Excellent service from a very professional company. The whole process was great - from quotation (for pressure washing and conservatory clean), agreeing a timetable, to completion of the work. Very pleased with this service. I ordered a full exterior property clean and Kieran worked extremely hard to clean my weatherboarded house. I have just moved here and the boarding does not appear to have been cleaned before, lots of dirt and algae, it it now looks so much better and cleaner. The guttering was vacuumed and down pipes checked too. All in all, a very professional service which I thoroughly recommend.
Blue Light Exterior Cleaning Ltd sent a two-man team to undertake a deep clean of our Bungalow/Conservatory windows, fascia soffit & , guttering. They were totally professional and friendly, they left the Bungalow/Conservatory as good as new. I cannot recommend this company more highly.

We used Falcon for some patio cleaning that was required. Extremely professional, from the quote to the job sheet and then the invoice all broken down to show exactly what we were being charged for including photos. The boys that did the work arrived bang on time (doesn’t usually happen) and did a superb job. Can’t fault the service or price or professionalism at all. Will definitely use again.

I noticed I had weeds growing out of my front of house gutter. I searched the internet and found falcon maintenance, and they happened to be very local to me. This is the first time I have used falcon maintenance, and I was impressed. The two guys got straight to it, and were very polite and professional. Pictures before and after to prove there work, I could not believe how bad my gutters were. Great service, I highly recommend them.

Falcon guys did a really great job cleaning the outside of my very dirty conservatory and gutters all around the house - some quite awkward to reach but they did it all brilliantly. They also repaired some joints that were leaking. Arrived on time at 9.30am and worked tirelessly until 3.30pm. Gave me advice about the need to keep gutters cleaned out, so I have booked them for next year's maintenance. Recommended!
Today, Aidan of Falcon Maintenance and Windows arrived on time to clean the rear guttering on our house, to clear the down pipes and to clean the conservatory externally. Aidan toiled away like a Trojan and did us proud with a superb job, leaving everything sparkling clean and bright. A first class job, worth every penny of what was a reasonably modest sum. Falcon maintenance gave one of the best services we have experienced. They were on time, professional and polite. The standard of workmanship was exceptional. Our conservatory looks like lts just been erected. Our gutters and soffits also benefited from the same treatment as the conservatory and look amazing. All this was achieved with good humour while working in wet and cold weather. The three man team led by Carlos worked without pause for a full six hours only stopping for hot drinks on a couple of occasions. We would not hestite to use the company again in the future. Price was as quoted and in our opinion value for money.

I cannot recommend Falcon Maintenance highly enough! We were looking for a company which would not only do "routine gutter vacuuming", but also manually clear blocked rainwater downpipes. Carlo delivered totally on both counts, dis-assembling several of our downpipes to clear blockages. The whole system was tested and left working perfectly - brilliant job (and real value for money)! As my wife said - "it's great to find someone who actually does what they say they will!" (October 2017)

My wife and I were exceptionally pleased with the work carried out by the Falcon Maintenance technician on our front and rear paving. A thorough job done by a friendly and helpful person and left the property in a clean condition (windows were cleaned as a result of water spray which was unavoidable.
