I have used Pure Water for two years now. Good quality clean and more importantly good communication when you need something specific. I actually saw him clean my first floor flat windows this time ( as I only do these once a year) and he went to a great deal of trouble to make sure the windows and their ledges were clean. Recommended. Good, fair price.

Initially I asked for a fascia and soffit clean but when told the excellent price of the window clean I opted for that aswell. From start to finish pure water windows have been outstanding. Communication was by email (by my choice) and responses were made within a timely manner giving all information needed. From the cleaning point, it was carried out when stated and to an excellent standard. I definitely noticed the difference. Thank you to all involved and will definitely use in the future.

I like it that we receive a text in advance of when he will be attending and we can easily pay via bank transfer and not have to worry about having the cash. I've been using this company for some time now - the chap is extremely polite, helpful and the job is always a good one. You are texted in advance of when he will be attending the property and he is extremely flexible with rearranging the appointment if you need to. Also helpful that he has a remote card payment machine. Would thoroughly recommend this company.

I like this window cleaner. He is polite, friendly, and above all does a really good job. He has been cleaning my windows once a month for the last few months, and I have just asked him to do a one-off clean of my conservatory roof, which was quite dirty. He is very efficient, and in my opinion, reasonably priced. I would recommend him.
