremely professional and crafted engineers; Paul, Lennon & Kerry. From the very start, Charles worked patiently with us ensuring we had the right product for replacing our cottage’s windows and doors. Next Andy ensured everything was made to measure correctly and added the touches that took the look from great to stunning. Engineers Paul & Lennon installed the products with care and clearly they have a high level of craftsmanship.Kerry finished off the stress free process with the final tweaks needed when fitting a high quality product into a 209 year old cottage. And last but not least, Simon’s expert eye ensuring nothing was missed. Thank you to all involved. We are very very pleased with the service and products from KJM and would definitely recommend them.

KJM were excellent in guiding us through the process of choosing the right windows, explaining both technical and performance aspects. The installers were very considerate and made great progress, tidying up at the end of each day. Inevitably there was some collateral damage but this has to be expected: there was less than we thought there would be and only of a cosmetic nature, which they made good at the end of the job. The end result is fantastic and we’re now looking forward to a thundery downpour.

We had our French doors changed to bifold doors and a window and side door replaced. Very impressed with the quality of the products. The 2 fitters, Lester and Liam were very professional with their work and their attitude. After leaving, other than the lovely doors and windows, you would not have known they had been here. After just a good experience we are now considering more windows.

Very pleased with installation, fitters were professional, friendly and respectful. Area completely cleared of all rubbish and left in a very clean condition. Definitely recommend KJM.

Fantastic service from Simon and the team who went above and beyond to help me when I had an issue with my front door…quickly resolved I could not be happier … highly recommend KJM so glad I used them especially with them being local too😃

We had 5 windows installed by the team led by Charlie lovely lads, very professional helpful, friendly and really good at their job.I would definately recommend KJM. Thank you for a job well done. Mike & Rhoda

Very happy with our new uPVC back door. The team was punctual, friendly, efficient, tidy, and asked our opinions when necessary. The new door is a full height triple-glazed door, and so will provide better insulation performance and higher energy efficiency. The locking mechanisms are robust, which is reassuring. It also provides more light in our north-facing kitchen. Overall we are delighted with the door and installation. We will definitely use KJM Group again.

Amazing service from quote to install. The fitting team were very friendly and professional. Did a great job at fitting the French doors and the finish to the trim is amazing. Within an hour of install a post installation visit was made to check everything is good and I’m happy with the job. Not sure I have ever received such good service. Thank you all at KJM

It’s been a joy from start to finish. Charlie Ryan and Peter were absolutely lovely lads and were very polite and respectful of my property I am delighted with the work. I will recommend KJM to anyone! Thanks to everyone at KJM.

I’ve used KJM a number of times over the last 10 years to fit windows and doors. Never had cause for complaint. The products are good quality and come with good fair prices. Many thanks to Josh,Jordan and Shae who did an excellent job in installing 2 sets of patio doors quickly, efficiently and cleanly.

The three fitters were very efficient, meticulous and courteous, as was the surveyor previously. They tidied up very well afterwards and fully explained the features of the R9 windows, which fully justify their relatively high cost.

Kerry visited us today to address a couple of snagging issues. Arrived promptly and rectified the issues swiftly. Great service thanks Kerry

On Friday 30th January 2026 I had a lovely guy come to replace the mechanism in my window, he came on time 11am and was quick and efficient and was done in no time at all 😊 also he told me about a lithium lubricant to stop my window stiffening up from summer to winter, which I did not know about, which has also helped me to stop them from breaking in the future. Very good service had 6 windows fitted 7 years now with no trouble until one little window broke just the mechanism. Always get good service for KJM would recommend if anyone was needing windows, doors etc well done 👏👏👏 sorry didn’t get the guys name but hopefully he will see this review keep up the good work.

I am so pleased with the doors that were fitted. The fitters Lester,Liam and Andy were very professional and excellent. As well as being pretty good company.

Booked a follow up visit to adjust a door mechanism: Kerry arrived to do the job, very efficient and issue solved in quick time. Excellent service with thanks..!

Charlie and Ryan did a great job on the installation of an upstairs window. They were courteous, efficient, obliging and considerate.

We have used KJM Windows four times and each time we received a very good service from all staff encountered. That is from office staff, surveyors and installers. The quality of products supplied is very good with very competitive prices. This is a highly recommend supplier.

Had an issue with the back door leaking KJM dealt with this quickly and effectively. Great company would easily recommend.

Very good service and results from KJM when I wanted my conservatory reroofed and upgraded , completely stress free process .

Window fixed very quickly, great customer experience!

Chosen on recommendation and they didn’t disappoint. A local company with excellent values and a personal service. From the initial visit and assessment with Charles to the fitting by Paul and Lennon, the service was excellent. People that know what they are doing and go the extra mile to look after your home as if it was their own. The products are top quality and we couldn’t be happier with the finish. On completion Simon was on hand to listen to our feedback and take on board our reflection of our experience. Thank you all, we would 100% recommend you.

Just had KJM fit 8 double glazing units, including a large bay/box window, and am very happy indeed with the both the workmanship and the quality. Not quite the cheapest, although very close, but felt the safest and most competent company by far. A top job done by a very friendly and professional team. Wholeheartedly recommended!

We have recently changed our windows and we are very happy with the result. The whole process was smooth and professional from start to finish. Lennon and Paul were punctual, tidy, and very helpful, and the quality of the work is excellent. We would happily recommend your company to others

What can I say. From start to finish these guys have been absolutely amazing. From the quote, measuring, pre-work through to installing the new windows & doors, everyone has been great. Josh, Jordan & Shay who did the installation were fabulous. Incredibly hardworking, polite, friendly, and tidy. Can’t recommend them enough. Thank you KJM for a stress free week.

I've used KJM for a few replacement and new windows/doors over the years. Their service has always been great, particularly any after sales/maintenance required. I've recently had a replacement window fitted and I was blown away at the professionalism of the fitters. Charlie, Ryan and Peter were so polite, considerate and tidy throughout the fitting. The first thing they did was put down floor protection and dust sheets from the entrance to where the window was being fitted, the last thing they did was sweep the area outside where they were working. I dare say the area was tidier after they left than it was beforehand! They truly are a credit to the company and are more than I could hope for from a local business.

Polite and professional fitters, QA inspection picked up snags which were duly dealt with. Excellent quality installation, really helpful staff.

We are so pleased with our new windows. The quality is excellent. Paul and Lennon did an excellent job fitting them and were a credit to your.business. Extremely clean and tidy and explained everything as they went.

Replacement windows in bathrooms, very efficient, came at stayed time. Would definitely use again.

Came and mended door very quickly and helped with some other issues while measuring up for windows. Great service!

Had a great team today fitting new conservatory doors as well as a new front door. Lesley and Liam, a father and son partnership did an amazing job. Firstly the conservatory doors look amazing, they are new doors fitted to a 28 year old conservatory! The result is outstanding, so a big shout out to KJM, Lexter & Liam. The front door looks classy, a great new addition to the house. We are so pleased with the result and would highly recommend KJM, and if you are lucky enough to get Lester & Liam you are in safe hands. A very satisfied customer!😊

Very happy with the service from Andy at KJM who installed a new front door, and garage door he was prompt and friendly. KJM were recommended by a number of people, and we have not been disappointed.

We are absolutely delighted with our windows from KJM and our installers Lester and Liam who couldn’t have been more helpful and considerate in their work and left everything beautifully clean and tidy afterwards. The whole process from design to installation couldn’t have gone more smoothly with the whole team a real pleasure to deal with. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this great company and indeed already have done. Thank you KJM for a great job well done.

We've just had new double glazing fitted. The whole experience from sales, survey and ultimately fitting has been brilliant. The installation has been surprisingly effortless thanks to the excellent team of Paul and Lennon. This is our fourth time with KJM and the quality, price and experience remains first class. Its good to shop local too 🙂

Super fast and efficient!

Excellent. Quality work, very tidy and efficient. Friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend them

My service with KJM has been so smooth and efficient. From the initial measuring up and costing by Paul, to the installation of the windows by Kerry, the service has been really first class. I can so recommend KJM to anyone. Thank you so much.

Great and friendly service. Will be back for a new front door shortly! Door now fitted and we love it! Everyone was great, from our first visit to the final fit. KJM don't cold call and it says a lot about a company that people go back to them again and again. Would recommend to anyone

My window hinge was replaced in less than five minutes! The engineer arrived punctually, was friendly and polite. Great service and wholeheartedly recommended. They were so good I went back to get my front door replaced. My previous exceptional experience was repeated! Andy turned up on time, was courteous, professional and efficient and left the area looking cleaner than it was when he arrived. If I could give six stars, I would.

Excellent service from KJM. Charlie adjusted my front door. Very professional and courteous. My door works perfectly thank you.

Very pleased with the fitting of our new uPVC windows. Slightly longer lead time than expected, but we are pleased with the quality and price of our windows (and new door), and the fitters were efficient, courteous and tidy. The company sent someone to double check all the work and ensure we were happy with everything, which we were. Would certainly use KJM again if we decide to replace more of our old windows

So very grateful to Kerry for sorting out my guttering and the end caps. Very professional, helpful and courteous as well. He pointed out what was misaligned and explained what he was going to do. Thank you Kerry and Brian. 🙏🏽

KJM fitted a new pane of glass with a catflap into sliding doors for us. They were professional, friendly and did a great job in a timely manner. 5 stars.

This was the first time we’ve used KJM and they done an excellent job as I knew they would do from the moment Paul came out to do the estimate. All tradesmen worked in a clean and tidy fashion and were polite and considerate at all times, even our neighbours commented on how polite and considerate they were. Everything that was on the very detailed schedule of work was carried out to an excellent standard. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them. I will definitely be using them again and will not even waste my time looking elsewhere. VERY HAPPY, GREAT JOB! Thank you everyone at KJM.

Quick helpful response to enquiry and engineer Aarrived on day/time agreed. Did a great job and offered really useful advice to stop problem happening again.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience! From start to finish, KJM Group was professional, efficient, and easy to work with. The team helped me choose the perfect windows for my home, and the installation was quick, clean, and done with great attention to detail. The quality of the windows is outstanding — they look beautiful, block out noise, and have made a noticeable difference in energy efficiency. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and knowledgeable, and they truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. I highly recommend KJM Group to anyone looking for top-quality windows and excellent service!

Really excellent. This was the third time we have used KJM for a major project and we were even more impressed. Friendly and polite team and an excellent, efficient job. We can’t recommend them highly enough.

I sought quotes to replace double glazed units and was impressed by KJM’s engaging and realistic approach. They beat the competition, got the job under way and carried out the work skilfully and professionally. KJM delivered on their promises and more. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Lovely door so pleased with the work done .

KJM fitted a new front door for us. They exhibited extreme professionalism from start to finish and kept us fully informed throughout and emailed all supporting documents promptly. Andy, who was the chap who came to fit the door was very friendly and completed the installation perfectly, including taking away the old door and ensuring that everything was left cleaned and tidy. There was a slight blemish on the door, which was not a fault with KJM but from the manufacturer. KJM quickly ordered a replacement part, which they returned to fit as soon as they received it. This is the first time I have used KJM but it won't be the last and we're lucky to have such a great company that is local to us. Thank you for a great service.

We recently had KJM fit the windows in our newly remodelled conservatory extension, and we couldn’t be happier with the service. From start to finish, the team was thoroughly professional, maintaining great communication throughout and ensuring we got exactly what we wanted. The installation crew were friendly and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain how the windows operate and highlighting their security features. Everything was delivered as promised, and the final result is brilliant. Huge thanks to KJM for a job exceptionally well done!

The team installing my windows and doors have been amazing, a pleasure to have in my home, quick and efficient. Clean and tidy and have done an amazing job.

Just had a window repaired by Kerry from KJM. He arrived at the agreed time and did the job very efficiently and quickly. I have no hesitation recommending KJM they are always a pleasure to deal with being both pleasant and professional. Great service.

The installation crew are a credit to the firm. The weather was not on their side but they carried on regardless and were very polite and kept us informed as to how the job was progressing all the way through. They cleaned up as they went along and took away all the rubbish. We are very pleased with the finished job and the windows look fantastic.

Excellent customer service Charles went out of his way to help me choice the correct specs for my French doors and the fitters went above and beyond when fitting the French Doors for me. I highly recommend KJM Sharon Gernon

Great company. Always prompt and an excellent service

KJM were recommended to us after we purchased a home in Picket Piece and the windows were left in a poor state, with handles rotten/loose, one window seized with a key broken in there. KJM responded quickly and within a few weeks the windows are sorted and we appreciate the advice given about maintenance moving forward. Can't recommend them highly enough!

We had Andy round today to complete installation of 2 arched windows. They said he would be here at 8am and he was here at 8am on the dot. He completed the job in no time and even sorted our front door out. What a lovely man he was, professional, tidy and courteous. We had the complete house done a couple of months ago and the team that did the work then were equally as good, would not hesitate to recommend KJM 👍

Very happy with replacements of 35 year old windows and doors Even sorted a problematic conservatory door while they were here Will get them back to replace aging conservatory next year

The engineer was friendly, knowledgeable and fixed the problem within ten minutes. Great service all round, highly recommended.

Very happy with various replacement windows and refitting of problematic doors. Very high standard of workmanship and Kerry and the back office team all very easy to deal with. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Thank you.

KJM did an amazing job building our extension, and then we asked them back to do our doors and windows. Excellent work, everything looks great, and even though the extension was built a few years ago now, KJM came out to fix the door that must have been affected by the really hot weather we just had - really quick to respond and make the adjustment, great to have a company that continue to provide great customer service and support. Thank you KJM! Totally recommend KJM.

We had all our doors and windows replaced. Excellent product, good, friendly, considerate fitting team led by Charlie. Simon also made a second check to ensure their quality control standard was met. From surveying to completion we were extremely well looked after and have no hesitation in recommending KJM.

Kerry arrived promptly to replace a broken corner unit on our conservatory. The work was done very quickly and efficiently. Excellent service and we would definitely recommend.

New doors fitted today. What a great bunch of young men fitting the doors. They worked so hard and their manners were impeccable. Well done to you all and thank you KJM for giving these youngsters a great start on their employment journey.

The team that replaced and installed all the windows at our property deserve more than 5 stars. They were prompt, polite and professional. Good job guys 👍👍👍

Always prompt, reliable and excellent value. We have a conservatory and double glazing, both excellent and long lasting

Contact for advice on closing a window. Within an hour Kerry arrived and sort the issue. Very polite and helpful, nothing too much trouble, even sort front door from an install from 25 years ago. Highly recommend this company. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Kerry came by last week to repair some windows we had fitted a couple of years ago by KJM. We had a couple of the handles break on us. He fixed them up super fast and set us up woth opening windows again ASAP, especially thankful given this hot weather!

Had some windows installed, noticed one window was shutting properly, which to my embarrassment I fails to notice for months. KJM arranged for a service visit and without any fuss noticed a slight fault and instantly fixed it. No fuss just good service

Just had our windows replaced by KJM, very friendly engineer and very prompt, we were done in 20 mins or so. Highly recommended KJM!

Our experience with Kerry when we have had warranty work carried out has always been extremely positive as he is highly skilled, knowledgeable and reliable.

Brilliant service and all sorted very quickly. Would 100% recommend to my friends.

The team of Colin, Tom and Rob were very polite and professional and together did a perfect job.

New conservatory pane replaced without any hassle and a quick and professional job carried out. Excellent service all round

Charlie, Peter and Ryan were what you want when having new windows fitted. They arrived on time, explained what they would be doing and got on with the job. They worked tidily and removed any rubbish as they went. We are totally happy with the quality if the windows and doors installed and the quality of work to install them.

This is the third window out of 5, that KJM have installed. Im doing one window at a time due to costs. Each window they have put in has been to a brilliant standard. The workman that have been here have been proffesional and friendly. If you have not heard of KJM they are based in Andover.....please check them out!! ☺️😁

As always excellent service - both installation and after service

Very friendly professional team...

Fantastic service from start to finish. Very friendly staff, would highly recommend and use again.

We have had our whole house transformed by KJM with new front door and side panel, 2 pairs of rear french doors, 10 windows all fitted with triple glazed glass panels. To finish we had replacement fascia boards and rain water goods with all materials in matching anthracite. Sales, installation and follow up aftercare have all been exceptional hence a 5 star review is definitely deserved.

Had a new front door fitted, and the service from KJM was outstanding from start to finish. Our installer Andy was also incredibly professional and friendly making the actual change over even easier. Cannot recommend enough. Couldn't be happier with the quality of our new front door.

Professional, reliable and all round brilliant.

Service engineer Kerry and his apprentice replaced some glass in conservatory, bedroom window and mended patio doors. Prompt, clean, tidy and polite. Thank you!

Had the best experience today with the KJM installation team. New front and back door, the guys turned up on time with all the equipment and professionally carried out the work. The guys were courteous, very well trained, kept the mess and disruption down to a minimum and very personable. They even helped with readjusting an older patio door that had been installed 20 years ago to try and reduce drafts. I would highly recommend KJM and will not hesitate to use them again.

Have used KJM over many years now. Always a fair price, excellent work. On the rare occasion remedial work is needed it is done promptly and professionally even if it years later of the original installation.

Amazing service from KJM... two brilliant guys cracked on with the job, very polite, good humour.. can't rate them highly enough. It's a rental house but I will definitely use this company hopefully soon when I buy my own place.

KJM Windows. Arrived this afternoon to replace a blown window. Excellent service, very quick. The fitter was very polite and professional. I would recommend this company to anyone considering new windows. 10/10 Thanks. 👍

First-class product and installation service matched by equally courteous and efficient [Kerry] after sales service. A professional and dependable company.

Excellent. Many thanks.

Great service received. I had a very wonky uPVC door which was perfectly adjusted and is now spot on. Good service, friendly and super tidy.

Efficient, quick, professional. As I like it.

Great service from KJM today. Liam and Lester fitted new bifolds on my garage and I couldn't be happier with them. Great crew, polite, professional and high quality finish.

Only good things to say about this company. Excellent products, service and aftercare service. Many thanks to Kerry who came out today to replace a pane for us. We’ll definitely be using you guys again and recommending you to everyone.

KJM fitted new French windows at our house today. Josh, together with Ryan and Peter, were charming, communicative, respectful and informative, not to mention their excellent handiwork, perfect timing and wonderful finished result. Cannot recommend more highly.

Amazing service from start to finish, so happy with my new front door.

excellent service...would recommend KJM

Had a whole news set of windows plus a new front door for the house from KJM. The whole way through I found them very professional with a high standard of workmanship. The visit we had for the quote put us at ease as we didn't feel any pressure which is something that automatically puts us off. There were lots of options and we were taken through them all and left with information to think about. Once we had chosen we originally needed some lintels for our windows which were fitted a couple of weeks after we accepted the quote. We then had some wait time while the windows and doors to arrive but now they have been fitted they have transformed the house. The fitters were brilliant. Punctual, polite, friendly and tidy so couldn't have asked for more. They have done a great job and it all looks fantastic. We are really pleased.

What a brilliant experience from start to finish. Very honest and great quotation much cheaper than anywhere else to begin with, not trying to rip you off. Door installed today, everyone was friendly, hard working and everything was explained clearly. This is how service should be! Would recommend to anyone in the area.

Excellent and speedy job to install a cat flap, very polite tradesman, all interactions with KJM staff to plan the work were friendly and efficient, would recommend to others

Door handle replacement. Took less than 5 minutes. Great service and very friendly!

Thank you for the amazing windows! As always I would highly recommend KJM to anyone who would like a quality and the best prices! Thank you Kerry for a quick and perfect job! 🙏 Thank you Mark!

We had a triple glazed picture window fitted in our house and KJM were great. The fitters turned up on time at at 8:30 and were finished by 11:30. I would recommend thus company and I'll be using them for any further work.

Just had my Fascia, soffits and guttering all replaced with KJM roof-line PVCu, from quoting through to installation KJM did a fantastic job. Competitively priced, friendly and professional service, this is my second time using KJM who replaced all my windows and doors over 10 years ago, if ever I've had any queries they respond quickly and resolve any issues without delay and have excellent after sales service! Thank you Mark & the KJM team- great job!!

First class service from KJM again. They will be my first port of call for glassing needs in the future. Thanks chaps.

Replacement door fitted. Product and installation superb. Have used KJM several times as have other members of our family. Special thanks to Paul and Jordan for a fast neat and good looking installation.

Paul attended to make an adjustment to our front door. The appointment was quick, easy to arrange and the issue was resolved in no time. Very professional, quality products and exceptional aftercare!

On time to fix a French door. 5 minute job, done, dusted, and all good.

Everyone at KJM was extremely helpful and friendly, and we are very pleased with the result. The installation team of Lester and Liam did a superb job with a great attention to detail. A couple of problems that came up during the install were resolved very quickly and efficiently. We are now much warmer and quieter!

Quick service. On time very pleasant workers.

Outstanding service from KJM. The engineers fitted a new storm seal and realigned the door. Attended nice and early and did a fantastic job. Excellent customer service.

My parents recently had a new front door fitted by KJM the fitter Andy could not have been more professional, efficient and did an absolutely fantastic job , it was as if one door came out and the new one installed with so little disruption and no need for any finishing off by ourselves Thank you very much, recommend this firm 100%

Jod well done. Polite, pleasant workmen

Ben and Kyle came to install our downstairs windows and patio doors. They were friendly, tidy and did a lovely job. We are very happy with our new windows.

A brilliant duo, attentive to detail doing more than solve the presenting problem. Courteous, incredibly helpful and work completed to satisfaction- excellent!

Really happy with the work to replace my old conservatory roof. The installers were really professional and helpful. Good job

Couldn’t be more pleased with our new front door. The whole team were great right from the start in helping us decide. The installation team were fantastic. Did a superb job and couldn’t have been more helpful and pleasant. Every step of the way we felt informed and valued as a customer. No hesitation in using KJM again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great service from KJM, came to replace the door slab under warranty after quite a few years in place (south facing door). Fast and professional response and expert fit by Pete and colleague. Recommend!

Great job fitting our new door by Andy. Helpful and informative when needed.

Ryan and Charlie installed 7 windows for us and we have been thrilled by the lads respect, cleanliness and politeness throughout the installation. The windows are fitted perfectly and the house was cleaned. I would highly recommend KJM as the communication, quality, and delivery were faultless.

Again KJM deliver great service.. having used the team to replace all the windows and doors in the house, including the garage we had an issue with one of the windows over the weekend. Phoned Monday and the next day (Today) the hinges replaced and the mechanism now all working again. The aftercare has been fantastic. Recommended.. thanks again KJM

Fantastic service and response times. Had an issue with a lock on a window, not sold or installed by KJM. They promptly organised someone to attend my property to inspect the fault. The KJM operative was polite and very knowledgeable. They soon found the source of the issue and repaired it on the spot. I will be using them again in the future.

Can never fault KJM Group with pricing & their quality of work. From start to finish the staff are very professional and pleasant and very efficient. Thank you Mark & Team KJM.

I recently used KJM to have all the external doors and windows replaced in my home and to have a solid roof installed on an existing conservatory. From start to finish they have been absolutely outstanding. No pushy sales and no complaints when making changes to the styles of doors and windows we wanted and we made lots of changes. Communication was brilliant and I was kept upto date on a regular basis (particularly as I had the works done over December and January and weather was a concern). The teams who undertook the work were excellent and very hard working often working in very cold conditions. Every evening they would clean up and leave everything spotless. Windows were changed without a need to redocorate. Doors and lovely and work faultlessly. New conservatory roof has made such a difference and I now have a room I can use. They even came back and spent several hours cleaning the entire conservatory inside and out. All the staff are outstanding and really friendly and quality of the work cannot be faulted. I couldnt be happier with the results.

Had 6 windows and front door replaced extremely pleased with the installation and the fitters that did the job.All the work was completed in two days. The installers were very friendly and polite and on completion they left no mess whatsoever. We are extremely pleased with the finished product.Would highly recommend KJM.

I have been a customer of KJM for over 30 years and have had windows, doors and a conservatory in that time. The service has always been exemplary as has the quality of the products and pricing has always been more than fair. The latest visit was to replace some glass and the fitter was as always friendly, polite and professional. Also, KJM managed to schedule us in before Xmas - which was very much appreciated.

Recently had all of my windows and window boards updated by KJM. Everyone from the sales team, the surveyors and the installation crew were very friendly, knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. Special thanks to the installation team, who were probably the friendliest tradesman I’ve ever had doing work at my home (I’ve had many) and who have done such a good job. Would not hesitate to recommend.

I'm delighted with my beautiful conservatory. It has been perfectly fitted, with great care taken by the friendly fitters the quality is excellent. Friendly service and a fantastic result. Would confidently recommend KJM to anyone.

Thanks for a great job on our conservatory conversion, a top job from start to finish, clean, professional and friendly from start to finish. Nothing to much trouble, all the works completed to a high standard, from fitting the roof to plastering and electrics. Advice and guidance from start to finish really good, we recommend highly.

I recently had a new composite front door fitted by KJM, and I couldn't be happier with the results! The whole process was smooth and professional from start to finish. The door fits perfectly, enhancing both the security and appearance of my home. The attention to detail throughout was really impressive, and the installers ensured everything was aligned and sealed perfectly. Overall, an excellent experience—I highly recommend their service and the pricing is competitive too.

An excellent service from start to finish, from valuable initial advice (especially important on choice of windows as we live in a conservation area) through to the craftsmanship of the fitting and finishing. The actual windows themselves are superb quality and we could feel the difference in our home immediately. The team were superb and couldn't do enough to make sure we were happy.

Another professional job from KJM. We have just had a new Solidor front door fitted to our 1930's house. Firstly they gave us helpful advice on choosing the right door for our property and after a few visits to their showroom we made our decision on the door, glass and fixtures. The survey revealed the need for a steel lintel above the door and the subsequent building works were carried out beforehand causing minimum disruption and in keeping with the property. A very professional installation of the door and two side windows was carried out by the two fitters who kept everything very clean and tidy whilst they worked. This was the third time we have used KJM having previously had two bay windows and several other windows replaced by their team over the past four years. We are very pleased with all the works carried out, the door looks lovely and is in keeping with the property.

We had a new front door and back patio door fitted. Absolutely over the moon with the result! The fitters were polite and did a great job! Customer service & care were impeccable! I would highly recommend this company to family & friends.

This is the second house that we have used KJM for and yet again, they didn't disappoint. Professional and thorough from the start, to a trouble and hassle free installation. The standard of the fitters work was excellent. I have no hesitation in fully recommending KJM - you won't be disappointed.

KJM were very efficient and friendly when they supplied windows at our house. We therefore had no hesitation in recomending them as potential suppliers for our Village Hall. Again they were very competitive and did an excellent job in a difficult building. My latest contact has been very different, I am a member of a charity building a new craft room. We needed windows and a door and KJM came up with the goods again finding suitable units that could be reused. I have no hesitation on giving 5 stars to an excellent company.

Replacement door fitted without any problems. Old door removed in one piece and new door fitted without any adjustments made. Final external plastic profiles fitted correctly and area both inside and out left clean and tidy.

Very happy with our French doors installation. Nice guy, clean and tidy work, quickly and professionally done.

Fantastic service! We've just had a new door and they were friendly and reasonably priced. But most of all they did a fantastic job. Would definitely recommend.

This is the second set of windows that we have had upgraded by KJM. From a site visit to confirm our requirements a quotation was raised. A date was advised and the engineers arrived, confirmed the locations and fitted the new units. All works were completed with the minimum of fuss and mess by a professional team. The window units are also obviously good quality. Thank you KJM.

I had a window installed recently by KJM which required a RSJ and the two builders who carried out the work were very polite and professional and the finished job was excellent. They also left my area very clean and tidy. The two window fitters were also excellent and did a lovely job, again leaving my home clean and tidy. I have used KJM since 1982 and I would not have my windows replaced by any other company. After sales service is also very good.

Fantastic service from start to finish. KJM are very helpful, friendly and professional. We’re very pleased.

Excellent service throughout, from initial consultation to institutional. Fitters (Ben & Michael) cleaned as they went, friendly, professional and hardworking, nothing too much trouble. Can not fault thus company, highly recommend.

Excellent service and quality product. I did a lot of research online as I wanted a specific solution to reduce traffic noise in my home and I am very pleased I chose a local company. I would thoroughly recommend KJM. Steve Midhurst, West Sussex

The team, notably Simon, were utterly professional keeping us informed of all the progress with regular updates (phone calls etc) and photos as we had the work undertaken whilst abroad which is never easy but with his proactiveness it has been stress free. A fantastic company and I cannot recommend highly enough.

After being let down badly whilst with another large company my confidence of trying with another company was shattered. But KJM were amazing from start to the finish of completion of the instalation of my windows I could not have used a better company they were friendly helpful and absolutely nothing was too much trouble, there were no problems at all from start to finish and I will definately be using them again, and will be recommending to everyone I know 100 percent brilliant company and staff .

KJM have just fitted 12 windows to our house and the job went smoothly from start to finish. They are a very courteous and efficient company to deal with and we can wholeheartedly recommend them.

Great service by KJM from initial quotation through to fitting by one of their highly skilled installers. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Helpful staff good product

My Mum Sharon had 4 new windows fitted in our house this week. Josh and Charlie were respectful, friendly, efficient, wore masks in our home and did a great job. Would highly recommend!

What a transformation. KJM were very professional in all aspects, from the initial quote, the survey, to the fitters.Quality of the work was very good, they were tidy cheerful and professional. Thank you

I don’t write many online reviews but I was compelled to do so after an excellent experience recently with KJM who fitted four windows at our property. The experience from start to end was high quality, professional and courteous. Josh and Charlie who fitted the windows on the day were a pleasure to be around – they installed the windows to an extremely high standard, were friendly and left our property spotless. We have now used KJM for our new front door and windows and would have no hesitation in recommending them to others who require similar work to be completed.

Helped to fix a broken bathroom window. Very helpful

What a fantastic service we have received from KJM, from the initial phone call, calling back quickly and the two lovely guys that came over the next day. it’s been so easy we are 100% happy and will always recommend you to our family and friends.

I've used KJM to replace my front door. The whole process was very good and their sales rep was very friendly and polite. Their quote was competitive and the lads that installed the door were very professional and tidy. Would definitely use them again in the future.

We have used KJM for a few jobs in the last few months. A kitchen window and stunning bi-folding doors for our new extension, a beautiful Heritage internal feature window, and most recently; a fabulous new front door. We can't recommend them highly enough. Superb service, from the whole of the team, from beginning to end. The front door was a bit of an emergency as the inside handle fell of of our old one, meaning we couldn't use it to leave the house, so they did their best to prioritise the job. Paul squeezed us in for measuring up, and once the door came in, Emma offered us the first opportunity available for installing, all of which we very much appreciated. Josh and Charlie fitted all 3 jobs, and were very tidy, friendly and respectful, really nice guys. Great service & great products - we will be going back to them to replace the rest of the windows when we are in a position to do so.

We ate very pleased with the quality of our windows and doors and the excellent professional service by the very friendly installation team. From Survey to installation and completion documentation the very competent team provided an excellent experience. Our grateful thanks.

We recently had new windows and a front door fitted by Charlie and Josh who did an amazing job. They were very polite, efficient and went above and beyond. The whole team were professional from start to finish, keeping us up to date and was a very easy experience. Very impressed and would definitely recommend.

I was keen to make my Victorian terrace house more energy efficient by replacing all the original single glazed windows with double glazed windows, but I also wanted to preserve the house's character. KJM recommended timber double glazed windows and a double glazed back door from George Barnsdale who manufacture high performance timber windows and doors. KJM did a survey, submitted the order to George Barnsdale, and after a few months' wait for the order to be manufactured, KJM's fitters came to install 6 sash windows, 4 casements and a back door. I was very impressed by the KJM team's helpfulness, knowledge and skill throughout this whole process, from the initial visit from Sales manager Paul Ginger and the survey by Andy, to the installation by Josh and Aidan (with additional help from Jordan). Josh and Aidan were very considerate during the inevitably dusty installation process and they have done a fantastic job. My new windows and door look really beautiful and have been fitted with great skill and very impressive attention to detail.

A professional Job from start to Finish. A great price. You will not regret using KJM

Installation of 6 wooden George Barnsdale windows. Excellent installation - nothing was too much trouble and the attention to detail brilliant. Respectful and experienced fitters who took care not to trample plants, cleaned up as they went, and made sure it was perfect. Thoroughly recommended from the initial enquiry to fitting.

I'm a reapt cutomer because KJM have given me good service.

Replacement Sliding Patio Door. Based on my positive experience with KJM who provided and installed 4 single glazed wooden sash windows to the front of my house, and satisfy conservation area requirements; I returned to KJM to provide and install a large set of double glazed uPVC sliding patio doors to the rear of the house. Getting a quote via email was easy; I visited the showroom to have a look at the product display and view the various accessory options. Placing my order was simple and my job was booked in. The fitters arrived on time, came with all the tools, materials and fittings necessary to remove the old and install the new doors and clear away all debris, leaving behind a job well done. They took pride in their work and made sure everything was in full working order and finished off neatly before leaving. The new doors are sturdy, in keeping with the period of the house and exceeded my expectations. I plan to use KJM again in the future as my renovation project progresses. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I’ve used KJM many times over the previous 25 years and have always received first class service from the team. Good products and nice people to deal with. Highly recommended.

Excellent work from start to finish. Efficient customer service. Installation on time finished by experienced staff in a day. Value for money and we are very happy with the result.

Very good experience with this company in all process. They were able to help me to find the right product, the price was clear. The guys who fitted the doors very efficient and clean they noticed a small defect and they organised to change the glass. I’m an happy customer…..

Just had a front door installed, from start to finish we have been so impressed with the service we have received. No pushy salespeople , surveyor came quickly and gave good advice , Andy the fitter done a first class job . Thank you K J M .

Great team to engage with! I specifically waited a few months before posting a review, purely as i wanted to see if there were any issues that arose or if i needed to call them back to fix something. Not had to call them back or get anything sorted, though to be fair, i have no reservations that they would respond and attend to it as soon as possible. We chose a local company to do replace our windows and doors as we (1) prefer to use local and (2) figured that they would have far more interest in doing a good job than a national chain whose staff weren't invested in the success, or doing a good job. KJM were a referral and were very easy to deal with, knew the products, discussed our options and very fast to respond to any queries or similar. The product is great - does exactly what it should and we couldn't be happier with the service, The fitting team (Employed directly by KJM) were excellent, they brought the product with them each day they were going to fit, were very clean and tidy and worked around our schedule as to what rooms needed to be done when. No mess, no rubbish left behind and always polite, professional and real grafters. It was clear they had been working together for some time as they each knew exactly what the other was doing and just got on with it. Its unlikely we will need to replace these windows or doors, but if we ever move, i would be straight back onto KJM to replace them in the new house.

Absolutely brilliant service... Kept informed throughout what was happening, fitters and builders turned up when specified, they thoroughly cleaned after the installation, quality of windows and fitting is top quality.... No hesitation recommending this company.... Top service

Kerry from KJM completed some work on my kitchen windows today. Very professional job done. Thank you. Will be using KJM again in the future. Thank you.

Recently had a new door installed by KJM and cannot fault them at all. From start to finish the whole team were professional and so easy to deal with. Kept us updated throughout and the fitters were great - we have a vulnerable adult living with us and the fitters even took to time to ask if there was any considerations for them ahead of the work. The work was done ahead of time and to a great standard and we’re incredibly pleased with the result. Won’t hesitate to use them again and recommend to others - a shining example of top-notch service.

I am thrilled with my new windows and cannot praise the installation team highly enough. They were courteous, professional and took great care to explain all the stages.

Great job installing new French doors. Building work was carried out with care and all mess cleared up. Doors were fitted promptly and efficiently and then the plasterer finished off the job perfectly. Very happy with my new view!

Have been very impressed with the whole process; the initial phone call, the home visit, the measuring up & the fitting of the doors & windows. Also the follow up to check that everything is okay Thank you 😊

A great job, thank you KJM for a superb installation and service.

I had two composite doors and a window installed. The survey and the installation went smoothly, everyone turned up at the agreed time. The doors and the windows are good quality and the installation is professional. Recommended.

Service and price excellent. The whole team from the very first phone call couldnt be more helpful.Windows and doors were fitted through very hot weather and Charlie and Josh worked tirelessly and got it completed on time

Very professional friendly company the three chaps who fitted windows and doors did a very good job would use KJM again Richard Sylvia

Everything was great: the initial communications, making changes to the order, the surveyor and the installers were friendly as well, turned up on time, and did a great job.

Josh and Charlie did an excellent job on our windows, they showed a great attention to detail and were professional throughout

Our experience of KJM Group was first glass at every level. We wanted 2 x large uvpc tripled glazed picture windows as replacements. Their website was very helpful with useful detail. I spoke with a senior manager who promptly visited to carry out the survey and bringing a sample of the proposed window...a 75mm thick 'Residence 7' frame with a triple glazed unit to the 44mm standard....a detailed quote was later received by email the same day. It was pleasure to have fitters Josh and Charley on-site, a cohesive and skilled team with excellent customer facing ability. The installation was smartly finished inside and out, all left superclean and tidy with all debris removed. Our white/pale carpets were unmarked. We much like the flush casement design of 'Residence 7' that has the 75mm frame thickness making it suitable in the replacement context, not requiring any cutting back of plaster/cill board within the reveal. I have no hesitation in recommending the KJM Group. Most pleased.

Very friendly staff and high-quality installation of my secondary glazing. Would definitely recommend KJM

After collision damaged to our bay window while on holiday, we called KJM for help, they couldn't have been more helpful! First they went round to the property and made sure the property was safe and secure, then Paul made a plan for repairs. Josh and Charlie carefully removed the entire bay and replaced the damaged parts, I can honestly it is as good as new! Absolutely delighted! Recommend KJM

Our new windows were installed last week and wow what a fantastic and amazing experience. From start to finish I could not fault anything, from agreeing to help us outside of their area, to the copious amt of questions and changing of designs, to Emma who helped with the scheduling and finally to the amazingly talented Josh and Charlie team. The attention to detail and cleanliness was out of this world, superb teamwork and so they are so efficient. I have never had such a perfect experience with people working in my house. On time every single day and the house was pristine by the time they left every day, even outside was cleaned up perfectly. Thank you for a spectacular job! You guys are beyond amazing! 5 star ++++ service. Why go anywhere else!

Fantastic service all round. So pleased with our new front door and windows. Charlie the fitters attention to detail was 1st class. Would recommend KJM

We have just had new windows and bi fold doors fitted and are very happy with the finished result. When fitting the windows some problems were encountered, but KJM acted quickly without stalling and causing customer concern. Would be happy to recommend and special thanks to Josh and Aiden for their good work, problem solving and cheerful attitude.

Will and Charlie did a splendid job . Very pleasant lads . Couldn’t be more happy

Top quality professional installation from the team at KJM. We recently had new Bi-fold doors installed during a new kitchen installation and the KJM team worked seamlessly with the other trades to complete the kitchen replacement. We have previously used KJM for the replacement of all of our windows, doors, conservatory, soffits and gutters in previous years and have always found them to be friendly, professional, helpful and reasonable in costs. We would not hesitate to recommend using Paul, Mark and the team at KJM.

Brilliant service from start to finish. They were all so lovely and the door looks amazing.

Charles Flint was very helpful. Keep up the good work.

Amazing service from the lady who took my initial call to the guy who fixed my patio door! Thank you so much to all. A great relief to know such a great company local to me.

Superb from start to finish, much better price than the National companies, they were recommended to me by a friend and I had a full house worth of windows and 2 new doors, very good quality, NO hard sell, or made up sales "must phone my boss" talks. really good from start to finish - I recommended them to a neighbour and he also is very happy with his windows. it's not often these days you find a company you'd use twice - I wouldnt hesitate with KJM.

I would recommend KJM Group highly. A local company where the customer is clearly at the heart of their business. From the start to finish those we came into contact with were nothing but courteous, helpful and reassuring. From Lee who talked us through all our options to the wonderful team of fitters, we felt listened to, respected and considered. A particular mention has to go to Josh and Charlie who were with us throughout the whole fit. They were an absolute pleasure to have and a real credit to the company; knowledgeable, extremely polite and thoughtful and went above and beyond to help us out. Thank you and we won't hesitate to contact you again in the future.

I was very pleased and most impressed with the quality & finish of the windows and doors, plus I couldn't have wished for a more polite, friendly and competent team of installers. Definitely a 5 star installation.

Josh and Charlie came to fit our new bay windows on Tuesday. They arrived on time and were polite and professional. They worked hard all day and got the job done in good time. They cleaned up and left everything spotless. We would highly recommend this firm.

The whole process from obtaining a quote to viewing doors in the showroom to fitting the doors was great service. Nothing was too much of a problem. Josh and Charlie came and fitted new pationdoors and hardwood threshold, they have done a great job the doors look much better than the old ones ans the work carried out was top class, clean and tidy and friendly service.

Have just new front and back doors fitted by Andy and am very happy with results. Would definitely recommend.

I had a door fitted in my garage, by Josh and Charlie. They were very professional, left everything very clean and tidy and would highly recommend them.

So pleased that we went with KJM to fit our new windows and doors. Josh and Charlie worked tirelessly through torrential rain to get the whole job done in 2 1/2 days and were a pleasure to be around. I really appreciated the fact that they were able to problem solve on the fly and keep us in the loop at all times. Bravo chaps. A very good experience.

Second time of using KJM, excellent service from Charles the salesman to Josh and Charlie who did the install. The work was completed much quicker than originally estimated which was better than being promised a date just to have it put back. Josh and Charlie were quick, efficient, courteous and tidy. Would always recommend.

Great service from beginning to end, very pleased with the result. Installers Charlie & Josh couldn’t have been more professional and courteous

We have used KJM to fit all our new windows and they have been excellent. From the sales to the fitting, I would highly recommend KJM. Their customer service and product/fitting quality is the best I have seen. Very satisfied. A big shout out to Josh and Charlie who fitted our windows, very professional and friendly.

3rd piece of work ordered through KJM, always happy with the process. Today we had the pleasure of Charlie and William. As per the other teams we have dealt with, they were hard working and professional. For anyone thinking of KJM, they are our go to company.

Why bother going anywhere else! Josh and Charlie turned up exactly on time did a great job of removing old 1970 doors and very efficiently replaced with an excellent patio sliding door - first class job done by a first class company. Very polite, clean and efficient - as I say why bother going anywhere else, I believe you cannot beat this company for efficiency, and product quality. Well done Josh and Charlie - well done KJM. Very highly recommended

Just had all double glazing replaced by KJM. Thoroughly recommend them. Josh and Aiden, the fitters, were very hard working, efficient, considerate and tidy. Very pleased!

We are thrilled with the service we have received from KJM. From the start with Lee’s quotation and expert advice to the two great installation engineers Josh & Aiden, they did a fantastic job, very friendly, extremely tidy & considerate we couldn’t fault the whole process, we can’t praise them enough. We would thoroughly recommend KJM.

We used KJM to fit our new French Doors and the service supplied by the fitters Josh, Aden and Will was excellent. They explained each process and any questions asked was no trouble to them. The new addition of the French Doors complements our home and would highly recommend KJM

Amazing

Stayed at a house where the windows were KJM triple glazed - very warm. Would debate if I should have the heating on in my own house but it wasn’t needed there in mid autumn.
